It's nice having a Popeyes so close to home. When my wife and I walked in, the place looked clean and the staff was friendly. We ordered a four-piece meal and asked for spicy, but they gave us regular. My wife went up and they quickly fixed it, so kudos to them for making it right. The bigger issues came with the machines and upkeep. The ice machine barely worked, ice came out in clumps, and the manager actually had to stick his fingers up in the dispenser to get it to work. Later on, it happened again and I had to fix it myself because no one else was available because they were helping customers. Then when I went to pour the drink I wanted, the syrup was out, so that had to be refilled too. After we finished eating, I went to wash my hands, but the urinal wouldn't flush and there were cups sitting in the sink. Not sure if people were using them to flush the urinal, but it wasn't a good look. Even the front doors are hard to open, and the manager admitted the drink machine is old and going out. One thing we noticed on the way out is if you drive a Tesla or Rivian, this location has charging available while you eat, which is really a nice feature I've only seen at this popeyes location. The service itself was good and they fixed the chicken issue right away, but overall this location really needs some money put back into it. A few repairs would make the experience a lot better for customers. read more

What can I say about this Popeyes? To switch things up from my usual routine I stopped at this Popeyes. I ordered the chicken strip basket with the Cajun fries. The strips were no more than room temperature, and they were dry and chewy. The fries were cold like they were old and someone put them in the refrigerator. The cola had no flavor. My partner and I stopped here for food on our way back to Chicago. We ordered at the drive through, and they were friendly and accurate with our order for the most part. My issues with them are 1) we had to park in front of the building after we paid for our food and 2) my 3 piece chicken were not spicy. After about 10 minutes of waiting, a staff member came out with our order. The biscuit is some of the best I've ever had, it's buttery, hot, fluffy, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. There were a good amount of fries with my order which I appreciate. I wish one of the 3 pieces weren't a tiny wing. Most places would give an additional one when it's so small. The batter was crispy, and the chicken breast meat was so tender. Overall, it was a great experience minus a few things, and it's definitely a place I'll look forward to coming back to when I'm in the area next. You'll have to come see for yourself, and I'd recommend this location to anyone in the area having a taste for Popeyes or fast foods. read more

Worse service ever! I don't know how you all got hired after seeing your work-ethic. You guys were not taking my order, n still told me repeat my order multiple times, while I can hear you talking to your friends over the mic... I got out of drive thru to walk inside no greeting, no welcoming. Everyone inside look like they want to leave. These people do not care about their job what so ever. Not only that, they tell me my order will take 1 hour. ME being the only one there for the last 15 minutes. Why does it take 1 hour to make Mac n Cheese. I've worked Popeyes. It don't take longer than 30 minutes and you guys should have already prepared all of the mac n cheese before the restaurant even opened. You guys are ages 20-40. Don't bother. I submitted an online order at 4 pm to be picked up at 5 pm; I arrived at 5 pm and was told it would be another 20 to 30 minutes. The front end employee didn't have a reason as to why it would take so long, despite it being a somewhat slow night and 3 other employees working. They sold my family RAW FOOD back in February, showed them the bloody food and they refused to give us new food. Called corporate and they said a refund could only be given by the owner of the company. Terrible customer service and the workers talk trash to your face if they don't think you know Spanish. Against my better judgment I went to this piss poor excuse of a restaurant once again because I chalked the 2nd bad experience up to it being brand new and had some friends reaffirm that. I ordered a 5 pc chicken strip and they must have thought I was Isiah in a past review because my chicken strips were undercooked, my fries were soggy and absolutely disgusting. The only 2 things that were a positive, my coke was cold and the blackened ranch was tasty enough to cover up the foul tasting shit I paid $14 for. I will never go back to another Popeyes again and a few of my friends will get hit in the genitals for convincing me that this place serves edible food. Maybe the franchisee should read these reviews and see that the "staff" is a joke. If you see more than 1 car in the drive through keep movin, these guys will have you waiting for 10-15 minutes for cold undercooked food. read more

Terrible...chicken tenders and coleslaw was nasty. I didn't even tell my husband about it, was in his dinner for later and he said how nasty it was. It's not as good as it used to be. Tasted like it had been sitting for a while. It was POURING RAIN that day. I had to hurry and order. I didn't order a drink until I got to the window. I remembered So I Asked for a small water. Then the very pregnant girl said in Spanish to her manager with the window open, "I asked her if she needed anything else and she said nothing." I was furious. How disrespectful she was. I was raised a better way than her I guess. Does she not know that people know Spanish. I wanted to yell at her but she was extremely pregnant..plus my mother taught me better. I went there a month ago and after they repeatedly messed up our order we came inside one last time because they also gave us watered down sprite. while waiting for them to fix it one of the workers(who had messes up the order repeatedly) called us "pendejo" . The chicken sandwich was great. The soda did not have carbonation, they were out of napkins and out of ice. Ten people were standing at the counter while I was eating and it took several minutes before someone came out to help them. This is a nice new place but if the staff does not get proper training this place won't be around long. read more

We went to Popeyes and ordered an all white bucket. We paid the extra few bucks for the all white order. When I got home it was a mixed bucket. Not only was the order wrong but the staff wasn't very friendly. Now I'd love to blame it on the place being busy; however, there was NO ONE else in the restaurant or going through the drive-thru. I tried calling when I got home but couldn't find their website to find their number. I emailed them from the site on the receipt and never received a reply. Very frustrating. One of these worst customer service experiences of my life! Begins with the person working the counter taking 5 minutes try attempt to ring my order in with a mobile coupon. The manager Jesus comes over and rings everything in. I advise him on my last visit they forgot a side of mac n cheese. He didn't apologize or give me free side. He just said if I didn't talk to anyone previously there wasn't anything he was going to do. 10 minutes later my food comes out oh what a surprise they rang it up for dine inn not carryout... oh wait there is missing items what a shocker! Couldn't wait for Popeyes to open in Hudson, which took forever. Went there shortly after opening, ordered 8 piece all white, opened at home to find 8 mixed and the smallest over cooked chicken we have ever seen. Nothing like any Popeyes we have ever been to. We love Popeyes chicken, but are waiting for the parking lot to look busy before we go back. We understand things are hectic when opening, but it's been months and the parking lot still doesn't have many cars. East St. Paul is fantastic so we make the drive!! read more

They have never once got my order right for starters , I decided to try again last night , I wanted a sprite but they where out , I wanted fries for a side but they where out , I wanted jambalaya but they didn't have any , so I decided at that point Mac and cheese . I get to the window and they gave me mash potatoes instead of Mac and cheese. I ordered extra pickles on my sandwich (that does cost like a dollar extra) and they only put two pickles on my sandwich , they also never have vodo sauce . The worst Popeyes you can possibly stop at. All of the workers have unnecessary attitude and forgot my drink and a sandwich. I understand that people make mistakes but this has happened multiple times at this restaurant. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND. The biggest problem was defiantly the workers. Awful Shame. Not the popeyes I remember. The biscuits are no longer buttery and the chicken is dry. Due to a language barrier I repeated my order several times and the cashier still got the order wrong. I did NOT get the tots I ordered and didn't realize it until I got home. Never again.
