Stopped here to grab food before a movie screening nearby. We walked from the theater (where we parked in the ramp) just across the street (less than 5 min walk) they do have plenty of parking though. I will say the staff were more leaned back/chill at this location. I ordered my usual Turkey Tom w/ a few mods. My friend wasn't a fan of JJ's but ordered what the staff suggested a cold cut or something like that toasted. She really enjoyed it and is now a jjs fan. Freaky slow dummy's behind the counter. Standing around before even handing out food. Absolutely stunning they'll have customers waiting for food for 5 min. I put in an online order 15-20 min prior. Got there and sat in your store for 15-20 min. Saw the workers standing around and gossiping. Noticed not 1 sandwich was being made. Then walked up and said where is my sandwich. I went here on my lunch break and was having a bad day, I didn't have a lot of time and was also on the phone in the drive thru. The staff made my food very fast and it tasted great, the woman at the window was very friendly and didn't even seem annoyed that I was also on a phone call. read more

Stopped in for a quick sandwich during a busy workday. The staff were nice and made everything super quick! There was no one else in the restaurant since it was well after standard lunch time. They were able to get my order correct with the few substitutions I asked for. I was in and out in less then five minutes! Parking is ample and easy. read more

Well I thought I'd give delivery another shot. Disappointed once again. 32 min before my order had left the store, and a total of 55 minutes before it was in my hand. Mind you this location is exactly 1 mile from my work. I'm not always able to leave to go pick up the sandwich on my own, and today was a day like that. They either need more driver's or better driver's. When I worked for a Jimmy John's years ago it was a 15 minute delivery goal. That must not be the case anymore. read more

This Jimmy Johns is awesome! It is just missing a drive through and it would be perfect! The wait here is never long at all, the staff always nails the orders and I really do get my order "Freaky Fast". Their delivery is awesome as well. During the lunch time they have this one driver who is the most friendly guy every! I recently stopped in to get a quick bite and pick up for lunch and I was in and out of there in less than 4 minutes (most of the time was me trying to figure out how to pay-thanks to this new chip system). Another visit with continued crappy service. Unfriendly, workers mopping floors under your table and around your feet while you sit and try to eat amidst ear-splitting rock music. The entire staff looks like they are in rehab and I love how they roll up the floor mat and put them on the bench seats to mop the floors. (See the photo of this disgusting practice). With Jersey Mikes sub shop across the street I see no reason to ever go back here. read more

This location is very hit and miss. NEVER ORDER DELIVERY!!!! I've had deliver take over an hour!Resorted to online ordering. Had many orders not completed to specifications, whether forgetting toppings, napkins, even bags for multiple sandwiches.. example today... special instructions not met for the first two of three sandwiches opened. And they were the minor requests: being cut/labeled makes me wonder the surprises in #3 that has the most instructions.... the worst part of this location is the staff. jimmy johns...my foreign mistress... honestly this has to be one of the best sandwich shop ive ever had in my life (primanti brothers would be the other one) this place\franchise beats the pants off of subway, or quiznos, or mr. sub! I walked into this place based on brock lesnar having the JJ logo on his shorts(not even joking!) I was across the plaza at cub foods and noticed the logo and walked back. I was a bit taken back by the menu...lots of options, lots of toppings, seems really great!? placed my order for three sandwiches and they were ready within 5 minutes (impressed) in the time that I was waiting I couldn't help but notice all of the signage around the restaurant (see photos) some of them were really great, some of them were really thought provoking. I took my subs and went back to the hotel. upon inspection of the three subs I purchased I dove into the first one...the bread quality is out of this world, the toppings are super fresh, and the sauce...oh man the sauce is primo. very delicious...no complaints and please please please come to Canada! great location, super clean, and lots of parking! come and check them out, you wont be disappointed. read more

