Ordered the original roast beef with extra mayo. There was no extra mayo. The roast beef to bread ration was very low. Too little roast beef and the bread slice was shallow so what little roast beef was there was only 1/3 inside the bread. Service was poor the server did not give me a number to claim my order. I ordered sandwiches to be delivered. It took them an hour to bring them and the man said that he was sorry but the driver threw up and he had to replace the driver. I said I wasn't comfortable taking the food (I don't want to get sick and couldn't get that out of my head). They said they had to get him and the car all cleaned up and that is why they were so late. Then I called the store and they said they didn't have anyone come in sick...What!?? They wouldn't even refund my money, and just gave me a partial store credit...they wouldn't even refund the tip. Very, very dissatisfied. Would not recommend getting delivery from them. Terrible service, was repeated back at intercom correctly. When we review our order to check the sandwich as requested no sauce. It had nothing it was a slice of toast beef only. As we were still out the window so we asked the guy and showed him the unwrapped sandwich and he said that's how we ordered it( not true) took a second as my mother was trying to talk to him he just kept saying " I didn't hear that" getting loader and louder talking to my mom who was driving. This was the worse experience I've ever had at a Jimmy John's. The order was for a 30 pack of sandwiches and was preordered the day before with a delivery time of 2 pm for a birthday party. After several calls and broken promises of delivery, the last call that we made we were hung up on. We ended up having to go to their location to pick up the order. After arriving at 3:20 pm and asking about our order, the "owner" came out very aggressively and became physical when I asked what he was going to do about it. In an attempt to defend myself, this so called "owner " flashed a gun which was on his belt. How unprofessional on so many levels. My hope with this report is to warn everyone to be careful when visiting this location. This so called "owner " is out of control and a threat to our community. He has no business in a service based business with such an aggressive temper.p read more

I am at least a three day a week regular at Jimmy John's. I have never had any issues whatsoever until today. I pulled out of the drive-through and looked at the sandwiches and realized that they had made a toasted sandwich an unwich. I went inside and told them that the sandwich had been made wrong and was met with immediate attitude. I told them that I had ordered it on wheat bread and was immediately told that it's because we can't do that. We can only do a toasted on French bread. No apology, just bad attitude. The attitude got worse when I asked then why wasn't I told that in the drive-through when I asked if it could be made on wheat bread instead, and was told yes. They made a toasted sandwich with no onions and no lettuce, as a lettuce wrap. Just a horrible , rude attitude and they have lost a good customer forever. When I called them out about their bad attitude, I was told that is because I came in with an attitude. No I did not. My attitude started the second that their attitude flew at me over their mistake. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! - Went to the Jimmy John's shop in Prescott Valley - Wanted a simple roast beef sub sandwich, (cost was $8.99 for 8" sub, and $13.99 for the large sub, both on white bread per their menu). - Did not want white bread, so ordered sandwiches on wheat bread - Sandwich on wheat bread was $11.99 each (Yes! $12 for a meager sandwich) -- This was standard bread that we all buy from our local grocery stores - Don't be fooled if you are from PV, this is a BAD establishment. And to top it off, the young sandwich maker would not put my sandwiches in a bag! He just pointed to the stack of bags and said "There are the bags." Wow! read more

