Every single time that I order at the registers i ask for GRILLED nuggets and end up getting the regular ones. Do the workers not want to make them? Do they refuse to learn the difference between their grilled and regular options? I specifically ask for GRILLED and they always ring it up as the regular nuggets. they are fine but they are more dry than the grilled ones IMO. the person cleaning the lobby was nice but it just bothers me that this is the second time that this has happened. read more

Unfortunately this location gets my order wrong about a third of the time despite me only usually ordering 2 or sometimes 3 items. It's also a much slower drive thru compared to many CFAs I've been to. Something is not working correctly here, I hope they fix it. read more

food and service was good, clean dining room. Everything was nice except an employee named Tara was extremely rude to me and my family and ruined our experience. We dined in and the other employees were polite and nice, though Tara was unprofessional and rude. Seemed to have good customer service with other guests, though when she gave us our order she almost threw the bag on the table without a "my pleasure" or "enjoy". she passed by later and i asked her for a extra sauce though she ignored us. We saw her on her phone some time later doing what we thought was taking pictures of me and my family, though we could not be sure. Very unprofessional and off putting. I usually love coming to Chick-Fil-A and usually receive extra fast service. But today I waited at least 20 minutes in the drive through. I placed my mobile order while in line. When I got to the drive up counter, my order wasn't ready. I parked my car and waited at least another 10 minutes. Got my food, but they forgot my drinks. I had to go back inside and waited at another 15 minutes for drinks. I have never been there in a Saturday and none of the employees were outside taking orders. I'm not sure if they were short people or the computers were slow. I also wonder if the Door Dash business has created more wait times for all take out restaurants. I never make any comments on here and understand rush times because I also work in the service industry. I was just curious why the slower wait times today. As anyone who has read my reviews may know, I try to be fair and to consider mitigating factors when opining on a given establishment. I'm also willing to harshly critique a chain restaurant that fails to meet even minimum standards. The above said, I cannot relate to any of the negative reviews I've read for this SLP Chick-fil-A location. I've dined in and taken out solo and with my son at least a half-dozen times. I've never received anything but fast, courteous service. Sometimes, at peak hours this place is crazy busy. However, despite the crush of orders on those occasions, I never felt as though I had to wait an excessive amount of time. I find the food comparable to other Chick-fil-A locations such as Bloomington and Eagan. Meaning they serve very high quality fast food. Maybe some have caught this place on a bad day. Who knows? In my opinion this is a solid addition to the area joining 5 Guys, Blaze Pizza and others as a better than decent option when you don't feel like home cooking. read more

These two stars are for the two employees that were working hard to try and maintain the Chick-Fil-a standard tonight (7/21/22). Line was long with one happy cashier and plenty of workers wandering around. When the manager takes a break there needs to be leader to step-up and make sure everyone is working. The cashier and one girl behind the counter were earning their pay. We're (the US) in trouble if this franchise can't maintain their level of quality for employees. I have given this CFA location many tries. I have ordered online over a dozen times and have gone through the drive thru many times as well. About half of my orders had something wrong. The most recent one was in a drive thru. I asked the worker for a sweet tea to which he repeated back to me. I pull up to the window and I'm handed a Hi-C which went unnoticed until it was too late. In the past when I've ordered from this location I'll ask for a simple chicken sandwich with mayo and lettuce and it'll arrive with cheese, tomato, and all the other toppings I specifically asked to be removed. I enjoy CFA, but not when 3 out of 5 times I end up with the wrong order. I would recommend finding another CFA before taking the risk of spending your money on an order you didn't pay for. read more

Best experience of my life. Just checked it off the bucket list. The fries...extraordinary. They were delightfully crispy and you could tell they were made with love. Now onto the service. Shimshy was fucking amazing. Excuse the profanity, but I feel as though it is the only way to express my experience upon visiting this Chick-Fil-A. One of the more chaotic drive-through lines I've seen at a Chick-fil-A. They normally have that process down because it's always so packed. I feel like they were maybe in the middle of shift change when I got there. Either way, got a spicy chicken sandwich and an ice cream cone. The ice cream cone was great for the hot day outside. Well, I'm from Detroit where we didn't have Chick Fil A until last year so it may not be hard to believe that every experience I've had was great! I have NEVER had a bad experience so these reviews were very interesting. My best friend and I came here for breakfast and went through the drive through. They answered right away and were very nice. We did have to wait quite a bit for our food but everything was correct, hot and delicious. Maybe this location read the reviews and hired new staff right before I got there. read more

