Food was bad like really bad. Things tasted burnt and old. Like their ingredients werent fresh and they didn't clean the griddle top. Just burnt and foul tasting. This place is going down and down , have been there many times, but the last visit we had, had fish with cookie crumbs , where they didn't bother to crush the crackers. A steak tips dinner with horse meat (tough as hell), the onion rings were greasy, burned and cold. Just picked up what was supposed to be three large subs and a small sub, for $47 and change. First off, all four subs are the same size. Second, I asked for a buffalo chicken finger sub with nothing else on it. I got a plain chicken finger sub, but they were nice enough to write buff on the wrapper. Third, the small meatball was not supposed to have anything additional on it, but they were nice enough to add provolone. What was supposed to be the large meatball was supposed to have American cheese and lettuce. No lettuce, and I don't know what the fuck this is I pulled out of it. Wife's Italian had hots. We didn't ask for hots. They didn't ask me if I wanted them. Of course, by the time we get home and I realize this it is after 11:00 and they are closed. Ordered a mushroom pizza last night . DoorDash brought it. Bit into a slice and there was a ball of what felt and looked like dirt and grass. No big deal Things happen . I worked in restaurants for years. The problem is the manager. First he told me the DoorDash driver might have put it there. Then when I sent the pics of dirt he said it was clearly a mushroom. He sent pictures of fresh mushrooms. I would have been fine with an acknowledgement and credit for another pizza. My daughter complained to me so it's only right I extend the complaint!! I mean 15$ Burger and my 10 year old knew it wasn't up to par! As you can tell in the picture all the bread that was left over after the meat was gone . She slid the meat to one side and ate the burger till there wasn't any meat left . So I haven't had Jimmys pizza since I was in high school. After a work training, the trainers bought us lunch from here. And to my surprise, the pizza tasted better than I remembered. Usually I go to Espresso's because of the sweet sauce and creamy cheese. But Jimmys is like a very balanced flavor. Not too sweet, or salty, not too thin or thick; it's just really a good balance of flavors and textures. I'll probably buy from here some time when I want pizza. read more

This place is decent and is always crowded when I go there. It is spacious, although I did walk in one time and all of the tables were taken. The food is pretty good and comes out fast! Fries are cooked well done without even asking... which I like because fries should never come out soggy. I also love how they have protein bowls (more of a healthy option) and plenty of salads! Ordered online for a sandwich. For some reason the order did not get into their system. Checked my bank account and the funds were withdrawn. Showed the counter guy the withdrawal from my account and he demanded that if I wanted a sandwich I would have to pay again. He was rude and I was not in the mood to deal with such stupidity. Fishermans platter is our favorite. So delicious! They have whole fried clams, the scallops are fresh and the fish is huge! Their pizza is also really good. Staff is always super friendly. First, I ordered a buffalo chicken tender sub via delivery. When it arrived, it was sliced pre formed chicken tenders without any buffalo sauce and without lettuce. I immediately called the restaurant and was greeted by the manager with a hostile attitude. The employee on the phone took down the order incorrectly but, blamed it on me. That is HORRIBLE customer service! He said that he would replace the sub THIS time only.