Today my husband and I went through the drive thru for 2 sandwiches. The kid Nick, taking my husband's order seemed frustrated and said, I don't understand you. Patience and kindness would have been nice. When we got to the front Nick said, Wassup boss. My husband asked if he was ok because he seemed snappy. Moments later the manager came out and said he heard everything and that the kid wasn't snappy at all. My husband stated yes he was. The manager said that is also my kid, have a nice day and he slammed the window shut. We decided not to take the sandwiches and to give them to someone else, we were never offered a refund. Before we left my husband spoke to manager/owner one more time. My husband said he was twice the kids age and commented on respect. The owner said, the problem is with old guys like you. This is how the kids see talking now days, and you need to get with ghe program. I am saddened I have raised 3 kids and have taught them respect. I work in the medical field where the patient is always right and we try to make people happy. I will not be back here again. We love Jimmy John's, However we have been disappointed every time at this location. They seem to have a ton of employees working, but they are very disorganized. We have been through the drive thru twice this last week and once the week before. We waited 20+ minutes each time. It seems they can't take an order until the previous person has paid and gotten their sandwich. The food isn't great either. They hardly give any lettuce and sometimes you get 5 hot peppers and other times you get so many. I wish this location would improve their service and quality as we love to stop and for take out. The management seems clueless as to how to run a store, as they were out of bread on a slow day by 1pm. Nothing but excuses from employees and the manager at the time. Would give this 0 stars if I could. The service at this location is awful, even though they seemed to be fully staffed. Placed my order and as I was waiting started visiting with another customer. I noticed one of the employees seemed to be staring at me, so I held her gaze and she mouthed the words (or said them to the employee she was standing next to) "keep staring at me you f****** b****", not sure what that was about as I literally looked at her for just that amount of time. There didn't appear to be a manager there as these all seemed to be maybe HS kids working. They also got 2 of the 4 sandwiches incorrect. I will be following up with a call to a manager. I love Jimmy John's and this place didn't disappoint. This location is pretty average for the size, same kind of menu with the same kind of items offered. They do have a new Kickin' Ranch sauce that costs an extra .49 cents. I wanted to try it but decided against it on my last visit. As always, the lady at the register was super friendly and was very helpful. Since no one was behind me while I was ordering, I took my time to look over the menu before deciding on the Italian Club sub. It was very delicious, filled with the right amount of meat, cheese, and veggies. I usually ask for extra mayo as their subs usually are pretty dry, but this time I didn't ask for extra and it was the perfect amount of mayo. I was wanting sprouts, but they, unfortunately, were out. The inside was very clean. All empty tables were empty and wiped down. The floors were clean of any food or napkins and the trash cans were emptied out. The drink station was recently filled and the drinks were not watered down tasting. Everything here was very good. I came in here the other day with my mom because she was craving a sandwhich. My mom sat down while I ordered for us. I wasnt finished ordering when I noticed they started a sandwhich and put mayo on her bread. She doesnt like mayo so I kindly asked if we can get that one without it. Now the man taking my order was very kind (only reason for 2 stars otherwise it be one) the kid making it sighed very loud rolled his eyes tossed the bread aggressively; proceeded to grab a fresh loaf and threw it onto the counter. They were not busy and there was absolutely NO reason for the attitude. I can clearly see you, and hear you! Now my mother has stage four lung cancer and already is has a hard time getting out of the house. If she had seen or heard that she would've felt horrible !!! When I arrived at Jimmy John's today I thought it would be like any other experience that I've had at other locations. But I was sorely wrong and disappointed. When I first walked into the store another customer at the counter was asking for how long his food would be. The staff in response to the customers question was that the manager was not at the store and they couldn't help him all that much. When I approached the counter to order my food I explained that one sandwich would have tomato's and another did not. I also asked for one of my sandwiches to have avocado added to it as well. When I realized when the staff was building my sandwiches I realized that there were missing items and they looked wrong. As I was unsure of the sandwiches being correct I checked them myself and they were wrongly made. There was tomato on the sandwich that wasn't supposed to have tomato and their was No avocado. I have never experienced anything like this before at a Jimmy John's before. The staff at this establishment need to be retrained and educated on customer service as well as health code safety when dealing with food. I saw employees touching their faces and heads and not changing theirs gloves and then touching food that was being served to customers. I'd also like to know how during lunchtime at noon a store runs out of bread and they know they are running low and don't throw bread into the oven sooner when the staff knows it's going to take 30 minutes to bake and be ready. If I could give zero stars I would but I can't. I hope the owner and management get their staff and themselves in order. read more

I used to work at this JJs and still come here all the time because I love the sandwiches. The service however, is mind boggling. It is by far the slowest JJs I have ever been too. I placed a pickup, got there 10 minutes later, and I still waited for my one sandwich and bag of chips for another 10 minutes. Not to mention I was the only freakin car in the line!
