Put in a request for a quote at 2:30am and received a quote before 3am, super responsive and quick to reply even on a Sunday. Scheduling was quick and easy, I was able to get a same day appointment. They provided a timeframe window of 10am to 12pm and got a call that they arrived at my home at 11:30am. Clean up and installation took about 30 minutes. Cost of the window and installation was $289. After taxes total came out to $314. For the convenience and ease of the window replacement, definitely worth it in my opinion. Would definitely recommend if you need a window replaced! On a holiday (memorial day, also the hottest day in recent memory) our front window was smashed (by me, long story) and we needed to get it replaced. Went straight to help and sent out a request. Khalid was super responsive (maybe 10 mins or so) and asked good questions, provided a reasonable quote and we set up an appointment quickly. He was able to come out the next morning - arrived during the window he set, but also gave me a heads up about when he was on his way and when he would be here. All I had to do was show him the car and give him the key - about 35 mins later he rang my doorbell and it was completed! Not only was the window replaced (and fully functional) but all of the brown glass was cleaned out from every crevice of the car. In addition - he brought everything he needed (didn't even need an outlet) was very nice and personable, and even made me feel better about the broken window. Highly recommend!
