The last two times I have visited this place their "rewards " were not working so you spend $29.31 each visit but get nothing for loyalty. Our orders were correct and in time but when I got home noticed we had been charged full price for our Combo meals when they were advertising only $1.00 extra. Went here today 721/21) since I was in town. I ordered my sandwich right off the app. Never been here before at this location. Paid for it and was all set to go. There wasn't anyone inside eating , but they had plenty of orders they were working on for drive thru. Very clean inside. People inside were all very kind and professional . I got the meal. So for about 10.50 I got a huge sub made exactly the way I wanted it, a soda. And that huge big cookie. Now I am in a food coma! JJ IS THE SUPERIOR CHOICE. I gave up on Subway long ago. The inconsistencies and they are not less expensive. It is around just 10.75 for a Spicey Italian without a meal. Long gone are the $5 subs all day. And I have to say JJ tastes like they have real meat. Unlike Subway and their fake crab meat or fake jello'd icky meats that taste like the meats came right out of an Oscar Myer cheap lunch meat package. JJ is just better. The Best ever! And I don't just give 5 stars. If u ask for extra lettuce and no Mayo, and ask for extra say... onion. U will get it. U don't need to stand and watch some person put a few flakes of lettuce on your sandwich thinking that they out extra on it. Or have someone use a knife all full of mayo and cut that sub and half and putting God knows what I'm the ends of your sub? Lol! Do yourself a favor and check them out! I normally have pretty good service at this Jimmy John's but today was not it. I ordered ahead and did a pick up order and right from the start, I still had to wait 30 minutes for my sandwich and it wasn't even made correctly. That wasn't even the worst part, the worker that handed me my food practically threw it at me and it all dropped on the floor and I still found MYSELF apologizing to HIM even though he dropped my sandwiches because I was embarrassed. Ouch! Bad taste in my mouth ~ not from the food but from the service. Manager turned a minor issue made by his staff into an all-out attack on this customer. Started visiting this location years ago. Will no longer ever step foot in the restaurant until they treat the customers with the same dignity awarded to their employees by me. So there are some real pluses to Jimmy Johns, First off they do offer "free smells" and also "your mom would want you to eat at Jimmy Johns". These are just a couple of the hilarious quotes written all over the walls of most local Jimmy Johns. Some people try to make the argument that it is just another Subway, but I cannot agree. JJ's biggest advantage is with their delightful bread. It is so far above what Subway offers it is almost a shame to mention them in the same sentence. JJ is all freaky fast. This particular location is truly a treat to eat at. They usually have my sandwich done 30 seconds after I have ordered, and they never stop being friendly or happy. Only con I can think of is their insanely loud drive through speaker. Order outside some time and you will see what I am talking about. You almost have to roll up your window so you don't get blasted out. read more

Very disappointed with my service on February 5th. Another person and I were standing at the counter waiting to be greeted and served. Although there were sufficient staff right in front of us, it had to have been at least a 3 minute wait before anyone even bothered to come to the register. Once a worker came to the front, we were not greeted. Instead just stared at until we made our order. It's very hard to want to enjoy an eating out experience when you feel like you're burdening the workers. Pretty upset with this Jimmy John's location. Never had any problems with other spots. My friend got food poisoning from them twice in one week, they've messed up my sandwich multiple times, and today I got a sandwich with one slice of roast beef on it. I've driven to this Jimmy John's many times, for years, without a problem. This time, however, was a problem. I ordered the #13 as always and the tomatoes smelled very disgusting and tasted very off. I had to remove the tomatoes and then just continued eating my sandwhich while feeling nauseated from my experience. read more

If you don't want to get the sub you ordered then this is the place to go. On the occasion that they make it correctly about half the time it's good and half the time the bread is rock hard and the veggies are less-than-fresh. I really like other locations but this one is very mediocre. It can be good, but if you want consistently good food you're better off going to Subway. They do deliver though, which is a plus. Contrary to their motto, this is the slowest delivery service I've ever dealt with. For the third time now, I have placed an order from campus for delivery while I'm doing research and can't leave for more than a few minutes. While my order normally arrives, albeit slowly, today that didn't even happen. I waited 40 minutes and heard nothing. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I called to see if maybe my online order hadn't gone through. Turns out, their delivery person showed up to the stated location, made no efforts to contact me and tell me this was the case, and promptly left without saying a word. I had no way of knowing if he had arrived or to what door. A disgruntled manager eventually processed a refund, but not before making it out to be my fault, for not standing at the door waiting for the delivery to arrive. Sorry, but in the past it has taken 30+ minutes for your deliveries, and the whole reason I requested delivery instead of simply walking over is because I cannot currently leave what I am doing.
