They have a hot tub, sauna, cold showers, quiet space, and body work options. I opted for a massage to loosen up some stress from the week. SO good I fell asleep which I don't think ever happened to me during a massage before. Entry is super affordable and the sign in/up process is easy. Some things to note that may bee important to you: it is all gender, lgbtq friendly, 18+, clothing optional, alcohol free, outside food and drink welcome but no glass, 25 person limit, and a 3 hour maximum.
