The best part is they deliver! There was a day that I craved for jimmy johns but it was pouring outside. My only prior experience with Jimmy John's is when we use them for a catered lunch thing at the office. I think catering is sort of their gig, "freaky fast" as it were. I'm doing a little time at the big airplane factory and so I'm finding places for my lunch rotation. This Jimmy John's is going to be added to the rotation. I would've given this place a four-star but there was no one at the register, at 11:30 am, which in most places is damn near lunch time. The sandwich slingers had to call out "register!" I ordered up a #15 Club Tuna. I just love tuna. What I like about the Jimmy John's sandwiches is the sliced cucumber. I've seen some low reviews for this place because they didn't prepare the sandwich a certain way, like asking for extra avocado and then they didn't put extra avocado on when they asked for it. Of course not dearie, avocados are expensive. They didn't slice the pickle and put it on my sandwich. If you want a sandwich custom-prepared, go to Subway or make it yourself. This is the first and last time that I will go to any Jimmy John's. For $6.99 plus tax you get an 8" sub with a tough as shoe leather bun, 2 micro thin pieces of meat, a slice of cheese, a slice of tomato and some lettuce. You have no choice of buns or what goes in them. You get what they give you. The worst thing was that the sandwich was stone cold! I think they took the bun and the ingredients out of the freezer and the refrigerator and stuck them together. When I went back and asked if they could heat the sandwich a little, I was told that they could not heat anything. All the sandwiches were served cold. For as low as $5.00 at Subway you can get a warm sandwich, and your choice of bun and fillings. Why would you want to go to this place? If I have had a bad experience at one place in a fast food chain, I will never go to any other store in the chain. read more

I thought it was ALRIGHT. Not the best, i think specialties cafe sandwiches are a lot better. I got the vegetarian sandwich, and the cashier lady was a bit rude. The sandwiches are always good with lots of fresh veggies. They are always very, very fast. Half of the time my sandwich is ready by the time I finish paying. If I order delivery, it's always to my door in less than twenty minutes. My only gripe is that they decided as a company to do away with sprouts.. Why? I loved the sprouts! Horrible customer service from Karli which was my order takers name. Sandwiches were not made correctly and she was very unfriendly. Also she seems very careless about her job and those around . My friends and I wanted to eat outside and the tables were not set up it didn't seem like anyone cared to set them up on such a beautiful day . Ordered #5 no tomatoes, vinegaret, or provalone. With Dijon mustard and sprouts. Received some kind of sweet mustard, tomatoes. New guy he repeated it back got messed up. Hard to watch while they are making it that might help. I like the number of vegetables you have (I now drive by 2 subways to buy from your store but I often have this problem. The food tasted really good and the service was very fast, this order was for delivery and they did an amazing job and amazing timing.

I don't have anything to complain about here. Each time I go I get quick service with my order correctly done. The bread once or twice hasnt been very good but that is very rare and they are fast with deliveries to my place. They do a great job and I never have a problem giving them a tip because they deserve it! JJ's is legit and sooo much better than subway. 6/26/16 9:15 pm My girlfriend called to order a couple of sandwiches for us so she did. Half an hour later an employee calls her back by the name of "Danielle" who was the person in charge to inform us that our place is out of their delivery zone (apparently it took them half an hour to figure that out). Says that we can't get our refund until up to 3 business days from that day since we paid with a credit card and that we would have to pay AGAIN at a different Jimmy John's to get our food. Keep in mind, that "Danielle" hung up on my girlfriend when she asked her for her name and we had to find out her name from the other Jimmy John's in Renton (the one on Rainier Ave). When my girlfriend proceeded to express her dissatisfaction with the whole situation, Danielle Nichole (was also able to get her last name from the Rainier location, the gentleman over there was very courteous and helpful) then told my girlfriend and I quote "I'm sorry you don't have the funds to pay for it" before hanging up. Who the hell does this lady thinks she is? What if it WAS our last funds we would have been screwed not that it's any of her business. I been a JJ customer for aears and this is the first time I've experienced anything like this at the Landin WAWqg such as Super shitty customer service, overpriced sandwiches, rude ass employees. Forever I have been hearing about this place and finally got to try it the other day. Usually when I hear about a place a lot, it is a total let down...but not this time. I was more than pleasantly surprised. I am constantly looking for a good sandwich. Often times a national chain is just not the place to find to get something satisfying Subway and Quiznos always make me sad, with there lack of tippings. Not Jimmy Johns. Love Jimmy John's - I like them much better than Subway or Quizno's. They take the dough part of the bread out and so you taste more bread and not so much dough. They make the subs so fast that they're more than likely done before you're even done paying at the cashier. I think all JJ locations are like this, esp the ones downtown. read more

JJ's Is great. Delicous. Fast. I love that I can order ONE single sandwich and have it delivered while I am stuck at work. Everyone is complaining about not getting their sprouts. Sprouts are always being recalled and that is why they are "forgetting" them on your sandwich. Maybe it would help if JJ's updated their menu. I will admit I had one bad experience when I ordered the roast beef, it was so bloody I couldnt eat it. Now i order the club lulu. Cant go wrong with that! read more

Normally love this place, my work orders here all the time but they constantly get our orders wrong. It's really frustrating because you pay so much for a sandwich and you just want it right. Today my co-worker was nice enough to by everyone lunch and the only sandwich that was messed up was hers. When she called to complain they asked her to drive all they way back and bring the sandwich so they could fix it... REALLY?! She picked it up on her lunch break and you have a delivery driver, at least have them bring it to her, we order there ALL THE TIME! My boyfriend Nick T already wrote about this but I have to as well because I'm so upset and blown away this happened. I called Renton WA location at The Landing Sunday June 26th at around 9 20 to place an order they TOOK MY PAYMENT and 20 min later I got a call saying I was out of range and I would have to call Rainer JJ and order from them (pay again) when I asked about my refund she said it would take up to 3 days (so as of today I would be out about 40 bucks) when I asked how that was fair the girl said "ITS NOT HER FAULT I DONT HAVE THE FUNDS" I asked for her name and she hung up I the called the Rainer location found out she has had previous complaints he told me her name was Danielle Nicole. It blows my mind someone would say that I have the money I paid again for our dinner it was just all handled wrong from her response to me I have never felt more disrespected I never complain but this was with it. Danielle Nichole from The Landing in Renton WA working at around 9:20 on 6/26/16 should never be allowed to work in costumer service if she thinks that is how you treat customers. read more
