What happen to you people. Went there today and got 3 sandwiches. They charge me for jalapeño chips and I asked for extra jalapenos crisp on my husband sandwich. Three small sandwiches and two cookies and one bag of chips. It cost me 36.00 dollars. Sorry but am done going back. Really don't like subway, any suggestions, i live on the west side!! I almost forgot a Jimmy John's is on Hamilton Blvd! It's located half a block over from my bank so it was an easy choice for dinner after some errands. I used the Mobil app for the first time while ordering and it was SUPER easy. I especially loved that I could choose when to pick up my order. That's insanely convenient. Tho, of course after I finish the order and pay via iPhone, my husband texts me and says, "Please no mayo on my sandwich." Shoot...he hates mayo. I didn't realize his sandwich came with it. And I already put in and paid for the order! Decided to call and ask the store if I could modify my sandwiches and the man on the phone was SO nice and helped me right away! Mayo crisis averted! I scheduled to pick my food up at 4:15 and at 4:14 I walked in and everything was bagged up and waiting for me. Ate it at home and everything was just delicious. I'll absolutely be ordering from that location again. They are currently closing off certain tables but are allowing dine-in. They have a drive-thru. I think there was 1 outdoor table. I love jimmy johns but lately the Hamilton location has been completely crap. A couple weeks ago we ordered online and put a comment to call when they came so we made sure we got the $30+ order. Guess what. My neighbors ate well. It was set as one of the last deliveries so by the time we realized we weren't getting it they were closed but my card was charged. The next day we called and had to argue with them to get it refunded. Tonight, our "freaky fast delivery", took over an hour and it's only maybe a 10 minute drive. Finally, went to go eat it and we asked for both kinds of mustard on the sandwich and there's no mustard. read more

This is the worst JJ I've ever been to. They forget items when you drive through and there turkey sandwich is all bread. Most of the workers have bad attitudes, not your typical JJ!! read more

I like the sandwiches, However every single time I've been there they mess up my whole order. This time I wanted an umwhich and got bread. I did pre order and my order wasn't even there when I got there. After everyone behind me got their orders I ask the clerk where mine was. He copped an attitude and said he gave it to me already. After showing them I did not get my order they acted like it was an inconvenience to make my sandwich, the second one. I have no idea what the criteria is for someone to work there, but I would diff be watching the Hamilton Blvd location a little more clearly. Good way to lose customers! The guy was in such a hurry to get me off the phone during my delivery order. And it was wrong when it arrived. Not impressed.

Wow... honestly just had the absolute worst customer service experience. I ordered a sandwich tonite for delivery. I got the sandwich and started eating.... Only to discover there was a hair right smack dab in the middle of the sandwich. I called the store, politely explained the situation. The "manager" on call, Samantha was immediately irritated and hurriedly stated that she hadn't had a delivery order in a while so "there was nothing she could do" seriously? I gave her the receipt number and she looked it up. She said that it was too late to make me another sandwich so that again "there was nothing she could do". I directly asked her for a refund and offered to stop by tomorrow morning to pick it up. She said that they "don't do that" and "only have a store credit system" that they use in these situations. I told her that was not acceptable since I tossed the sandwich, don't plan to go back, and now because of her unprofessionalism as well. I asked if she was the only manager available, and she didn't give me a direct answer. She then said she would text her manager and get back to me and was about to hang up. I asked her if perhaps she needed my phone number and name to follow up since BOTH were listed incorrectly on my receipt. She took it and abruptly hung up. Honestly, wow. My family & I order from here all the time. That was the last time we ever will. I plan to go back tomorrow during the day and hopefully speak to a different manager about the experience and get my money back. This is a really unfortunate phone call and I plan to let everyone I know in this area about it. read more

It is absolutely ridiculous that they don't deliver to a house that is 1.5 miles away. Terrible customer service. The girl I talked to on the phone had either had a lobotomy or she was high as a kite. I had to repeat my address 4 times and she was still getting it wrong. She also hung up on me. read more

Placed an order and asked how long and was told that once they get it made they send it out. I said you cannot give a time frame and she said nope when it is made it will go out! I love Jimmy Johns. Way better than subway. But this is the 3rd time now that I have ordered for delivery and have not gotten what I ordered/payed for. I order the same sandwich every time. I add a couple of things and take a couple of things off as well. But when I open my sandwich it's like they didn't even look at what I asked for and just made what originally comes on the sandwich I ordered. Your employees really need to read customers orders a lot more carefully. I work in customer service and I know that customers always come first and their satisfaction is what keeps the place running. read more

I'm very disappointed.... I love jimmy johns but my experience today made me very upset. I went up to the window and the guy said his name and asked me what my favorite color was and I just kind of said purple but anyway I ordered my food and I always order number nine with no onions no tomatoes and no vinegar sauce add extra mayo then when I went up to the window to pay for my food there was about 20 workers in there and they were keeping themselves busy but at the same time there were some people were just standing around and I didn't get my food for about five minutes I was starting to get irritated but I also work in fast food so I kind of understood you know maybe somethings going on finally someone comes up to the window to take my card swipe my card and gave me my sandwich I get home and my sandwich is completely wrong. It had no onions no tomatoes no mayo extra vinegar sauce. The only reason I went to this one was because it had a drive-thru but I will never go to this one again because the person who took my order was obviously joking around instead of doing his job. Instead of asking me what my favorite color is maybe you should ask me if you got my order correct. read more
