I'll be willing to give Yelp another try to find services again. Mr. E responded quickly, and also scheduled quickly. When he found more complicated issues with my fridge, he was upfront. Their Office Manager, Marianne was great too. She connected with me and gave updates about the situation. After finding out the extent of damage, I was considering buying a new fridge. Marianne was able to help me find a refurbished fridge for a good price, including delivery, water line install, and haul away for the old fridge. When I first called the store, a younger guy answered the phone and he gave me some incorrect information about how GE had boughten out Speed Queen recently, but after I told him I wanted to speak to someone about their washers, he offered to have his manager call me back...and that guy was Jeremy (almost certain that was his name). He seemed very honest and he gave me a ton of good information about which washers to buy, despite the fact that he knew I would probably not be spending my money there...which says a lot. I might come here in the future if I ever need a new washer or something because they appear to be an ethical establishment and that's what counts more than anything in my book.

The oven cost us a lot less than $3,000. Went there on Tuesday and saw a double oven that met our requirements and dimensions. The oven was installed on Thursday. The installers, Adrian and Juan, were very polite and professional. So far, so good. I took one * away because I had to chase them down to firm up the installation date. The oven comes with a 3-month warranty. I will amend this review if the oven fails after that point (hopefully not).
