You can start with the 1/2 mile oval and completely level walking, jogging or running path. It has multiple covered rest benches and a big open middle for activities like kite flying or frisbee. Then cross the bridge to a few miles of trails surrounded by trees flowers and local wildlife. There is also a canoe launch for access to the Etowah River. The park also has an amphitheater that hosts local bands and other activities. Two brand new playgrounds for the little ones, very clean restrooms and some nice pavilions with picnic tables make this a very nice place for family outings. A 58 acre park that connects to other parks and trails makes this a 5 star place for almost any activity. Well done Canton. Another feather in you cap.

After being kicked about 50 times from people going up and down the bleachers I was done. Not to mention the amount of REALLY young kids walking back and forth. I have 3 kids of my own and I get they get board but when they are up and down the bleachers multiple times in an hour and I am getting kicked in the back (they are young, not babies) i am not happy. We also paid over $50 for our tickets combined. I was so frustrated I just left. You shouldn't have to tell grown people to watch their kids, but apparently you really should. It wasn't necessarily the park or the event that ruined it but the people that let their kids run wild. I never comment on kids but these were not babies, these were 10 plus that were constantly up and down the cheap bleachers and were totally distracting and also blocking the view. They did ask people that were standing in front to sit down at one point but that didn't help. Simple reminders throughout might help. I won't be going back anytime soon.

The main loop is flat dirt & gravel but the back trails are definitely for the advanced mountain bikers- so you will get a good work out. (The advanced uphill rugged terrain trails are comparable to Blankets Creek mountain bike trails also in Canton- only it's more desolate there so it can feel creepy if you're by yourself- you start to imagine bears and coyotes & snakes.) The good thing is there are always people around so it's safe park. There's tons of parking being its right next to the high school and on weekends there are always soccer teams playing or people going for a walk.

An amazing walking trail to honor the US veterans, and all laid out in a beautiful manner. I really enjoy coming here to ride my bike or walk my dog.

Cauble Park sits in the heart of Acworth and is a sprawling park that features all the standard…read moreofferings of a park from grill areas, gazebos, walking paths, playgrounds, restrooms and a few other public spaces that are first come first serve...but what makes Cauble Park so special is the beach...yup, the beach in the middle of Acworth! A portion of the park is dedicated to Acworth Beach, which is a fairly good sized sandy beach along side Lake Acworth. The beach is well kept, clean and normally packed during the summer months, as you would expect. They do have buoys in the water noting distance parameters, but the beach does not have active lifeguards, so very much "swim at your own risk". As with other beaches, they offer restrooms and showers adjacent to the beach. While Cauble Park features all the good stuff of a park, it is also a residential neighborhood. To access you either have to live in the city limits of Acworth, and have your respective car tag, or pay a per-car fee to enter. It ranges from $10 - $20, depending on the season. Parking is plentiful, but can be tough on summer weekend days or during special events such as July 4th. Something else I enjoyed about this park is the wooden walkway that took you over Lake Acworth and gave great views of the park, lake and beach. This trail leads into a wooden trail, and while I enjoy paved trails a bit more, I get the preservation of the woods and leaving the trail paved/dirt. This trail is not very long, and dead ends into another residential street. Overall, Cauble Park at Acworth Beach is a well know, but hidden gem in the community! My best friend lives in Acworth, so every time I visit, we make sure to swing by the park at least once.

We did the red trail loop that was about 2.5 miles long. Although located off a really noisy highway, as you go inside the park it gets surprisingly quiet and nice. It's next to the Roswell Art Center and parking can get difficult to find at times. And, there are no restrooms, only porta potties. Things I love: * Swings :) * Gorgeous lake with an overlook * Benches all over the trail - Never seen so many in one park * A huge field for picnic and viewing sunset * Little Free Library

Beautiful, rolling green hills and lots of trees. Can't wait to see what it looks like once the leaves have begun to change color for Fall. Lots of families were there to visit and enjoy a walk or picnic, and there are walking/hiking trails to explore as well. The entire park consists of about 107 acres, including a dog park which I will definitely have to visit next time with my Husky.
