The spicy seafood hand pulled dough soup had no chance to make not spicy and the first bite was spicier than I was expecting. The large, sweet and sour pork was good fresh but as it got colder, it didn't taste as good. We came here because we were craving some good Korean food. This was our first time and we really liked it. My wife got the black bean noodle dish, and I got the sweet and sour pork. Ive now gone here 5 times and I can say this place is consistent from their food and their service. My daughter absolutely loves the black bean noodle dish and it is really affordable for an entire dish for $8.99!! my favorite is the spicy seafood soup. They are very generous with the amount of seafood and noodles they put in the dish. Recently, I tried their Suga's choice with their handmade noodles. I had a great experience for my first visit here! I went because it's somewhere BTS ate at lol The menu is small but features a specific type of Korean food like black bean noodles and spicy seafood soup. Their version of the soup is the best broth I ever had compared to other similar restaurants. It gives mom and pop, small staff, very friendly! Food comes out quick, fresh, and delicious. It is very Korean restaurant coded with how thoughtful the set up is. There's a drawer with all the utensils and napkins and stuff. I would give this a five star in the like 4.2 or 4.5 range. The only thing that said it back was that their crispy pork batter was very soggy even served fresh. That's one dish. I've had other places that I've enjoyed anywhere else. They use a good quality pork for this that is not dry but couldn't get past that chewy texture. I even got sauce on the side. Thinking they maybe rushed the order however my sister went another time and said they didn't enjoy it for the same reason. Don't let that discourage you from going though there jjamppong is worth a visit alone! And they have the best Mandy I've ever had! So glad I came upon this new jjambong restaurant in Vegas. The jjambong ( 짬뽕) had the firewok flavor I was looking for and longed for at my favorite jjambong chain in Korea. Was worried that the reviews were hyped up but their jjambong is legit. The waitress said they opened a year ago and is a chain from Korea. I trust chains from Korea more than mom and pop places because they have to follow protocol and be consistent with their recipes and are strict. My husband ordered the jajangmyun (자장면). The restaurant put alot of thought into the restaurant. They even have hair ties for oeople with long hair to tie it back when eating the spicy hot jjambong. Just like in Korea, they provide bibs to cover your clothing in case the spicy red broth splatters on your clothing. Also instead of serving tap water, they give out bottled water to customers. I think the food is good. Their jjajang sauce is a little thinner compared to other places in town but i dont mind it. The meat in the sauce is soft and thick not like ground pork. Jjampong broth is spicy but addicting with seafood flavor. Portion is generous. Service is fast and friendly. I usually feel like the soup at other places tastes mostly likely red pepper oil, but the jjamppong here was not, and it was just exactly what I had been looking for. I went here at 7pm on Saturday, and it wasn't packed. I ordered level 2 spiciness for the jjamppong, and it was very refreshing with lots of seafood and perfect cut cabbage that made it not only the texture better but also even tastier. The noodle texture was perfect too, neither too thin nor too thick. There wasn't any shrimp, but there were so many clams that it was honestly the first time Id ever seen that many in jjamppong. I also tried my friend's jjajangmyun, and it was really tasty as well. The service was perfect. The server was very friendly with smiling and spoke in a sweet tone. The ambiance was nice as well. We came to this Korean chain restaurant that's known for their jjampong (spicy seafood noodle soup) and jajangmyeon (black bean noodles). I wasn't in the mood for soup that day, so we went with a few other dishes instead: their spicy pork, which was like a deep-fried pork dish with a chewy glutinous rice batter; jajangmyeon; and crab fried rice with black bean sauce. Jajangmyeon is on special for $8.99 as of 08/09/25! This is a really great deal with big portion. The service was attentive and polite. We got the special and an order of fried mandu, both were good. The jjangmyeon was sweeter than other places in town, but not too sweet. I would say it's made the way older Koreans prefer it to be prepared. My Korean Mom said the temperature of the jjangmyeon should be more as our noodles were just warm. The dining area has about 10 tables and is clean.
