WORST JERSEY MIKES EVER!!!! Filthy store. Rude employees. The cash register is filthy the soda machine and around it is filthy. The store stinks like I don't know what.. I got a sandwich and asked for vinegar and oil. They put about a half a cup of vinegar and oil on it, I went straight to my car and opened it, it leaked everywhere, bread was already soggy! I went in to have them remake it, showed the girl with dark black hair how the sandwich was inedible and dripping wet. She was so RUDE and told me if I wanted LIGHT vinegar and oil I needed to ASK, as she slammed the sandwich in the garbage and begrudgingly made another one. I came from California and went to Jersey Mikes at least twice a week, all CA stores are impeccable, employees were always kind. The store in Prescott Valley is a NO-GO!!!!!!! read more

I placed an online order on January 16 at the Glassford Hill Jersey Mike's, scheduled for 12:00 PM pickup. Due to a professional learning day, the store was extremely busy with walk-ins and online orders, and the staff was clearly unprepared for the volume. My order wasn't ready at noon and still hadn't started by 12:45, at which point I had to leave. An employee told me the order would be canceled and refunded, but as of February 10, the $16.42 charge has not been refunded. Attempts to resolve this by phone were brushed off, and management was unavailable. I've been a loyal Jersey Mike's customer for over 10 years in Arizona and Colorado, and have never had a bad experience until now. Since locations are individually owned and operated, this review applies only to this store. The customer service and leadership at Glassford Hill are disappointing. I recommend choosing a different Jersey Mike's location. read more

I am a local small business owner in the area. My employees and I frequent this Jersey mikes location for lunch/dinner. The food is never less than amazing! But the costumer service from a specific employee has us ready to take our business elsewhere. She is constantly rolling her eyes, giving very rude and unprofessional dirty looks and flat out seems like she does not want to be there. It makes us all feel uncomfortable when we come to order our meals. I am never one to leave poor reviews but this feels absolutely necessary. As a business owner, I'd like to know who is driving my business away. This individual happened to be working yesterday 1/20/26 , she has brown hair and wears glasses. I have not yet caught her name. I hope this issue gets resolved so my employees and I can feel comfortable enough to keep buying Jersey mikes! We love it so much, especially the Italian! read more

I don't know why you can choose what is in your sandwich if they won't make it that way. We have tried to order MULTIPLE times from DoorDash and every single time my CHEESE FREE veggie has cheese on it. I also got turkey on my VEGGIE.... As someone with a picky stomach, I can NOT have dairy. More money down the drain & disappointment. Can you guys PLEASE, please, PLEEEEEEEEEEEEASE double check orders that come through?! When they're done right, these subs are AWESOME! But, I am now faced with a dilemma, do I utterly torture my husband and consume the turkey and cheese laced sub knowing that he will never look at me the same? Do I decimate his idea of ever finding me attractive after the things he would witness my GI tract do?! I would absolutely lose 10lbs after a full colon cleanse, so I guess that would be a win... but it would be utterly painful for the next 72 hours and I do not have any important events that require me to squeeze into a tiny dress.... I'm going to say it isn't worth the pain for me and the trauma to my husband. I guess the hangry mode is fully activated and I will make myself a box Mac'n cheese. the entire goal of dashing lunch was to avoid dishes as we are still celebrating an anniversary. That rant I guess is over.... And I will start to boil my water for MY lunch since I was robbed of my veggie sandwich. Sadly this is NOT the first time they have done this to my order.... Wouldn't they WANT to save money and NOT put something on there and still charge the same price? As far as the food itself? We order a delivery from Jersey Mike's, in Prescott Valley, AZ, to be delivered by DoorDash, as we have done many other times. When we received the order, it was not to our satisfaction. Tonight though we ordered the usual, extra bacon, cheese, meat and avocado, the order was incorrect when received. In fact we got no bacon at all, let alone anything extra, though we paid for it. We called, spoke to the manager on duty, but received no satisfaction. He kept arguing, saying that the order he received varied from what we had ordered. If you want to pay extra and not get what you ordered, go ahead and order from Jersey Mike's. This is a LOT of money for NOT the getting what you want. I started going to PV location when they first opened and I continue to go every Friday. In the beginning, the counter was clean and the bread was fresh and soft and delicious. Lately the bread is so hard, I can barely eat my sandwich. The counter is not cleaned off as nice as it once was. The employees are friendly and courteous but the first crew seems to be gone and the team now is not as good. I love this sandwich but I love fresh bread and clean counters. read more

Unbelievably expensive. Two regular size cold Turkey and cheese sub combos came to $28?!?! I remember paying $9 for a combo (including tax) not that long ago. Way too much for lunch on a retirement budget. And it's not like they're that great. The bread was a little on the dry side. Won't be back. read more

I'd leave zero if I could!! I don't understand how company invites you to order online so your meal is ready....you give them four hours to prepare the sandwiches and five people are working and nobody bothered to prepare the sandwiches until I walked in at my appointed time. On top of it, their special instructions don't mean Doodly to these people! If you don't want tomatoes, and they pile tomatoes on it, it seems like they can't read. On top of it because you order online you tip them in advance so I gave them a 20% tip for not doing their job. This is BS of the worst order. read more

I'm gonna be picky here...technically they make "sandwiches" not "subs"...sub rolls are not cut all the way through and the meat and cheese go in the fold...onions, tomatoes, lettuce and pickles, oil and vinegar go on top...the sub is folded to hold everything together. I recently have had a few bad experiences at the Prescott store - really pathetic sandwiches with hardly any meat or cheese - about ¼" and minimal vegetables. This had happened 3 times in a row so thought I would try the new Prescott Valley location. This location was no different - puny sandwiches. It's very sad to see what has happened to this chain and what they serve at a ridiculous price. Their food today is not what it used to be. read more
