The whole motor had to be yanked out and replaced. Now it runs better than ever!!!! 10/10 would recommend. They also do a discount if you pay cash. He came out to look at our fridge that was leaking water and was able to zero in on the problem quickly and initiate a repair within 30 - 40 minutes. They never did. And now the ice machine is broken, I have had to pay 400 dollars to have this fixed. Have left numerous messages to one of the owners and never heard back from any owner or manager. Stay away. They told me it was brand new and clearly it wasn't.
