This dude installed me a rear passenger window just yet I even left him addition 20$. Unfortunately, he wasn't professional one, and installed this window wrong, so it's moving by hand if you pull window in its lower position. During installation he nearly broke the panel, fortunetly, I took my phone and checked in the internet how to remove this panel, and showed him a screw...terrible! Other thing is it smelt a weed from him, most likely he is working under influence, so never expect a professional work from this guy, I would never recommend him, be carefully, asking him for a service. I was desperate yesterday when a rock hit my windshield on my way to work, and the crack was spreading pretty fast. After calling several places and not finding anyone to fix it on the same day, I came across Jon, through a referral from one of the places that could not take my service. Jon was also booked up, but I explained the situation and said I would wait as long as needed. He arranged to stop by my office after hours. Initially, I thought he was just agreeing to get rid of me, but for my surprise, he did exactly as he said. He texted me when he was on his way and once again when he arrived. He was very professional and fast, that I even decided to patch up another one that had been there for a while but was not spreading. All in less than 20-30 minutes, and still it looks so well done that you can barely tell, I cannot point where it was!!! I had just gotten a pretty large rock chip on my Ford Explorer's windshield and I needed someone to fix it ASAP as I was afraid the cracks would start to spread. Jonathon the business owner was quick to respond with his schedule and his pricing when using Yelp's request quote feature, and later that afternoon he came out to my place in the super hot weather to fix the rock chip. As I watched him work, the huge chip slowly started to disappear. After a few days curing the sun, it looks pretty good (not completely invisible but sooo much better than it was - you can see a small cloudy dot of the resin and the cracks and "body" of the chip look very hairline but only when seen in the sun at certain angles). He did very quick and good work, was friendly and explained what he was doing as I watched and was very knowledgeable. Pricing was very reasonable, don't forget to use the $10 off Yelp check-in coupon (I forgot it until after I'd already paid but still feel like his work was totally worth his full price.)
