Simple and short review (as I dont normally review chains). Nothing special. Had better JJ's but had worse. Delivery is ALWAYS slow. Customer service isnt the best either. Just average overall food, per usual. read more

Food was fine and correct. Driver extremely lazy and wouldn't bring food to my hotel room. I verified with hotel staff that delivery is allowed in this hotel, but he had me come to the desk anyway, in spite of the mountain of work I had to do. Advice to driver: if you want a tip, do your job, don't stand and talk to the cute front desk clerk and cost a customer valuable time. Tonight was the first...and hopefully last...time I haven't tipped a JJ driver. read more

I continue to be surprised by the poor customer service of this Jimmy Johns on Knoxville Ave in Peoria. went to use the drive up yesterday around 12:30 pm after going to the gym. Pulled up and waited 4-5 minutes with no one in front of me with no communication with the staff. finally I pulled up to the window and asked the young lady if their drive up was not working and she advised me I must have pulled up to it wrong and what do I want..... I advised her I was fine and drove off and spent my dollars at another food outlet..... I oversee a large retail operation and if one of my people would have advised one of our customers they drove up to the drive incorrectly and it was the customers fault I would not be amused...... Not sure if there was an issue with the drive up or not but maybe someone sees someone sitting in the drive and motions them up to the window??? This is the 2nd or 3rd poor service situation I have encountered at this JJ's and I will not use it again even if it convenient to my home. read more

Today I ordered delivery and asked for my sandwich to be delivered between 12:15 - 12:30, but it was delivered at 12:05. This doesn't sound like a big deal, but they delivered it to the wrong building and I wasted 10 minutes of my lunch to pick it up. Called JJ'S and they told me that I can't expect them to be exact and to essentially pick a better time next time. Will not be going to this JJ'S anymore. Avoid this location! read more

My order was messed up once but twice. I order (using drive thru)no lettuce or tomato for a #17 and specifically said do NOT add cheese. I had to repeat my order three times for the person taking the order. I get my sandwich and there is cheese and lettuce. I also did not receive a receipt to see how my order was taken. I take the sandwich back because I can't eat cheese and the lettuce never fully comes off. And the lady who took my order got defensive and rude. She denied my order being lettuce and cheese free. They remake my sandwich and this time I receive a sandwich with no mayonnaise. This is ridiculous and I am done with this location. They've messed up my order repeatedly and today's incident is the last one. read more

I have been there on 3 different occasions and each time the bottom of the bread is tuff. Hard to chew. Other wise, I like the sandwiches.

They really are fast. I don't know about their delivery times, but when I go here for lunch, my sandwich is usually made before I can fill my soda cup and sometimes before I even get my change back into my wallet. Small seating area, friendly staff. read more

I am done going to this location, poor service in the past but today waited in the drive up for over ten minutes with one car ahead of me. Absolutely no sense of urgency you can tell by the staff . The drive microphone doesn't work well either , have had continually repeat my orders at this location. Love the JJ product but will not selecting this location in the future even though convienent to my home. read more

haven't received my sammy yet but i assume it will be just fine as usual. though my phone call was odd. the girl seemed to have been extremely displeased that i had called and impressively made ordering a deli sammy difficult and unpleasant. still gonna smash it. read more
