    Jajangmyeon :)
    Shannon P.

We were in the mood for jajangmyeon. I've had Jjamppong Zizon bookmarked since they opened so we finally decided to give them a try. They currently have a special on their jajangmyeon for $8.99 (dine in only). Portion was very generous and it was delicious! Service was excellent. Interior was nice and clean. Parking can get busy depending on the time of day. Highly recommend. I hope you decide to check them out :)

I usually never eat jjajangmyun clean but this was so good!! I even ordered rice to eat more of the sauce in my bowl! The Jjampong was also good but my spice tolerance is so low. So I enjoyed the jjajangmyun more. The price was very reasonable. If you get a regular bowl of jjajangmyun, it's only $8.99! The best part was the staff. They were so friendly and fast. It made the whole experience very nice. I would definitely return.

Spicy seafood and soft tofu soup w/ rice

We tried this place after seeing some YouTube videos and thought it was just okay. We had the spicy seafood with soft tofu soup with rice and pan-fried dumplings. There soup didn't have enough seafood (not even shrimp) compared to other places which was disappointing considering its $19 price. However, the portions are big enough to share between 2 people. The dumplings were perfectly fried and tasty. The server was nice and helpful and the place is clean. I like how the utensils are readily available inside a drawer at each table.

Unfortunately service from my first experience compared to second experience was disappointing but still four stars based on food quality, taste and consistency!! Still highly recommended especially for the split bowl combination of both JJang myun and Jhampong!! The holy grail of Korean-Chinese cuisine..referred to as Jjam-Jja-Myeon!!! Sweet and sour pork was underwhelming with soft texture instead of crispy but the thinly sliced onion was ingenious!!!

Food was very generous portion and delicious. Jjampong had so much seafood and veggies in it, and tasted just like the ones I had in Korea (if anything, better). The owner was really friendly and hospitable, kept checking on how we are doing and making sure we get everything that we needed. The restaurant itself was also super clean and not too loud, loved the dining experience here overall. Would definitely recommend anyone visiting LV to come here and eat

I think the food is good. Their jjajang sauce is a little thinner compared to other places in town but i dont mind it. The meat in the sauce is soft and thick not like ground pork. Jjampong broth is spicy but addicting with seafood flavor. Portion is generous. Service is fast and friendly. This is one of the few korean chinese places that has zhacai for sidedish so it was a pleasant surprise. Also love that they dont seem to use any coloring to make their pickle radish bright yellow. And lastly, very nice touch to include hair tie and aprons in service. Will be back.

The food was good. Plenty for the cost. I love the half and half option! The service is the best service I've received. Very clean and they thought of everything (hair bands, bibs, etc) so that when I eat I don't accidentally get any sauce on my clothes. The soup is just the right amount of spicy and they have many more levels of spice. I'm glad she explained the levels to me before I picked one I would have regretted. The 짜장면 sauce was a little thinner in consistency than I prefer but it had good portions of meat in it and they are generous with the sauce.

Drive out from the Vegas strip to enjoy some jjajangmyun. Heard some good things so came by for a weekend lunch. The lady helping our table with service being similar to other restaurants of this style. We ordered several dishes and everything was quite good. The jjajangmyun itself might've been one of the best I have had. The tangsuyuk was also really good. It's a small spot that was initially empty when we arrived for lunch but very quickly booked up. Definitely recommended!

The food was delicious! I ordered jjamppong, jajangmyeon, sweet and sour pork. They are the best one in town. They also give water bottles and aprons for the spices. Amazing services! I will definitely come back!

Place very easy to find. I will said depend of the time, plenty parking. I like this place, it's my first time. Interior very nice decor and bring good vibe. The people there friendly and nice. The food are good. The jjajang noodle is very good deal. It reminds me of the old days, when vegas still serve the food and make their customer happy. I hope they keep the price for long time. I will be back for sure to try their other menu.

I finally found a good jjamppong restaurant in las vegas after my favorite one closed. I usually feel like the soup at other places tastes mostly likely red pepper oil, but the jjamppong here was not, and it was just exactly what I had been looking for. I went here at 7pm on Saturday, and it wasn't packed. I ordered level 2 spiciness for the jjamppong, and it was very refreshing with lots of seafood and perfect cut cabbage that made it not only the texture better but also even tastier. The noodle texture was perfect too, neither too thin nor too thick. There wasn't any shrimp, but there were so many clams that it was honestly the first time Id ever seen that many in jjamppong. I also tried my friend's jjajangmyun, and it was really tasty as well. The service was perfect. The server was very friendly with smiling and spoke in a sweet tone. The ambiance was nice as well. I highly recommend this place.

