    Southwest Eggs Benedict

What a cute simple breakfast and lunch spot! I loooove all the different Jim and Jimmy's all over the walls! I ordered the southwest eggs benedict and boy they load you up with chile and it is hot! Make sure you are mentally prepared for the heat- I was not! The hollandaise sauce was rich and delicious! My boyfriend got the French dip which was fabulous. I took a few bites of it cuz I couldn't get enough! I wanted a mocha but they don't have any fancy coffees- all good with me, I got a hot chocolate and it came out hot, fast and sooo tasty. I've been burned by mid hot cocoas recently and this made my week!

No matter how busy Jimmy's gets, it's consistently worth the wait. This is the kind of local spot where you find "your order" and never open the menu again, the same staff greets you every time, and the service is always quick, friendly, efficient, and reliable. The atmosphere is quirky, with simple cafe tables surrounded by every type of 'Jimmy' related media you can think of - movie posters, photos, murals, etc. The food is always delicious and fresh, both the red & green chile are excellent (why choose? Order both!) We keep coming back, and we're always glad we did.

Great experience here! I ordered the breakfast enchiladas with chicken and my husband ordered the green chile chicken skillet. Both were delicious! The hashbrowns were great and so was the enchiladas. The service was great, everyone working went out of their way to be kind and accommodating. Would totally recommend this place! My only comment is that the green chile on the enchilada and skillet were pretty spicy, so I feel like there should be s spice warning on the menu!

Ordered 2 huevos rancheros to go while in ABQ for the week and this place was closest to my airbnb. Wow! The green chile was some of the best I have had, with a great kick that leaves you breathing thru ur mouth just a lil bit. Great portion size, and came with tortillas and beans. Order came super fast and hot, packaged well in a sturdy bag w silverware. Will definitely be ordering from here again (and again) during this visit to ABQ! I come here often for family, and have a list of my fav green chile spots in ABQ and this place will be added to my favorites.

Tried this place for the first time and it was delicious. I had the Denver omelet and it was the best I've ever had. They grilled all the veggies and meat that was in there and I could taste the difference. The service was fast and the place was very clean

Gracious good morning on this wonderful Spring Day. Seems that we are drawn back to another one of our favorites with excellent food, efficient service, and an interior with lots of art of the wall that will have you walking around the dining areas to investigate it all. Jimmy's Cafe is one of the best places to grab breakfast or lunch. Jimmy's Cafe is one of our favorite local spots to visit when in town. The atmosphere is casual and inviting. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The food is delicious! So many options to choose from! If you're in the area, check it out! Also, those little empanadas and bizcochos at the checkout counter, amazing!

We had a business meeting up the street and heard raves about Jimmy's. The first thing I noticed was the Jimmy Neutron poster on the wall. We arrived and were immediately seated. After discussing the many options we ordered. My husband went with the breakfast burrito. I order the green Chile chicken skillet. Let me tell you with absolute delight I loved my meal. The Chile was perfectly spicy and the chicken melted in my mouth. It was an amazing balance of flavors. We both got plenty to eat and enjoyed the left overs. Good thing because I would still be dreaming about that savory delight. During our meal it dawned on me that everyone on the wall decor was a James, Jim, or Jimmy. Real or fictional it was fun figuring them out. Definitely will be back.

This restaurant has maintained a high level of service, cleanliness and food quality. This morning we met our kids for breakfast here as it was closest to a central location for all. We arrived as they were opening their doors, and we followed the early queue in, were rapidly seated. Drinks were served quickly and refilled often. My wife and I split an Ol' Traditional with hash browns, bacon and pancakes for the bread. Our son had the same except with sausage and white toast. Our daughter had the Huevos Rancheros with papitas and Christmas chile. One thing that sets Hello Deli apart is their egg preparation. Most restaurants in NM fix over easy eggs with the whites fully cooked. Hello Deli follows what we find in most other places. The whites are just a bit runny. If you don't like that, be sure to order over medium. The hash browns weren't very brown, but were tasty. Next time I need to remember to order them crispy. The bacon was ok and the pancakes were very tasty but a bit doughy. Maybe being as early as we were, the griddle hadn't fully heated to the proper temperature. I know we've had better in the past. Our daughter raved about the red Chile sauce. Overall the food was good and the service was fantastic.

