I should have checked their yelp review before ordering. It was absolutely horrible on all fronts. Did an online order for a burrito and a bowl. Both were legitimately cold. The rice was in dry chunks- clearly old. There was honestly maybe an ounce of meat in both. It was the smallest burrito and bowl I've ever received from a Chipotle as well. Only giving two stars and not less cause the people seem nice enough but holy cow. They almost always have only one person working the line which makes for such a slow experience . And then they're out of multiple things - some of which you just have to admit defeat on cause you can't make other people wait behind you. Again. I walked into Chipotle in Hudson WI, the employee was very disrespectful to the woman in front of me. The employee acted frustrated and rude with her and her son. To the employee's defense there 3 other employees doing nothing. I asked for a bowl and also asked if the honey chicken was hot -he never answered me so I ordered steak and chicken and he said that I couldn't get both so he decided I was going to have chicken. I asked for black beans and he scraped the bottom of the pan to get them. The rest was pretty much normal Until I got to the counter to pay and five people were waiting in line when some young chick showed up acting like she was doing us a favor. When I got up there to pay she asked me if I wanted it all in a bag. I said yes and once again she acted like she was doing me a favor. The whole place needs to be cleaned regularly. All of the employees from the top down need an attitude check. I did take my food out for supper and the next day my wife and I were not feeling good at all and we will not be going back ever!!!! We woke up with stomach cramps and diarrhea for the entire morning lingering into the afternoon. We both split the bowl that I ordered. Will not be going back! read more

First off we walked into the facility and do not get acknowledged for about 8 to 10 minutes. After The lady finally acknowledged our existence it took her about six minutes to put her gloves on. I've been to many Chipotle locations in numerous states. Last time was one of the Woodbury, MN location's about 2yrs ago. Swore I would never go again. Today I was in the Hudson, WI store around 1:30pm. Thought I'd give this location a go. Never again. It's so disappointing. The food was actually "okay", but the restaurant itself was disgusting. Apparently, there isn't any urgency to wipe tables, empty over flowing trash, sweep floor etc. I sat at a dirty table and watched the employees just stand around between orders. They were well past the lunch rush. If I were the owner of that place, I would be livid. Unfortunately the Hudson, WI Chipotle is one of, if not the most, substandard Chipotle restaurants myself, my family and most of my friends have been in. Over the past several years this location has really been a disappointment. The staff is no longer friendly, the restaurant always looks unkempt and most importantly, ALWAYS out of product! How does a Chipotle restaurant run out cheese? Chips? Veggies? Rice? I'm a bit confused as to how this happens consistently, especially on a Saturday AND Sunday evenings, around the 6 pm dinner hour. Needless to say, once again, we decided to try Hudson again, and once again, the staff was rude, they were down to a pan of white rice, no cheese in the store (difficult to make tacos, quesadillas and such), no lettuce and out of chips. If and when any of us decide to give Chipotle another go, instead of driving a couple miles to the local restaurant, we will head to Woodbury where there are never any issues. Disappointed - ordered my food online through the app because I had a little bit of a drive to get to chipotle. I ordered my food at 12:10 pm and it told me to expect my food to be ready at 12:20 pm. I thought there might be a little fluctuation in time given that it is over lunch, a weekend, and that they may be busy. I walked inside at 12:20 pm and there was minimal people in line, I waited at the stand for 5 minutes and still no sign of my meal. I double checked location and time just to make sure I had ordered correctly, which I did. It was 12:32 pm by the time I got my food. The entire line of people were already helped along with 4 others who walked in after me and were eating by the time I got to leave with my food. read more

The inside is always messy and dirty and if you want a manager good luck. They run out of stuff constantly and the meat never has the same taste, absolutely no consistency here. I love Chipotle, however, this one has been very disappointing the last few times I have been there. A few things- It is pretty dirty They are always out of things-I understand there is a shortage, however, of Chips? The fact that they cannot make a large cheese quesadilla at the main line is crazy. I sweat it depends who is working. But, you can get it if you order it off line. So instead, I order 3 small....more time for them and probably more cost. The catch...they don't have an option to ring up a small quesadilla so they charged by 8 bucks for a large. Does this make sense? The hours-they are always closing early or saying they can only do online orders. Sometimes I feel like people are taking advantage of the "we are short staffed". I hardly write reviews, but after this last disappointing time at this location I had to. And the manager was so rude. I'd give them zero if I could. Insanity... They say that the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results - I think that I'm going insane... Why do I keep going back to this Chipotle in Hudson Wisconsin and expect that things will ever be better? They're constantly running out of items and you only find that out after standing in the line that is out the door for 30 minutes. They have enough sense to put a handwritten notice at the door, at the order station and at the register that they are doing credit and exact change only. Wouldn't it also make sense to post the items that they are currently out of also at the door? That way you don't have to wait in line for 30 minutes only to find out there is nothing that you want to eat available. Salads - their menu says that they do salads. The whole world over sells their salads with some variation of a dressing included. But not in Chipotle's world, their idea of a salad is just one more handful of wilted lettuce thrown on top of what they call a burrito bowl and then you have a salad! Unless you ask at the beginning of the order, you only find out that you're going to be eating that salad dry when you get to the register and ask for the dressing, only to be told that "we're out of salad dressing". The real truth is that the kids on the line were just too lazy to bother to make any of it. Their home made dressing is really good if you can ever find a Chipotle that has it. I'd settle for a salad dressing that was not home made, but in a one serving pack like all the other restaurants in this world do. So my normal fall back when the salad isn't available is to do a fajita bowl, wouldn't you know, after waiting in the line that was out the door, tonight there again is no salad dressing (as usual) and tonight they are also out of peppers and onions (or maybe they're just too lazy to go back and cut some more up and sauté them). It's just 10 minutes more to drive over to the Woodbury location, that's less time than I will spend waiting in line at Hudson just to find out I'm not going to be getting anything from them this time. read more

This is the worst chipotle I have ever been too. They are always out of something, are very skimpy on everything, and are never willing to correct mistakes. If you do have to go, DO NOT order online. Your order will most likely be wrong and very very small. The picture attached was supposed to have extra white rice, clearly that was not the case. They are not efficient as far as getting people in and out. I have been during both busy and dead hours and I have had to wait on the workers every single time.
