Great place to be on a chilly fall evening. The broth for the ramen was so rich and delicious. Our waiter, Frankel, was the best.

Food was amazing! Server was very kind and attentive, our water glasses were never half empty. For appetizers we had the takoyaki, crispy chicken, and jinya bun, all which were amazing! The takoyaki came beautifully plated resting on delicious sauces. The crispy chicken was the juiciest chicken I've had in my life. The jinya bun was flavorful and delicious! For the main we had the tonkotsu black ramen and dipping noodles! Dipping noodles were amazing and the broth was just wow. The ramen was beautiful and it tasted as such! It's rare I find a place that is genuinely 5 stars but this one deserves it! And although right now I'm stuffed as a pig I'm just craving more of jinyas takoyaki! read more

Ramen has always been one of my favorite foods and when Jinya opened up in RTC near my job I was so happy. The service is always excellent and the staff is super friendly! They've never messed up my order. With the seasons changing you can expect me to be their multiple times a week! read more

Ate here for the first time last night. Aya was our waitress and she was wonderful. Made sure we had everything we needed and checked in to make sure we were enjoying everything. Andrew the manager, was great as well and Max stopped by to say hello. He recognized my friend from a few weeks back and thanked us for coming in during the pandemic. When I first arrived (about a week ago)I liked the décor of the place! Also our waiter Mark was super helpful and patient with us since it was our first time there and we were un familiar with different kinds food that they offered. He made very helpful suggestions! I always come here but today the service from a server was missing. I honestly don't know why because the restaurant was empty when we sat down but nobody came. I was upset but then manager Rafael came to save the day. He literally gave exceptional service and he offered me a free cocktail. I refused but he kept insisting. I took the drink and it was a great cocktail!!! He also kept checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. There was no way I could give this a bad review with everything Rafael did !. This was by far one of the most delicious ramen places I have been to in a while. The roasted cauliflower and gyoza were flavored great. Both of us ordered ramen and the were both delicious. My date had the thick noodles which I preferred, but both broths and add ins were perfect. Great atmosphere as well. We were surprised that they did not have as many clarinets as the other restaurants in the area. Maybe because it was a hotter day and soup wasn't something that goes well with that. read more

Came here at a friends recommendation. The food was good, however the original Tonkatsu was salty 3/10. The service was very poor, making it difficult to simply hear the waiter. They were slow and auto tipped our bill, requiring us to tip 20%, which was not deserved. read more

I really wanted to fall in love with this place, as I love ramen and I was so excited when a new place opened up nearby. I've ordered from Jinya three times now, and while the food is tasty, I was a little disappointed. For some reason, there is a lack of authentic global cuisine in RTC, and we are so in need of a place like this. However, everything that I've tried from here carries that heavy salt and oil blanket that I'm so used to getting at expensive American bars. It is comfort food with a flair, and quite good if you're looking for an alternative to your usual burger or seafood. But, as an authentic homeade Ramen restaurant, it falls a tad short, especially considering the price. read more

We've been here twice now and its hit the spot both times. Time 1 my gf got the chicken ramen and i grabbed the pork chashu (mild spice). Both of them were total gas :) dont wanna give away no secrets or nothin but that chicken broth be made with butta or somethin in the broth - slaps Time 2 i got the pork chashu again but she went w some off the cuff vegan bowl thing that was kinda iffy. Overall though both experiences were very satisfying and we will definitely be returning :) read more

I visited Jinya in Reston Town Center last night for dinner with family. As a family, we ordered a variety of appetizers, salads and entrees - refer to the pictures attached. Our waiter, Andrew was great and followed up with us all throughout the night to make sure we were enjoying our evening. My brother and I had dinner at new JINYA location in Reston Town Center the other night. For a cold and windy weather like this the Ramen was a perfect comfort. The inside design is modern, and the bar is spacious with lots of drink choices, we ordered lychee martini and a lemonade mocktail. The server was super helpful with questions and menu choices and was very nice guy. Our appetizer was the creamy shrimp tempura, very flavorful. And the spicy ramen definitely hit the spot. They are strictly following the safety precaution for Covid-19 - all staff wear masks; the tables are spaces 6ft apart. I would highly recommend JINYA 's NEW location if you are in the mood for a spicy, tasty bowl of ramen. read more

After moving to the Reston area, I was searching for some amazing food. Specifically Ramen and Thai. I decided to drop into Jinya to see what it was all about and was pleasantly surprised. I am incredibly picky about food and this place did not disappoint. On top of that, the environment is really cool and modern. Definitely a place one would go whether they want to relax on a Sunday or have a nice dinner on a Friday. The service has always been amazing. I was fortunate enough to be served by Silver once or twice and I always left happy to say the least. 10/10 recommend! read more
