I haven't written a Yelp review in forever, but I am very impressed with David's service. He was actually recommended by KV Auto Glass who was kind enough to give the rec as they don't do windshield repairs. I gave David a call at 9:49am today for a quote, he picked up instantly, and I told him I'd call back after checking another place. Called him back at 9:57am after another place quoted me double his cost. He said he'd be able to come between 10:30am-11:00am. David arrived at 10:45am, started the work at 10:49am, and finished in time by 11:00am! Just in time for my work meeting! He was able to lighten the lines of the star, and filled in the chip accordingly. He was kind enough to explain what he did for me since I was worried about driving the car through a car wash. I tried taking an after picture to compare and my 13pro can't even detect the lines anymore compared to before. 5 stars review well deserved! Already told my other friend about David. Will definitely reach out to him again if any future dents (but hopefully won't get any more ). read more

I don't really post comments. This time I think I have to write one. My windshield has a big crack at Nov. I called Aegis Glass. He picked up the phone quickly and gave me the lowest price I can find. Strictly speaking, it's the lowest price I can get when he has a physical location. I don't want to have some one only provide Mobile service. Cause I can't find him if there is any issue. He came to the parking lot and replace the windshield in 20mins. I have watched many videos about replacing the windshield. I notice that he used many professional tools which is good. After replacement I didn't post comment because I need to know if the windshield is good. So I wash my car and drive in freeway for months. It works great! I am super disappointed about his work ethics and his integrity. Called Tuesday and made appointment for Saturday. In the following days, he messaged back every day to change back and forth between different locations and different dates, and I can clearly feel he didn't want to fulfill his commitment and this is his way of pushing customer out. Finally I have to cancel it due to his last minute change on Saturday morning. I was able to get a quote the night my car was broken into. The driver side window was smashed near the symphony of all places. Thugs are truly getting bold! Anyway, by 11am the gentleman was there and by noon he was done. The glass inside the door was cleaned up and I had a spanking new window. Luckily the car alarm was restored, perhaps from him setting it in. Anyway, it's all 100% working fine. I loved that he drove to me. Super convenient, friendly, and quick. Thank you!
