We made the mistake of paying him before we even saw the vehicle. It appeared that he was very anxious to take our money before we even knew where the vehicle was. He would not refund our money and promised that he would fix everything. Several weeks passed, they called and said everything was ready to go and that everything on the list worked. We found when we got there that he had added more to the price and things still did not work. We left it for another month. They finally called and said it was ready and that everything was fixed. We got there and the price had changed again and it still did not work. So we left again and waited several more weeks. They called again and said it was ready. When we got there he wasn't there and the price had changed once more. Half of the things still did not work. We could not get a refund for the items not fixed. He would not give us the keys until we paid more money. He told us then that we didn't know what we were talking about and that in Texas the auto mechanic can do anything they want and you have no recourse. We were forced to leave and leave our motorhome there. He said he had a lawyer on standby at all times. We were told to take the mo9torhome and not bother him anymore and pay him more money. At this time he has the motorhome and will not give us any of our money back unless we give him more money. We started all of this so it would be fixed and we could sell it because we are elderly, living on social security only and we needed the money. He is the owner and his name is Corey Ebert.

When it was my turn he couldn't find my location and did not call to let me know. When I saw on the GPS that he was nearby I called to bring him to my exact location as it was slightly off. Apparently the tracker had him on a highway next to the access road I was on. When I attempted to give straightforward directions on how to get to my location he kept interrupting me which caused confusion and frustration. While he complained about gas and not getting paid extra, I stayed patient and attempted to give easy instructions. He kept complaining, told me to call someone else, after I sat for two hours waiting and he was literally minutes away. Disgusted, frustrated and disappointed with the total lack of unprofessionalism and customer service. Made a bad day worse!
