Neighbor jam is the jammm. Fantastic brunch. A bit of a wait but friendly good customer service. Most of all the food was delicious. It was the best eggs benny I had in a while. We also tried the breakfast tacos which were rich in flavor!

This place is hands-down my favorite brunch spot I've been to in a long time. I'm usually not a brunch person, but I'd absolutely come back here again. Those lemon poppy seed pancakes? Oof. Sweet, slightly savory, with a little crunch from the poppy seeds, and incredibly fluffy. Easily one of the highlights of the meal. The avocado toast was also top-tier, probably my favorite avocado toast I've ever had. The champagne vinaigrette, the sweet crushed tomatoes layered over the toasted bread, and the perfectly runny yolk from the over-medium eggs all came together beautifully. Everything was delicious. I'll be looking forward to my next visit whenever I'm back in Tulsa. The restaurant is massive, and I'm honestly surprised we were able to get a table. The wait was almost an hour, but we joined the waitlist online and ended up only being 22nd on the list!

Love this place. They always have all the things I love like tea, mocktails , milk options other than whole milk and fresh juices. The ambiance is nice and staff are friendly . It's a cool vibe to hang out with friends and enjoy brunch . Pros: lots of variety of foods to choose from and drink options especially if your health cautious . Cons: a lot of side items are à la carte so depending on what you order so you may end up paying more than your typical local cafe . You also need to get in early or sign up on a waitlist ahead of time if you don't want to wait long to eat.

The food is always amazing and great service! The Bayou Bennie and the Heap are two of my favs! Taryn was awesome, making sure we were taken care of from start to finish.

Anytime you have the opportunity to get the crab cake Benny...get it!! I think it's $28 without the grit cakes but I added them so it was a little extra. Sooo delicious though!! I was so grateful that they allowed me to add the grit cakes even though it's not a listed side! The team here is always so amazing and accommodating!! This is my favorite bunch spot for a reason!! If you're going on the weekend try to join the waitlist.. they definitely have a long wait but it's always worth it! Oh and the chai latte with oatmilk is delicioussss!!! I drink mine slow so I like to get it in a to go cup so that it doesn't get cold while I'm eating! Hope this hack helps! Happy eating!!

Met my daughter her for lunch because they have some of the best gluten free options in the entire city! There are always people here from the time it opens until they close. The lively chatter in the restaurant adds to its appeal. Our server was Ashley (ask for her!) She was super friendly and knowledgeable when it came to ordering! I had the Pigs in a Pancake with scrambled eggs! And I have to say it was absolutely delicious I HIGHLY recommend them! I tried my daughter's avocado toast and it too was very tasty! They topped avocado toast off with a fried egg that made all the difference! All in all one of the best meals I've had in a long time! I had a peachy lemonade that was light and refreshing as well. Well done Neighborhood Jam! We will be back for sure!

Definitely want to make sure you join the waitlist online and trust the amount of time it says it's going to take. Other than the wait, the food and service were good and fairly priced.

Went here due to Yelp reviews and had a great breakfast! Excellent biscuits and pepper gravy. Good with a kick. Excellent sausage and eggs. Highly recommend. Also don't forget to check in early and get on the wait list on Yelp. Busy place

Another great breakfast at the popular Neighborhood Jam in Tulsa! We were greeted and seated quickly, and had wonderful service throughout. Started with a drip coffee, then placed our order. I had the heap with sausage along with a side of sausage gravy for my biscuit. The hubs had the Cuban breakfast sandwich with waffle fries. So, so good! We'll keep returning to this Tulsa hot spot!

Really solid food. It's loud in there. Service was great today. Fairly priced kids meals. And duh: pancakes, cinnamon rolls, all the good stuff. Popular for a reason. Be sure to check out the waitlist on Yelp before you come!

On the menu is the Okie Benny*. A plate of country diner "à la carte" breakfast fixings, arranged to vaguely resemble the more suave version, Eggs Benedict. Basically, an open face egg McMuffin covered in gravy. The arrangement is a novel idea. The name caters to the Okie vernacular. It was good! My wife had the Simple Jacks, which were far from simple. These were designer pancakes. They looked like a Tik Tok Content Creator's bazar effort to make Walmart frozen pancakes more palatable. These pancakes weren't from frozen though. Fresh hot, and not ordinary; one plain, one Chocolate Chip and one Blue Berry. Check the picture. Unusual, a little on the extreme side, reminiscent of food you might find featured at the state fair. Quite tasty. Busy place. Expect to wait. We had a big comfortable booth. The service is excellent. *Not to be confused with the slang term for the illicit stimulant.

The wait is always very long. I do not trust their online check in system for the waitlist. Is any food worth waiting 2 hours for?

Yes ma'am and sweet things as well. You won't go hungry there!

    How's the eggs Benedict?

Good! And I believe they have several different versions.

I believe they do, here are some of them: ACAI BOWL: Blended acai, bananas, soy milk, topped with…

    Are there gluten free options?

Yesss! They have an entire front and back gluten-free menu. They have things like other restaurants don't such as gluten-free French toast and fluffy gluten-free pancakes. You won't be disappointed.

Turns out that the night before we ate at McNellie's, which is a part of the restaurant chain that owns the diner. Our server at McNellie's was terrific and they knew her. We were seated promptly with a nice view of the door. We started our breakfast with coffee, which was strong and very good. I decided to pack on the carbos with a short stack of pancakes topped with caramel sauce, bananas, and walnuts. Wow, they call this a short stack! I am quite certain I could never eat a tall stack! My wife ordered the breakfast tacos, which looked quite small compared to my pancakes, but she loved the flavor--a nice mix of scrambled eggs, avocado, and cajito cheese! More coffee! We rolled out of the place very satisfied and pleased with the service, ambience, and food! We highly recommend the Dilly diner!

I'm a keto dieter, and I will say that there are several tasty options to choose from. I will often get a burger with no bun, which is what I was craving today. This one went beyond my expectations! It was a hand-formed 8oz patty, and the chef was able to make it a perfect medium rare. It was delectably juicy, seasoned just right, and the cheese, peppers, onions and tomatoes topped it off perfectly. My salad had nice big slices of Parmesan cheese on top, and the lettuce was fresh and crisp, the dressing just right. Removing croutons is never a problem, but I appreciated that they happily left them off when they prepared the salad. If you're looking for keto options, you'll find many good choices here!
