This is a very good example of a chain restaurant. We've been through the drive-thru and ordered delivery. They have never messed up an order (and we have large orders) and the food is always exactly the same good quality. The few people we have dealt with in the drive-they have been pleasant, but most of the time we get delivery. Yes, they are still freaky fast as they advertise, and the food is freshly made. The sub bread is always soft, and my favorite. If you like Jimmy John's, then this one is for you. read more

Generally I like Jimmy Johns restaurants and this is no exception. Probably been open less that a week and it's already hitting on all cylinders. Walked in today and looked up at the menu board while they were helping the couple ahead of me. Did not take long till it was my turn. Ordered one of my favorites which is the Italian and it was ready in less than 2 minutes. By the time I got my tea, it was ready. Took it back to the office to my desk and it was a very typical, very good Jimmy Johns Sandwich. Next time we have a working lunch, guess who we are going to call because they deliver. read more

2020 May 16; 14:09; first let me say I am an avid fan of jimmy johns. Have been for years. I have visited the statesville store several times. And there have been some small issues and usually were corrected. Today however was the worst I have experienced yet. Even worse, their every attempt to correct the issues were bigger disasters. During the ordering process I repeated the order 3 times to insure that the order was understood. With 2 cars in drive thru and and empty lobby, the order took 20 minutes to complete. Actually it was never completed because each time we got our food it was wrong. Missing items, incorrect items. Finally just took what they gave and left because I was so frustrated. No masks or gloves were present. This county requires a minimum of gloves for all food handlers. Now in this time, I expect some issues. However to fail so badly is not good at all. I can not recommend this location. read more

I don't usually like cold subs but there's something about Jimmy John's cold subs! Absolutely delicious! I am a turkey and Ham sub lover, and they offer great options with those types of meats. My favorite I would say is the #7 which is a ham sub. I ordered the Giant size (16") that I asked to cut in 4 pieces. This location is fairly big for a jimmy johns and has a large seating area. Great for lunches! The employees were kind and extremely fast when making my sandwich. Dinning room, soda machine, and bathrooms were clean. Keep up the great work! read more

My wife and I ordered a large Italian sub. We wanted her half to have everything but no onions. I asked that my half had No tomatoes, but extra onions and peppers and spices to make my half robustly flavored. The large Italian sub was delivered with tomatoes and onions on the whole sandwich with no peppers at all. The sub roll was dressed well and had a lot of contents. read more

This chain has wonderful bread meats and cheeses. They know how to make a sub with a proper balance of flavors. I am only subtracting a star because they lack the thing, that in my opinion, finishes off a great sub. That would be an unmixed version of vinaigrette, oil and vinegar separate. I don't care for mayo or oil on my subs, I do however like lots and lots of vinegar. The service is always great no matter which location I visit and forgetting that I can't get just vinegar is my fault. For whatever reason, the website was saying that the location couldn't deliver to my address. However when I called, a really nice young lady checked my address and stated they actually could deliver. I thought that was super nice she took her time to check and be sure. I ended up calling back to finally place my order and a super friendly employee named Charles helped me place my order. He was really patient and funny while helping me as I did have a really complicated order. He got my order here in a timely manner as well! read more

Probably the worst JJ's I've been to ever. Jimmy John's is my family's go-to place for road trip lunch, so I've been to them all over the country. Never have we waited longer then 2 minutes for our subs, which is one of the primary reasons we choose JJ's. There were 7 people in front of us when we ordered. It took 30 minutes to get our food. Absolutely nuts. No one seemed to know what they were doing. No leadership behind the counter and the cashier looked like he just finished drinking a few hours ago. Instead we got a thirty minute wait time and a poorly assembled sandwich. The workers were mismanaged and apathetic and showed no remorse or attempt to apologize.
