Shockingly rude receptionist. Asked if they took our insurance and she told me to look it up. Then she very exasperatedly cut me off to ask how old my daughter was and rudely informed me Dr. Coye only takes newborns as new patients. Dr. Coye is the best. We were recommended to her by a family friend and she delivers. She takes time to listen to any concerns/questions you have and gives excellent well thought out answers. We are very grateful to have her in our son's life and she is always taking such great care of him. The office staff is excellent but they are very booked up so if you are late or unprepared you may have to reschedule. We learned this our first day as brand new parents of a one week old but we see it as the cost of working with the best. Dr Coye is very nice, she's been our pediatrician for almost 11 years now. Her office staff are rude and inconsiderate though. We came in 5 minutes late to our appointment and was told that I need to reschedule. This is after the fact that I have to call in and confirm an appointment as there were no appointment reminder made by email, text message or phone call. It is not OK to be 5 minutes late but it is TOTALLY OK if they have you wait 30 minutes or more if they are running late. read more

My insurance assigned Dr. Coye as my daughter's PCP 2 years ago, and I called the office to make an appointment for the first time. However, the receptionist told me that they are not accepting any new patients and to take my daughter to the urgent care. what???!!!! Dr. Coye's name was on my daughter's insurance card as her PCP for 2 years and now she can't see my daughter? My insurance has paid Dr. Coye for 2 years for the service that my daughter never received. It just doesn't make sense. They are refusing my daughter when she needs the service the most. I was searching through the insurance website to find another doctor for my daughter and I see Dr. Coye is accepting new patients. omg... If you are not taking new patients you need to update your system or something. I hope no one goes through what I went through. FYI, DR. COYE IS NOT ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS. read more

Dr. Coye is THE BEST. We have been so happy with her. She took over for our original pediatrician, Dr. Alice Goldin who retired. She is on time, with great staff and nurses and is wonderful with the kids. She is a mom of two herself. These offices are close to Providence Little Company of Mary Hospital in Torrance, so wonderful to know if you plan to deliver there. I would recommend her for anyone considering a pediatrician. Also, make sure to send them your holiday cards every year so you can get your picture up in the hallway :). read more

LOVE her. She is a great listener as well as a terrific pediatrician. The office staff is super helpful and friendly. Dr. Coye is always smiling and my son adores seeing her. He also loves the fish tank and train table in the playroom. Don't forget the hand sanitizer should be used after both! This review is for Dr. Andrade. She was referred to be by my GYN and I planned on shopping around a little until I felt I found the right doctor for my baby as I am a first time mom and maybe a little overprotective and cautious. Kristin Andrade is wonderful! She lights up the room with her kindness and energy when we see her. My appointments are always on time. She gives me great advice and I always feel like she checks thoroughly for everything when my daughter visits with her. I would recommend her to anyone and am so happy we found her. read more

Dr Coye saw my son because I'm a neurotic paranoid parent, and I thought my son was sicker than he was and our dr was out that day, so Dr Coye stepped in. What a wonderful experience this was. She was kind and didn't make me feel like a nut job at all. Instead she checked out my son and very tactfully told me is was fine and that his ear infections looked to be clearing up. In my defense this was a month long ear infection and he was also being treated for possible asthma. Anyway, I'd definitely recommend Dr Coye to anyone who was thinking about seeing her. read more

Dr Coye and her partner Dr Kuehn are both wonderful. They have great bedside manner and are very thorough. I feel so lucky and blessed to have them as my daughter's pediatricians (and soon to be my son's too when he arrives). I am a nurse and I feel like my standards are pretty high when it comes to doctors. I highly recommend them both. They have been extremely supportive for both my daughter and myself as a new mom. I've been SO blessed and just so thankful as mom to find Dr. Coye when my third daughter was born.. when she came to my hospital room doing her rounds for newborns, I just knew she was the pediatrician I wanted for my baby! Fast forward just about 5 years later, she's still our primary pediatrician, as well as for my other two daughters! She's very genuine and my daughters adore her and actually don't mind if I do have to take them to see the doctor. Her office staff in general is just so helpful and all around pleasant-- the best!!!--and yes there have been times we're unable to see Dr. Coye just because scheduling doesn't permit, but the other doctors/associates in the office are also amazing and I always leave with a sense of relief knowing my daughters have had the best care possible. Dr. Coye has been our pediatrician for the past 7 years since our oldest was born (we now have 3!). We have loved her from the start- she is knowledgeable and kind, is receptive to our questions, and loving to our family. Our kids love her and ask to see her with any little injury! I LOVE LOVE LOVE Dr. Coye and better yet my kids LOVE her! my 2 year old tells everyone she loves her Dr. Coye. she is thorough and patient and doesn't make you feel crazy for asking a ton of questions. she found my daughters hip dysplasia the day she was born by hand and the specialist had a hard time feeling it so i know she is good and pays close attention to the kids! can not say enough about how happy we are to have found her! read more

So Happy I found Dr Andrade, i scheduled an appt for my 3 yr old because being some what new to the area i needed to find a new pediatric ophthalmologist and from the beginning her staff was great, her receptionist is awesome and so patient and sweet. Then when my daughter met Dr Andrade it was like sparks. Dr Andrade was so warm and bubbly, she made her feel so comfortable. She then did the routine exam and then she asked me background information for my daughter and then she had no problem setting up the referral and she even asked if both my daughter's had there flu shots yet? told her No, and she did it right there and then. Dr. Coye has been my twin boys (now 14 years old) for quite a few years now, ever since her partner retired. We could not be happier with the treatment and care she provides our sons. She is quite busy, so it is sometimes hard to get an appointment with her, but it is well worth it. read more

Dr. Jisue Kim Coye is the best pediatrician I have met. We interviewed many pediatricians and she was really top notch. Very knowledgeable, thorough, takes time with you and really listens. And most important she is so great with our daughter. I think we scored big time finding her because it is so hard to come across good doctors these days. The facility in also good. They keep infants and new babies away from the general crowd to make sure they don't catch anything. The staff is also friendly and on top of it. She was partners with Dr. Alice Goldin and recently took over her practice. Dr. Goldin retired. read more

This office is a larger office with several other doctors. When we had our very first visit, they put us in a room right away since we had a newborn (and didn't want us to be around the other coughing kids), which was a nice gesture but the room they had put us in was used and not clean. We looked passed this, but over the next 4 years, we had seen 3 associates. Yes, we could have probably requested to see only Dr Coye, but I didn't want to rearrange my schedule just to see the doctor we had originally chosen. The first associate we saw was Dr Andrade, which was awesome so that wasn't a big deal, but the check up for 3 and 4 years was with another associate. Although Dr Coye was our pediatrician, we had not seen her since for over 2 years. This made us switch as we did not want to be shuffled around from associate to associate. read more

Dr Coye is the best! We started at her practice 5 years ago when our first of 3 children were born. Originally Dr Goldin was part of the practice as well but has since retired. Dr Coye and also Dr Andrade (the other doctor in the practice) leave no stone unturned when addressing your sick child. They spend as much time as they can with every family yet somehow appts are always on time. The nursing staff is top notch as well. It really feels like this doctor's office is part of our family and just as concerned with the well being of our children as we are. Getting last minute appts for sick children has never been a problem which is SO nice! Dr Coye and Andrade both have young children of their own so really "get" what parents need! read more
