I love Jimmy John's, but this time it was the worst service and sandwich I've ever had from anywhere! I'm staying at a hotel 1 mile from the store, I placed my order, 20 minutes later was notified it's out for delivery, 30 minutes later I called the store to see if something was wrong since I'm only 1 mile away , the manager said no I only have 1 driver and he left here with 5 orders, 30 more minutes go by and my order arrives, the bag was soaked & in turn the sandwich was soaked, it was disgusting but I ate some of it because I was very hungry and waited all this time. Absolutely disgusting I threw it up shortly after eating! I'll never order Jimmy John's again unless this manager is fired he has no place in the business read more

I asked my bf to bring home a tuna sandwich. The bread was good but the rest, not so much. The tuna had so many onions I couldn't eat half. The tomatoes had a bad taste to them. Big fan of this restaurant, mainly because it actually brings the inner-redneck out of me, because my fave Nascar driver of the last dozen or so years; Kevin Harvick, is known to occasionally sport the paint scheme of this very restaurant chain from time to time on his number 29 car. They also serve sandwiches here, which rock the hizzy (this place also makes me say things like hizzy) and they opened their first and only store here in the Shreveport-Bossier City area yesterday (06/11/13) in the old ice cream shop Maggie Moo's location in front of Target and Best Buy and all that jazz there on Youree. read more

I came here a few weeks ago and got a sub. The place was clean and set up just like other jimmy john's I have visited. The employees were friendly and greeted us immediately. The guy taking my order was patient while I decided what I wanted. I ordered a turkey sub and it was very good! I made it into a meal and got chips and a drink. Everything was very tasty. This is my favorite sub place in Shreveport (since there are no publix's here). They have a wide selection of different meats and toppings. If you enjoy a good stop you'll have to try out jimmy john's. Overall, this is a great sub place with good selections and great service. I crave their subs and will definitely be back! read more

Tried to call in an order and I was on hold over 8 minutes. Was almost there by the time they picked up but I placed my order over the phone anyway and then ran into Target to pick up a couple of things. They said my order would be ready in 10 mins.... 20+ minutes after I left Target I headed across the parking lot, that was how long between when I had ordered and when I arrived and when I got there she told me they had been too busy to make my order yet and I would have to wait. So I told them forget the order. What's the point in ordering ahead. This is my second frustrating experience with this location. Time to find a new sandwich shop! read more

Not a good experience. Staff did not communicate anything, just started at me. Ordered my sandwich, paid cash and waited on my recipe. Employee just started at me not saying anything. I left the counter without my recipe. Figured out I was supposed to go to the end of the counter to get my sandwich. No one said anything there either. There always one sitting there after a while. It was what I ordered so I guess it was mine. Again, no one said a word to me. I ordered it to go but the sandwich was not in a bag. I picked up the sandwich and left. I don't know if it was mine or not. As I am writing this I am getting nervous about eating it. I think I will throw it away and go to Chick-Fil-A down the street. Seriously. I visited the place a couple times and received average svc. Last time I went, I placed my order at the register and they started making the sandwich prior to the order being completed. I did not want mayo on my sandwich which I conveyed the first time I placed the order (not as an after thought). Once they processed the order at the register , the assembly line noticed I did not want mayo on my order so they stopped the sandwich making process, sent it back to the beginning of the assembly line, pulled out a new bun and transferred the mayo covered contents from that sandwich to the new one which they gave me. The kicker was the follow up from customer service whom responded to the complaint with a generic copy and paste response via email. "Kiersten" with customer service did not even review the issue thoroughly or respond when I called her out on it. I will not return. read more

There is nobody who is going to "freak" about the speed of the service here. While waiting 10 minutes for my sandwich I heard them run out of at least three ingredients. There were four employees and not one of them had any idea what was going on. I even watched one of them continually wiping his nose with the back of his hand while on the prep line. He then walked into the back for a moment and when he came back he rinsed his hands very briefly without soap and returned to making sandwiches. I then watched the same employee leave the store for a delivery with his apron still on which is a big no no. Worst JJ's experience by far and I've been to quite a few. I was there yesterday with 3 children ages 7, 5, and 2 all three with gluten allergies. We often eat here bc of the unwhich and have never had the issue we had today! We always order slim 5 unwhich bc the kids eat only meat and cheese and can't have bread. Today, we requested the owner to pls add mayo for us to each of the kid's slim 5 unwhich- we have done this before w no issues at all. He refused bc "it was a slim 5 and that was against cooperate policy" but offered us mayo packets. I explained that in order to add mayo w the packets to an unwhich, I would have to tear apart the wrap thus destroying the whole thing. His suggestion was to pay full price for a regular sandwich that would not need any of the toppings that the regular sandwich had to offer and then pay 3.00 more for him to add mayo that he was willing to give to me for free. Whatever happened to being human? what ever happened to customer service? Why is it that this OWNER could not place the mayo to save the unwhich- he was giving me the mayo anyway! I could understand if I was trying to be cheap and get something for free but he was willing to give me the mayo- why not show excellent customer service and just put it on the wrap for the KIDS so that their food was not all tore up?? We won't be back!
