The sandwiches here are pretty bland. The bread is firmer than subway's bread, but otherwise the actual fillings and toppings are kind of sad. I was on a busy work trip and they were catering out food from Jimmy John's so it was either go hungry or eat this. Worst service from any JJ's I've been to. They closed at 9pm and I got in at 7:45pm and the chairs were all upside down already. When asked if I could eat inside, they said "you can eat outside, sorry". Yeah, I was not going to eat outside as they clearly never clean those tables. Also, I asked for a cup of water and they charged me for a medium fountain drink which I never got. This was my first time at a Jimmy John's restaurant. I ordered a number 10 and when I asked what came on the sandwich the cashier replied "Everything that's supposed to ". As someone who has never been to a Jimmy John's I found her response not helpful at all. The sandwich was ok, but it would have been better if I would have been able to add to the fixings. I love Jimmy John's. This location is really exceptional every time I've gone- as if they actually like going to work (which not a lot of people can say). They are kind to each other and to their customers. Also I love the food. I used to live down the street from this location, and even though I could easily walk to get my food from there (street parking is always a gamble!!), the delivery process was great- I've always had great service from them. The only complaint I have from my 2/25/23 afternoon visit is that the restrooms don't have a changing table for babies. My grandson had a blowout and I had nowhere to privately change him, so unfortunately I had to lay him in the chair at our table and change his yucky yucky messy diaper for everyone to see. Embarrassing for me and also not pleasant for others. But, ya gotta do what ya gotta do to get the babies cleaned up. A changing table in the restroom seems appropriate. The staff was very friendly. I have no complaints about them at all! Matter of fact- I was feeding a baby while eating so the sweet worker cut my sub into sections so it would be easier to pick up. read more

My wife has been bragging about a sandwich called "unwich" from JJ since they opened their doors. I finally tried a Gargantuan Unwich.and let me tell you I was impressed! (Even though they were out of onions when I ordered, it still was a very impressive sandwich! Ms Andrea was the manager on duty when I visited this restaurant and she was very apologetic about the onions and even offered to cut some while I waited, it was late and that was unnecessary but definitely appreciated. But it's just a sub shop, folks, and a limited one at that. No hot subs at all, no home-made salads (except for a tuna, which is made fresh with celery, onions, mayo and soy sauce (?), and is OK), no soups, and only one kind of roll (a doughy and definitely not-light french one, baked fresh from prepared dough). The meats are good, and all the sandwiches seem to be covered in shredded lettuce, which is also good. And maybe the best choice might be the lettuce wraps, which are roll-less offerings of several of the regular sandwiches, wrapped in lettuce leaves. I'm the kind to usually bring their lunch to work, but sometimes life gets to you and you have to buy lunch. I work a block away and a lot of my coworkers order from here so I decided to give it a shot. Jimmy John's is the essence of America - cheap, fast, and a lot mayonnaise. The subs were mediocre. Percentage wise, I would say they are 45% bread (which I will admit, is pretty good bread), 25% lettuce, 13% tomatoes, 5% meat, 7% cheese, and 5% mayo. Also, I was disappointed at the customer service. If you're advertising freaky fast service, I expect to have freaky fast service. I was merely picking up my sandwich and still had to wait several minutes until I was helped since the cashier was joking around with other employees - keep in mind that I was the only person in line. Jimmy Johns is one of my favorite places for sandwiches. Their sandwiches are delicious and I truly appreciate the quick and easy ordering system. If I wanted to waste my life waiting in line listening to customers berate and yell at a "sandwich artist" I would have gone to Subway. I don't have time for ridiculous customer requests like slightly toasted, light on the mayo, only two pickel slices or some other dumb request. As a customer who knows what he wants Jimmy Johns is perfect. I ask for a number four. I take a seat. 1 minute later I am out the door and moving on with life. I did not give five stars because the cashiers could smile more and make some sort of attempt at verbal communication. I realize the younger generation is not big on verbal communication. Ask for a BLT which stands for bacon lettuce and tomato on Long slim roll. when I questioned the manager why there was only baking on my sandwich she informed me that we asked for a slim I asked for a BLT bacon lettuce and tomato and she said well you asked for a slim this is the most ignorant woman I've ever met in my whole life if someone says BLT doesn't mean only baking what does it mean bacon lettuce and tomato they didn't even put mayonnaise on it! Oh Jimmy John's how I love thee. I have never had a bad experience ordering with them. I usually do delivery because I'm lazy but the store is very nice. They are always busy. As far as Jimmy Johns go, this is probably the best one Ive been to or gotten deliveries from. Awesome friendly staff, especially quick service as well as quick deliveries. Deliveries arrive well before ETA (sometimes 15-20 min), which actually throws me off as deliveries are usually later than ETA. The subs are good, standard Jimmy Johns. My only complaint is that more than once when getting delivery they have forgotten my chips. They always make it right though, rather its bringing me them or correcting the charge. They normally have a 1mi delivery radius, which I lived just outside of at my previous home (about 2mi) but usually when I called there was someone willing to deliver to me. read more

We decided to stop here on our way to the office for lunch today. It was my first time here so I told my friend to order for me, we got two Italian sub combos, I thought 22 bucks was a little steep for a couple sandwich's. Anyway we ordered it to go, they were very fast which is a plus for lunch. The sandwich was good, should of asked for no mayo since it was an obscene amount and had to wipe most of it off. The taste was good, but the bread was too chewy which resulted in most of the filling getting pushed out the other end and I found myself reassembling the sandwich several times. I have ate here a few times and it's not worth the money. The service is fast but the employees are rude! They have no customer service skills. Order your food or move a side kinda attitude. First, they make good subs. Average but good. Their delivery is really the only reason I order from them. I normally eat my lunch at my desk while I work so if I don't bring my lunch in I order from Jimmy. They are so fast I can place my order, get up and go to the bathroom and by the time I am done washing my hands they are normally there. Every once in a while it takes another minute or two. Pretty cool... But, (there is always a but right?) how do you call yourself a gourmet sandwich place when you have extremely limited options. Limited you say? Yes, limited! If you want cheese you get one type. One! If you want a sub, you get one type of bread. One! You cannot get it toasted, heated, pressed or anything other than cold. Period! I know, right! Seriously, it takes you 5 minutes (average over the last 6 months) to get me my sandwich. I attended this place today when I walked in I notice everyone was cleaning which a clean place is always a plus. There were no customers at all in the building it was just us two. I glanced over the menu and was ready to order but I notice the young lady standing by the register had a look like we werent welcome there because she stood at the register with a broom in one hand like hurry up order so I could go back to cleaning so I merely advised her that she shouldnt do that it sets the wrong look for the customer. Its good to clean by when u see u have a customer put ur broom or mop to the side wash your hands and handle your customer service.
