It was also hard to eat as a burger -- the tostada layer made it difficult to get a proper bite, so I ended up eating most of it with a fork. My partner ordered the cheese curd burger, but the curds were huge and he ended up removing them to make it manageable. On the positive side, the beer-battered fries were excellent -- crispy, flavorful, and probably the highlight of the meal for me. The cheese curds themselves were also pretty good (as you'd hope being just across the Wisconsin border). Service was good no problem waiter was nice. The atmosphere felt like a typical sports-bar setup, with lots of TVs and a focus on burgers, wings, and drinks -- a good spot for watching a game or grabbing casual food with friends. For us, it worked fine as a place to stop and eat, but it's not somewhere I'd necessarily make a special trip across the border to visit again.

Later on, it happened again and I had to fix it myself because no one else was available because they were helping customers. Then when I went to pour the drink I wanted, the syrup was out, so that had to be refilled too. After we finished eating, I went to wash my hands, but the urinal wouldn't flush and there were cups sitting in the sink. Not sure if people were using them to flush the urinal, but it wasn't a good look. Even the front doors are hard to open, and the manager admitted the drink machine is old and going out. One thing we noticed on the way out is if you drive a Tesla or Rivian, this location has charging available while you eat, which is really a nice feature I've only seen at this popeyes location. The service itself was good and they fixed the chicken issue right away, but overall this location really needs some money put back into it. A few repairs would make the experience a lot better for customers.

My issues with them are 1) we had to park in front of the building after we paid for our food and 2) my 3 piece chicken were not spicy. After about 10 minutes of waiting, a staff member came out with our order. The biscuit is some of the best I've ever had, it's buttery, hot, fluffy, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. There were a good amount of fries with my order which I appreciate. I wish one of the 3 pieces weren't a tiny wing. Most places would give an additional one when it's so small. The batter was crispy, and the chicken breast meat was so tender. Overall, it was a great experience minus a few things, and it's definitely a place I'll look forward to coming back to when I'm in the area next. You'll have to come see for yourself, and I'd recommend this location to anyone in the area having a taste for Popeyes or fast foods.

Well, in July I ordered about $50 worth of food via doordash. I called about an hour and a half after placing my order and spoke with someone with a speech impediment (for identifying purposes in case the manager sees this) who said "oh yeah I see your food right here (confirming that it was never picked up). I don't know how to cancel it but I'll have the manager call you in the morning" never happened. I called five guys customer service and was told it would be refunded in 3-5 days. Never happened. Got an email from the manager that said no refund because they said they dropped it off... even though it was not at my house or even the right food!! Tried to contact back and never heard anything. Called doordash, they apologized and issued a refund to the store for my $50 and took fault for the claim... the manager STILL did not issue the refund despite doordash giving them money to give me. Called the customer service number 4 times in total being told every time it would be taken care of until they finally said "it's up to the manager and if he's refusing there's nothing we can do". So... they stole $50 from and I never got my food. I even disputed with my CC company and was told they have to take the managers word. I never even got to speak with the manager directly. See photo for email from "Garrison" stating door dash delivered my food. I spoke with an employee confirming that that was not my order... nor my house. This was months of back and forth...

I also heard her rushing other customers. Overall I love noodles but didn't have a great experience with staff. Also highly recommend their mac n' cheese