Okay, I have probably been to well over 100 CFA locations in my lifetime. I don't know what it is about this location but then again I do. It is Saint Louis Park. I gave this place 3 tries in the first month in which they were open. The first time was on opening day. The line was very slow although I went at an off-time and they were not very busy. I wrote it off to new employees getting the feel for the POS and dealing with customers. The breast on the sandwich was very large and I will give them credit for that. However, it was cooked much longer than normal and instead of being golden it was a dark brown. Again, I wrote off as first day. The second time I tried to go through the drive-thru in the morning. The line was at a stand-still even though there was only about 4 cars. I have no idea what the other cars were ordering but if they were that special of orders they needed to have them pull ahead. After about 10 minutes of going nowhere, I tried to pull around to exit via the secondary lane; however, it narrows to 1 lane not allowing for exit so I was STUCK until whatever order was filled. The third time again I went into the store again. It was not extremely (3 people ahead of me) busy but again took far longer in line than it should have. Again, the sandwich was dark brown not golden. In addition, this site uses paper cups of which I am not a fan. I know this is the local ordinance being enforced by the loons on the City of Saint Louis Park city council. I wish this owner well. I just wish they had chosen a location outside Saint Louis Park with a better group of patrons. I know they were being bullied by a local group when CFA announced the opening of the site. It seems that the owners kowtowed to some of the "diversity" demands instead of focusing on CFA quality. I am still going to patronize CFA but not this location. read more

The lettuce is chopped up so it is easy to eat (I know this seems like a huge duh) but it isn't haha. The ingredients are fresh and chopped up to the same sizes and again, just making it really easy to eat. I love caesar, and their caesar is amazing. It is fresh and somehow light (which is pretty rare I think). Just all in good ingredients, whole foods, good delivery and preparation. It is a little on the expensive side, I will not lie. I suppose with quality comes a cost but in my opinion, just slightly overpriced. However, here I am ordering it again today to be delivered to work..

Anyways, Green and Grain is the closest I have found to Chop't in Minnesota. I love that the lettuce is finely chopped, there is nothing less appetizing than a piece of lettuce that is the size of a post-it note. My go-to salads are the Farmer and the Cowboy. I want to mention that the cowboy is a bit spicy (in an unpleasant way), I prefer it with regular ranch instead of the jalapeño ranch.

The one thing I did find odd is that any toast that comes with your breakfast actually comes out in a separate basket. Mine arrived about 10 minutes before the rest of my breakfast which was the 2 eggs, sausage and potatoes. For me I would rather have it arrive on my breakfast plate because I am one of those folks that likes to dip their toast in their over-easy egg yolks. Arriving before the rest of your breakfast if you hold onto it awaiting the rest of your breakfast you are using cold toast. Everything still tasted good. But I did leave hungry. I actually sat there for a moment thinking do I need to order something else but how would that look. I am not a huge eater -- and typically have a little bit of something left on my plate when I go out for breakfast but this time not so much. First time I have ever taken myself out for breakfast and came home and had a snack.

For breakfast, I ordered the Payslie's Favorite Eggs Benedict. This meal comes piled pretty high with guac, tomato, poached eggs and hollandaise sauce, and is served with a side of their delicious homemade breakfast potatoes. It was very filling and very delicious, and honestly one of the better eggs benedict dishes I've had in recent months! To finish off, we ordered some of their beignets. While they weren't quite as good as real beignets from New Orleans, they were a perfect sweet treat to end an already wonderful meal. 5 stars all around! Highly recommend!

The crisped arugula had a great smokiness to it. My husband had a pepperoni pizza with peppers, and he said it had a nice, small kick of spice. The dining room was narrow but had a lot of tables without feeling cramped. The patio area looked great, but unfortunately it was raining during our visit.

I usually recommend a reservation for Pink Ivy as during dinner rush it always seems full. I have had so many great meals here. I am usually a meat and potatoes kind of person but the salmon here is great. Also as much as I dislike vegetables they actually have ones I order. As much as the food is always been great. The staff has also been wonderful. They are knowledgeable and friendly and really make a difference. Atmosphere can change from time to time. As busy restaurants nights are always going to have that buzz but in a good way. As the busy night calms into late evening there is this different nice smooth feeling that comes over the place. Lastly this place introduced me to a new drink. The Carajillo. In my opinion it's a better version of the Espresso Martini as it's a bit sweeter.
