My new go to after a great experience. She was amazing to work with. I completed the form and sure enough she reached out promptly the next business day. We quickly discussed what I was looking for. She provided her process and then quickly turn around a wonderful arrangement that was meant to congratulate a retiring teacher/mentor. She kept me informed and when the delivery was completed. Good value for what I needed as I did not see that with other florists I've used in the past.

Wonderful service. We decided to send a friend a sympathy bouquet and JJ Studio accommodated a next day delivery for us despite being closed (delivery happened on a Sunday). I was looking for a local florist in Pleasanton. I've been out of the area for almost 7 years and didn't know where to turn until I landed on JJ Studio's website. Just what I was looking for! Airy, original and elegant. It was a beautiful arrangement! It gave my dearest friend, who was in the hospital, the perk-up she needed. Wow! Thank you Jennifer for the beautiful arranged flowers. You had exceeded my expectations. Lots of Wow's I heard when I picked it up and brought it home just from my kids and husband. We couldn't get enough pictures of the arrangements . I am sure it would comfort our friend's mom, who loss her lifetime partner. Today is the day before Thanksgiving ... A very busy day I'm sure for every florist. Sent a text at 8:18am. Got an immediate reply with helpful information. All of my questions were answered and I placed the order. It was delivered at 10:49am - truly amazing service. The arrangement is beautiful - exactly what I asked for. I am very pleased with my first order. I'm not from Northern CA, so I took a huge risk locating and ordering a floral boutique that was going to meet my expectations. As a matter of fact, the owner exceeded my expectations. She was very prompt with her responses. The transaction and delivery were also smooth as it can be. I requested a specific custom arrangement, and she delivered! I ordered a deluxe arrangement with a note included. 10/10 would recommend. I always admire floral boutiques who have their own identity and taste that differ from typical floral shops. An overdue review for my go-to florist. I moved into the area last year and needed to find a new florist. Even though there weren't that many reviews, I loved the pictures of their work and took a chance and ordered from them. Communication was great! Texting was the easiest way to communicate. I did request not to use certain colors because it's not preferred culturally for birthdays and she respected our request and came up with a beautiful arrangement for my mom's birthday. I was looking for a local florist who could make gorgeous bouquets to thank some of my close friends and family who have recently seen me through some difficult times. I read some reviews of Jj Studio and decided to contact them. The owner is just the sweetest woman ever and she was so easy to communicate with over text and in her studio. These folks are the real deal. They are both artists and pros. A friend of mine had a loved one die and I ordered a bouquet with no idea what colors or flowers to send. I just explained that this was to expresses condolences and left the color and flowers up to them. They sent me a photo of the arrangement before the driver took it to deliver it and it took my breath away. Just stunning, and perfect for the occasion. Please support this studio and buy from them. I highly recommend this company! They have an easy ordering process and creat gorgeous flowers arrangements. Last week I texted the number on their website. I immediately received a response asking for necessary information to complete my order. I was able to communicate what I wanted (sympathy bouquet, handwritten message for card, etc) all via text. Then I was able to pay electronically through a secured link. My order was delivered to the recipient the very next day and I received updates as to when it was ready and when it was delivered. My mother was delivered the most gorgeous birthday bouquet of fresh flowers from JJ Studio. Since it was a big birthday and I couldn't celebrate in person I am so happy to have been able to bring a big smile to her face with these flowers. The bouquet was filled with large red roses, pink hydrangeas and others. It totally blew supermarket flowers out of the water. I ordered the farm fresh bouquet with a birthday add on and boy did it deliver both literally (free delivery yay) and figuritvely (my mom LOVED it)! Service was great. Flowers were easy to order and I was sent a photo when they were delivered. I will definatly use JJ Studio again for next year's birthday and if I lived locally I'm sure I would use them regularly for my own enjoyment. read more