I ordered for pickup, But I had to remind them I needed to pay, also that I needed a large drink, and when I asked for a bag for my 4 items, one of them patted the stack of bags "here they are" and turned away while I juggled the food. This Jimmy John's is more or less the same as every other Jimmy John's, but I've been consistently disappointed by their delivery timing. The first time I ordered delivery, I scheduled it a few hours ahead of time- it was delivered 20 minutes late. Called it a fluke. The second time I tried, I ordered ASAP delivery and it took about 40 minutes. It was a busy time of day so I'm not broken up about it. The third time (just now) I scheduled an 11:00am delivery at about 9:00 this morning. So the delivery is 19 minutes late right now and the only reason I'm writing this review is I left my office to wait for the delivery. Maybe it shouldn't be that big of a deal but for a company that markets its delivery capabilities so aggressively, you'd hope the performance would be there. I'll probably order form there again because it's nearby but I can't count on them for timing. Freaky fast. read more

Typical Jimmy Johns food. Pretty good but nothing out of the ordinary special. Its a pretty convenient location right off 394 and next to Rainbow. Store itself is fairly clean although a little small. My 2* rating is for the poor customer service though. I recently had an employee come into my workplace and try to charge us for a large delivery order. We told him it wasn't our order and he got angry and more or less said it was our fault that there was confusion in the order. Dude - we didnt order ANYTHING. It got sorted in the end and turns out they just had the wrong delivery instructions. Being that this Jimmy John's is open fairly late and is conveniently located on our way home from our favorite watering holes, Island Boy and I stop by here occasionally to satisfy our late night cravings. Even just a few minutes before closing time (11pm I think), the staff has always been very friendly and accommodating. Order preparation is "freaky fast", we've never had any order errors, and the food always tastes fresh. Can't ask for much more from a chain sandwich shop! read more

This place has to be a joke!? I've ordered same thing twice in the last two times and they messed up the order. No lettuce was the request. Even "please cut the pickle in two" goes fully ignored. I gave the feedback to Jimmy John's corporate and they sent me a $10 gift card as a sorry. Well when redeeming that gift card, they sent me an empty one! ****sigh**** Also, it's the only Jimmy John's that is freaky slow. Two coworkers & I went to this location to take part in the so-called Customer Appreciation Day $1 8" subs. One of them is allergic to gluten. I caught a Facebook posting regarding that subject. Jimmy John's had replied that if the person were to make the employee aware, she can get the Unwhich for $1. The manager refused. I became rather upset that my friend was being discriminated against. Last night I visited this location for the first, and last time. First thing I noticed when I walked in was that the music was very loud. Took a few minutes for the young man behind the cash register to ask if he could help me. I walked up and began to ask a few questions. As his mouth moved I had to continually ask him to repeat everything because he spoke so soft. I had to ask him to repeat the type of bread, difference in size, if I could get a different type of bread. Not hearing any responses I asked for 9-grain. He said "you want #9?" I've seen Jimmy John's all over having recently moved to Minneapolis from San Francisco. The decor and ambiance seemed nice, and the menu looked interesting. I ordered a Turkey Tom sandwich but asked them to hold the mayo and add vinaigrette. This was probably the most bland sandwich I've ever had. The bread is spongy and if there was vinaigrette on it I couldn't taste it (and I asked them twice to be sure to include the vinaigrette). I've been to Subway many times for a quick lunch but Subway wasn't the type of place I'd recommend to anyone. But compared to Jimmy John's I think Subway is much more flavorful and offers better bread choices.. read more

Yikes! Terrible customer service! First time ever going to a Jimmy Johns and I'm very disappointed. I go to the counter and the two guys don't even acknowledge me. So initiate conversation by telling them that it's my first time at a jimmy johns and asked if they had any favorites or suggestions for me? No response just stared at me so I ordered my sandwich and before I paid it was done... no questions if I wanted a sauce or if I had any sandwich modifications? I love these reviews-spot on! This place is touch and go. To their credit they've never messed up an order on us, but I did just waited 55 mins for a delivery (2 miles away). When I called the store the dude said they deliver to what's closest first, and not based on who ordered first. When this happened previously, the manager asked me to call the regional office and ask them to support him hiring more drivers (which I did). The driver tonight said there are only two of them on and when they do hire more people they don't want to work weekends and quit. Said he's been on since 11 AM with no break.
