Just ate there about 2 weeks ago and had their spaghetti but my napkin would've tasted better. The place was seriously understaffed, waited wayyyyyy too long for my food, it was really slow and looked really bad and here's the kicker........THE OWNER ACTUALLY HAS A TRUMP SIGN RIGHT ON THE PROPERTY AT THE CORNER. Way to goooooo if you wanted to literally DESTROY your own business. When this location was a Rams Horn it was like the London Chop House compared to this (FASCIST) DUMP.

I decided to stop in for an authentic Coney Dog since I was visiting from outta town. I'd like to start my stating this location has plenty of parking at the corner of Jefferson and 9 mile. I walked in to place my order to go. Since its still Covid-19 I will state no mask are required and no staff had on mask. I was greeted and my order was taken within five months minutes. Two coney were almost $5.00 and since I walked in and ordered I didn't get pictures of the menu. There was no wait. Overall the staff was friendly and food was good. I would recommend this location. Oh I forgot to mention I saw a few orders go by and it looked delish.

Hadn't been to this Leo's in a while and it has really gone down hill. The entire restaurant was very dirty and worn down. The table had chucks of varnish peeling off, the carpet looks like it hasn't been replaced in years, and the bathroom was a disaster. Even the food quality went down the chicken tenders were more like chicken jerky, super dry and very thin. The staff were very nice, when we brought this up to them they told us that this was not the first time people brought this up with them. When I looked at the reviews on YELP before I posted this they last two reviews were also about how dirty the restaurant was so this is not a new issue.

    Huge tomatoes

Decided not to let the two star overall review influence my decision for a nice easy soup and salad lunch but that was a mistake. The tomatoes on the salad aren't even cut to an edible size, just quartered and thrown on there. While I can look passed that portion and just cut them myself the part that I can't get over is the my soup was ICE cold

Horrible service, mediocre to horrible food. From cold fries to flat pop, I suggest you steer clear of this location.

Although the place was busy, we were seated immediately. It was Saturday around 4 pm when we arrived and the outside bar patio was pretty full. We sat inside and there was plenty of room. The decor was very extra, which my 17 year old loved. We ordered an appetizer (Cheese, Cheese, Cheese) and for dinner we ordered fish tacos, shrimp burger; and chicken and fries. The food took a while since they were quite busy, but our server checked on us often. The owner stopped by our table to say hello. After we finished, our server walked us back to the museum which was packed full of Snoopy items!! We chatted with the owner some more as he showed us some of his favorite things. Overall the service was wonderful and the food was good!

The second time we went it was sooo slow. It took at least 15 min to get menus once we were seated and took about 45 min to get the food once the server came back to take our orders, which also took a while. It was 2pm on a Friday, and other than what looked like a wrapping up work lunch (they had checks and boxes for leftovers when we were seated) there were only 2 tables of guests, so the delay was not due to it being busy. That day I got a side salad and a chicken wrap. The salad was very good aside from coming with an item I asked to take off. I did ask for no tomato, as you can see in the pic, they were added. I didnt get pictures of the wrap, but it was very meh. I would not order it again. I did not like the BBQ sauce that was used. Very overly sweet and not a good flavor. I also found there to not be a ton of chicken, it was like a second salad... TONS of romaine. I believe the wrap was called Lakehouse Chicken Wrap. Side note. We were seated near open windows and the construction was. Abit loud, which was ignorable, however! there was a phone on the server station that was ringing CONSTANTLY. I have no clue what that was about, but it was so annoying. We did alert a server but nothing was done about it. Overall, I would go back but maybe just for apps and drinks. The drinks was well made and they had a decent beer selection as well. The look of the bar is nice and I hope they can stay open longer than some of the other places that have been there!

Nice bread basket. Handmade table-side Caesar salad $17 for four servings. Good French onion soup, chops and lobster tail. The sour cream for the baked potato contained fresh cut chive. Delicious. CONS: Weird parking, seating cramped like sardines. Saturday evening dining room was LOUD! Could barely converse. Food is expensive: Tomahawk steak $90+. Ribeye $55+. New York Strip $50+. Most everything was ala carte. Disappointed that the Sander's hot fudge cream puff did not contain hot fudge anywhere near the taste and quality of the old Sanders recipe. Cream puff was stale too. A strong seafood smell permeated the entire restaurant. SUMMARY: Mr. Paul's Chophouse is a REAL restaurant for those special occasions. Total East side. Food is very good but not "great". Eat here for the old school vibe. Kudo's to the owners that keep it going.
