Every single thing he said was false. They looked at our truck in the morning on Saturday, then said it was dead so they'd charge the batteries and be back. They never came back. We ended up stranded at a remote, run-down yard with no transportation, no power, and no way to leave for an entire holiday weekend. No one answered our calls or texts for three days. My son had to ride his dirt bike on the highway just to get gas for our generator. When they came back Monday they charged $899.99 for about two hours of actual diagnostic work, fraudulently double-billed our tow, and physically blocked us from leaving until we paid over $1,149 in full. They argued it was because of the holiday even though they were open Saturday and just didn't come to work on our truck as they promised. They refused to listen when we questioned the massive bill, arguing they were helping us and let us stay there, even though we didn't want to be there and were only stuck there because they'd stranded us and forced us to go there in the first place!
