I went here on Tuesday for some coffee fix. I wasn't sure what pastry to get, but Razzle Dazzle ($3.75) was impressive than I thought. Donut was soft filled with yummy raspberry cream. I was glad it wasn't the cake type of donut. I got pumpkin spice donut last time, but this one tasted much better than pumpkin spice one. I also ordered 12oz Mocha ($6.55) on the side. The donut and the drink were total perfection! I was worried of not being able to find seats. I was lucky finding a spot at one of the bar chairs. I'm already obsessed with Razzle Dazzle and will come back for this and coffee!

New coffee shop in Station Square. This place is crazy busy. If you are planning to come here to hang out with friends than good luck finding a seat. The tables are somewhat dirty because no staff comes around to clean the tables. They have pastries, bagel and wraps for sale here. Seating are limited.

My rating of 5 star is for the Chai Latte! I'm really not a fan of JJ Bean. There aren't that many branches in my area. The closest to me is this location on Silver Dr. Whenever I come here, I just order Americano just to be on the safe side. How can someone screw up an Americano, right? And then their Chai Latte came into my life. Oh my! In my opinion, this is the best Chai Latte ever. I love the not too strong Chai flavor, the foam, and the dusting of chocolate powder on top. So delicious. I think I will be addicted to this drink for a while. I highly recommend!

Nice addition to the newish area of station square where cactus club and earls are. I like how each building has its own parking garage. Street parking is also available but for only 30 minutes. The drinks and food availability are the same as other outlets. The iced tea is brewed in house and you can have it unsweetened. It is refreshing during hot summer days. I also like the seating arrangement here. The tables are tucked into little nooks and there is a long bar table with power outlets. Perfect for those who wish to work a little while having coffee and food. There is also a "one hour" limit to prevent people from hogging the space for the entire day. I like that there is a JJ Beans near me when I want my salted caramel crackle cookie fix. It is the best!

Nice new coffee shop in the Station Square area, across from Cactus Club. Parking is available in the surrounding lots. The spaces above ground are 1h, while the underground spots are 3h. The interior is modern. Pale interior with lots of wood. Electrical sockets are plenty, with USB plugs built in. Special mention. Staff were friendly and helpful. The ice coffee here is a wee bit on the pricey side. The non takeout drinks are now served in thick plastic cups. Coffee tasted a bit burnt. Kind of reminds me of Starbucks. Oh well.

I am so excited about JJ Beans' latest location ... finally in Burnaby! This location is right in the new Station Square area with plenty of parking and seatings. I got their Soy Latte and Apple Fritter, the perfect combination!

Me and my wife went there for coffee and snacks. It's good for our first time. The location is great and a lot of shops and restaurants in the area. The services was good kind like Starbucks.

Great vibe a bit crowded and there was a strange guy who came in but it was pretty nice over all

It's nice to see a local Canadian coffee shop in the Station Square area. The lattes are tasty, but the muffins are dry and not fresh. Other JJ Bean locations have fresh, light, fluffy muffins, but not this one! There is a lot of natural light that comes through the windows, and there's free parking across the street.

Ube Latte with Cold Foam Rich, nutty sweetness of purple yam blended with creamy espresso, finished with a silky layer of cold foam. Cherry blossom matcha with cotton candy has so instagram-worthy presentation! Not only it looks pretty, but alsoit tasted great! Strawberry puree and matcha paired so well. Ube latte with cold foam was good, too. Their espresso stood out and ube flavor came through later. I really liked their espresso which was strong and bold. Ube foam was very tasty. I really liked this item. Service was extremely good and friendly. I will revisit this place and would like to try different item next time

Because there was an adverisemwnt for a matcha so i ordered a matcha latte together with an almond croissant. I have to say the matcha latte was very disappointing. Either it was the matcha they use or the way they made it. the whole latte was tasteless, nothing more than a warm milk the almond croissant was ok. lacking almond flavor and very minimal almond. But overall it was alright for a coffee shop not specializing in pastry

We got one of those and a Durian Smoothie. I think we somehow missed the Greentea part of this drink cuz when we got it, hubby and I were both surprised at how green the drink was. It's only now that I look back at the photo I took of the menu that I realize the word Greentea was in the name of the drink so...not so surprising anymore that our drink was green. I honestly didn't taste much Greentea in it though. Mostly I tasted KitKat and Brown Sugar. Didn't taste any kind of Cheesecake flavor in it. It wasn't a bad drink but I think I prefer the fruity drinks that we've had from this place in the past. I think I'd have also preferred this drink to be slightly less sweet than it was. We brought our drinks home and had them while watching a movie. Hubby sat further back in the room while our daughter and I sat in the front of the room, but I could still smell the Durian smoothie from where we were sitting!
