When I was expecting my first child, we met with Dr. Becker about a month out (one of the only…read morepediatricians who do this!) and she took the time to talk with me and answer any questions. She wanted to make sure we were a good fit, and I truly appreciate that. You can tell she is not trying to just get as many patients as possible and make money. She wants to have a healthy, trusting relationship with the parents and their children. She will not work with everyone, but I find that to be a good thing. She wants to be comfortable with the relationship between doctor and patient, and she wants you to feel the same! After deciding on her on as our pediatrician, Dr. Becker came to the hospital the day after our daughter was born (again, one of the only peds who do this!). To make a sad and long story short, our daughter ended up passing away two weeks after birth. Dr. Becker and her staff sent a card and flowers. It was very touching. When my son was close to being born a year later, we again decided to go with Dr. Becker for our peds. When I called her office, I was shocked and a bit emotional when they remembered me! And my daughter. Anyone who can relate to this type of loss understands what a big deal this is. Dr. Becker again came to the hospital the day after my son was born--this is her common practice, not special treatment! She helped me so much that first year of being a "new mom"--answering questions in person or by phone, always in a very timely manner. I have gotten a same-day response from their office every time. My son had a severe milk and soy allergy, and Dr. Becker helped us team up with an amazing pediatric gastroenterologist. Together they helped us tremendously. I now have my third child, and I confidently went through the process yet again with Dr. Becker. With Covid and everything else going on, I can't tell you enough how important it is to have a pediatrician you trust. With Dr. Becker I have peace of mind. To round out this review, I'd like to mention that the staff is excellent! They are knowledgeable, friendly, on time and organized! And best of all, you can tell they love children, and don't get tired of seeing them! I hope we never have to move because I never want to find another pediatrician.

Kristin Andrade is wonderful! She lights up the room with her kindness and energy when we see her. My appointments are always on time. She gives me great advice and I always feel like she checks thoroughly for everything when my daughter visits with her. I would recommend her to anyone and am so happy we found her.

The receptionist was incredibly rude to us- she gave my wife a dirty look when she said she was late because she had a C section, then told her that the doctor cannot see us and that we could wait 45 minutes in one of the rooms until the doctor is ready to see us. My wife left the office in tears and we will not be returning. It is clear that the office does not have a proper scheduling system to prioritize newborn babies and that the only thing that matters to the office is MONEY! You are just a paycheck to them. Also, the office looks like a highly infectious environment- it looks more like a daycare facility than a doctors office. This is why we chose not to hang around while sick kids ran around in the waiting area. This is very sad to see a pediatrician treat newborn babies like another line on their spreadsheet. I would love the professionality of the front desk to match the doctor's and nurses who sincerely attend to and represent care for the patients. That would be my only feedback. She is thorough, kind, offers great advice and never pushes medication. I love that. My kids are now 13 and 10 and it feels like yesterday that we brought our kids in for their first check up after birth. We actually found Dr. Sergis because we asked the nurses and doctors in the maternity ward who the best pediatrician was and all of them said Dr. Laura Sergis. My daughter was born 3 weeks early and she was a tiny baby and Dr. Sergis has taken such good care of her and always steered us in the right direction. I love how she speaks to the kids and not just the parents. They have always loved her and still do. Now with the bad. Because Dr. Sergis is an amazing pediatrician she is BUSY but it's definitely worth the way. Also with the TMPN network if there is an issue(fevers, rash, kids get hurt, tummy aches etc), there is always someone available within the network to see your child. Love her. She's amazing. Big fan of both Dr. Liu and also Dr. Davari. My only comment is that the doctors tend to be so…read morethorough that we are often waiting quite some time either before our appointment or during the room waiting for the doctor. Dr. Liu is our primary doctor but we have seen Dr. Davari for last minute visits due to unexpected illness. Dr. Liu has always been very thorough and conservative in care. She would rather be safe than sorry. After each birth she makes it a point to check in with me as the mom and offer advice and always takes time to answer ask our questions. Dr. Davari has always been very comforting and reassuring each time I have spoken with him on the phone and also when we saw him in person. I feel good knowing that I trust with doctor with the care of my children. I am also very grateful for their after hours answering service. For emergencies they can take messages and forwardd them to the doctor that is on call. This is such a reassuring service!