For the record, I'm talking about a true handheld breakfast burrito--not one served on a plate and smothered in red, green, or Christmas chile. Hello Deli in Albuquerque's Journal Center is one of the homegrown New Mexico spots I happily recommend when the craving for a handheld breakfast burrito hits. My go-to order is the "Pronto" with sausage and green chile. Just tell the kitchen that's what you want, and they'll take care of the rest. Wrapped in foil and perfectly sized (and priced) for a good breakfast on the go, the Pronto delivers a well-balanced combination of eggs, cheese, potatoes, sausage, and New Mexico green chile. As you peel back the foil, you're greeted with warm, satisfying goodness in every bite. What keeps me coming back is the consistency. Whether it's your first visit or your fiftieth, the Pronto is reliably delicious and remains my go-to handheld breakfast burrito in Albuquerque.

Over the years I keep going back, about once a year: I've had their sandwiches, their pastries, their pies . . . all kinda "meh" and all priced pretty reasonably but not inexpensively. Sandwiches give you a lot of everything . . . except flavor. Pastries are . . . fine. Pies are . . . fine, and kinda small (and not inexpensive, maybe reaching towards pricey); it's the kinda thing you are willing to pay for in order to bring it to a gathering, only to find almost no one bothers to eat it. And so you don't bother. The cookies are pretty good, actually. (And, yes, I know Italian delis - my Italian grandparents brought me to them in New York when I was a child. However, I'm not judging Tully's against these (as in "it's not as good as Back East"), I'm just saying it never really turns my crank.) Today I had a hot chicken, cheese, onion and pepper sandwich, the Carmela. It was a lot of food. But . . . not a lot of flavor. A whole lot of drippy mess in the bottom of my basket, though: water absolutely sopped through the (completely unmemorable tasting) bread loaf and pooled at the bottom of my basket as I ate in. The potato salad served alongside was fine - like what you'd get at Albertson's. The chicken was tender and . . . essentially without flavor, not even salt. There had clearly been a little marinade (I could sense some oregano and maybe garlic in there) but man could this thing have used about five times as much seasoning and then a healthy dose of a vinegar/garlic/oregano dressing on top of it. Bland. Lots of food in that $17 (almost $25 with tip) sandwich, but not a lot of enjoyment. I've had other Tully's sandwiches (both for here and to-go) that were better, but I can't really recall any of them . . . and I _never_ rush back. Like I said, this is a place I think about ("Hey, I'm right nearby; I should try Tully's again!") about once a year . . . and then, meh. To be fair - I believe that I am pretty out in left field on this take: Tully's is popular and always hopping. Get here early unless you want to stand in line. I only had to wait about three minutes to order, but by the time I left at noon this Friday there was a line to order all the way from the counter to the door. In terms of the room, it's a deli. Reasonably well set out with a decent amount of seating set out well, as well as some outside seating that you might want to try when it's not in the nineties. You order at the counter, pay, go get your own fountain drink (they also have some beer and wine, which they will serve you), find a seat and they'll bring it to you. When you're done, you bus it yourself. Pleasant staff - I don't regret tipping, although they don't do much. (As others have mentioned, if you get a cup of water, Tully's generously gives you a decent sized Solo cup - another plus.) It's fine. If you go, at least get yourself some cookies - they're pretty good.

Friendly service and faces always warm up a cold morning, and we definitely got that at Los Ranchos Bakery. The menu is simple and the baked goods look great! The drinks were, unfortunately, missing a few ounces and flavor. The sandwiches were smaller than I expected. The bagel had a hint of heat and chile. It was perfectly toasted and held the egg and bacon quite well. The bacon was crispy and the egg was well done. It was filling in the end. The baked goods will have to wait until tonight but I've had their scones before and they were excellent! I'm betting on excellence on the tart and cinnamon roll. Overall, this is a nice local coffee shop that can be a great alternative to a chain coffee shop. The space is nice for some work or chatting with friends and family. Don't bet on the coffee, but definitely go for the baked goods!
