I was craving fish and chips on a Friday during Lent. I didn't want to leave my house so I decided to get a delivery from here. The pretzel bites and cheese were delicious. The fish and chips were just okay... the tartar sauce is what I actually like lol and I wasn't impressed with the taste of their tartar sauce. The Mac and cheese was great. You also get lemon rice soup and I don't know if it was because it was late at night and it was the bottom of the pan but I took one bite and threw the rest away. I think delivery was $7 plus tip. What caught my eye on a flyer was that they deliver with out the need of one of the food delivery (uber eats-door dash etc) services. With that being said, spouse and I tried it out. Then again & again and so on . . . Great food, great staff, delivery is fast and delivery staff are ultra courteous and kind. I always tip min 20% for this reason . Great business model that delivers quality, excellent portions all at a very fair price point. If you are not in the mood to cook and or go out Jimmys St. Clair Shores is an excellent option. read more

The chili was terrible no flavor whatsoever I specifically ask them to put chili between the two layers of fries because I ordered a chili cheese fry they did not do that and they charged me extra for it. I ordered a chili cheese fry and 2 coneys. 13.00 and change. Carry out! This place has the best coney islands in Macomb County!! Their hot dogs do not have the rubber casing(like National Coney Islands) which makes Jimmy's much more desirable(in my humble opinion) to eat!! Also,they give you an ample amount of fries for a small order! Their cole slaw and chili is very tasty too! read more

We had a great experience with this place! We ordered a patty melt, vegetarian pita, coney burger, loaded tots and loaded fries, everything was awesome! The loaded tots are the way to go but everything was delicious and nice size portions! The location is convenient and clean, staff was super friendly. Every meal we've had from here has been good. It's always ready in time and silverware/napkins are included. They're always friendly and courteous inside. We love having this place as our go-to takeout joint when we don't feel like cooking. I would recommend the cranberry chicken salad and just about everything else on their menu. read more

This bad review is because of horrible customer service. The food was good and that's why we go there. We called and placed an order a few sandwiches and some soup and hashbrowns. No special requests make them as they are. We were told it would be done in 15 minutes we got there in 20 minutes and it still wasn't done so we said another 15 minutes and talk to the guy and told him we had to go pick up something else we'd be back. When we got back our order was missing one of the only two sandwiches that we ordered. So we had to wait another 20 minutes for that While our other food got cold And was not offered any compensation or or notice any remorse. So we called management the next day Sara who then prepare to just give us a blow off saying these things happen completely dismissed our concerns. Please do not order from this company if you want justice for blacks. We should not have to live our lives still in shackles. This is the perfect addition to SCS. Not only are the owners and the entire staff super friendly and approachable, but the food is excellent! I love that they deliver too! (The Erma's staff are always ordering from this place, they have our seal of approval). Everything on the menu is delicious and definitely affordable. Huge portions of food too, so you're definitely not being ripped off by any means! Got my family to try this place the other night as well - and now they're hooked! I have been to you St Clair Shores MI Location about 6 times, very good every time. Couldn't say enough good things about Jimmy's....so I thought. On my last order they made me the wrong pita sandwhich, which I ate anyhow. I like the onion rings so much I ordered the large this time, big mistake. They were over cooked to the point where you couldn't eat them, and not much larger than the small order. I ate the wrong Pita they gave me with conciderably less chicken than my previouse orders. Mike did offer me a $5 credit next time I order. I don't think there will be a next order. It was that bad!! I don't want a $5 credit, I just want what I paid for and I want it to be as good as the last order. I can't believe someone would let an order go out their door looking like that. I wasn't too impressed this place. The chicken on the Greek salad was dry and they forgot my dressing! The "grilled" bread was hardly grilled, it was more like buttered warm bread for my sandwich. They do have decent ranch and the tots were good too. But I probably won't be back any time soon read more