We dropped in for a late dinner at 8PM, driving there directly from Zion National Park after hiking Angel's Landing. It was still surprisingly busy inside and we even had to wait a bit for a table! The waitress first brought over some cucumber lemon water, then took our order. The food only took about 10 minutes to arrive. Spicy Beef Noodle, Knife Shaved ($15.97) - Whew that broth. It's like cough city on the first sip, that chili and sichuan peppercorn mixture really gets into the throat. It then transitions into a robustly beefy, salty, and even slightly sweet flavor. It's so beefy it's almost gamey in taste. The heat is actually very balanced, although after sipping on it throughout the meal, I started getting pretty sweaty even with the AC on blast in the building. The beef is great. it's fatty and has connective silverskin still attached; it's like the best part of the tendinous shank. Other than that there's the perfectly cooked, bouncy knife shaved noodles, and a couple of leaves of crunchy blanched bok choy. (5/5) Beef Pancake ($9.75) - I thought these would be dry like shao bing (I have never had 餡餅 before) but construction took us totally by surprised. The beef pancakes are almost like a flatter, beef version of sheng jian bao, complete with juicy beef aspic. The wrapper is chewy and thinner than a typical SJB, but works well here; it's not thin enough to cause holes that leak juice out. The meatball inside is beefy and flavorful, albeit not as tender as a typical pork meatball. The taste of both the juice and beef are very allium forward and full of umami. (5/5) Dan Dan Noodle, Hand Pulled Noodle ($13.97) - The topping is a cold meat and preserved veggie mixture, minced finely until very tender and soft. It's combined with plenty of sesame paste and peanuts, giving an overwhelming nuttiness. The noodles, in this case the hand pulled one, work exceptionally well, being perfectly cooked and staying the same bouncy consistency throughout the meal. My experience with the hand pulled noodles in broth at the other Shang location was that the noodles got too soft only ten or fifteen minutes sitting in the broth. I would definitely get hand pulled only with dry dishes. On the bottom of this dish is a really spicy sauce, both in heat and mala numbness. It's very fragrant and lemony even through there's not much red color. The dish as a whole is far more spicy overall than the Spicy Beef Noodle. (5/5) The portions Shang Artisan Noodle serves are huge. We hiked Angels Landing before eating dinner here and we were only able to finish about half our meal. Shang Artisan Noodle serves some really great noodle dishes. There's a reason we keep coming back for more! Bathrooms - Two individual rooms, one for women, one for men

I gave it a 4/5 because although the food was great, I've had better spicy wontons elsewhere but I would definitely come back to eat the spicy noodles again.

It is located in a strip mall with an abundance of convenient parking. Inside, they had nice tables and bench seating and also had a couple of nice sized round tables with lazy Susans for larger families. We arrived around 7:30-ish and it was quiet with one or two other parties dining. Their take-out business appeared to be robust, which was a good sign that they must be doing something right with their offerings. Menu is pretty standard fair. Noodles in broth with beef shank, various dumplings, rice plates and dry noodle dishes. We started with the deep fried spring rolls which were tasty. The wrapping was very thin and delicate and had a nice crunch for each bite. There are six in an order, which is a great value. Wife ordered the Lucky Beef Noodle which has a mildly spicy broth. She asked for half the normal amount of noodles, as she feels that the noodles end up soaking up a lot of broth. I ordered the Beef Soup with Dumplings, which is basically what my wife ordered without the noodles. I wanted noodles added, so they were gracious and added the noodles my wife did not want to my order. The broth was flavorful and mild, not much of a kick. But the pork and cabbage dumplings included in my order were out of this world delicious and paired perfectly with the beef and its broth. I highly recommend this specific dish! If you are in search for Taiwanese food, give them a shot. Good quality, fresh food that is nicely flavored!

Our waitress and waiter were both very nice. Service is great here. I have no complaints regarding that! I started by ordering their Hot Tea Pot in the Genmaicha Tea, which is refillable ($3). The tea was good. I must've had it refilled about three times. The husband got the Asahi draft. For the food orders, we started with the cholegi salad, takoyaki, and chicken karaage. While the cholegi salad was good, I'd have to say I've had better chicken karaage elsewhere. Unfortunately, I'm going to have to skip the chicken karaage next time. It was lacking in flavor so I asked for table salt to sprinkle on top of it. For the main dish, our party ordered beef sukiyaki udon, tendon, tuna and avocado poke don, nabeyaki udon, and kake udon. Everyone enjoyed their entrees. For dessert, we got everything that was on the menu so that we could sample them. I particularly enjoyed their matcha pudding in that it was more than what the picture showed. There were layers of azuki beans and black sugar syrup underneath the green pudding. This one was my favorite! The sweet potato ice cream was the party's favorite. Overall, I really like the vibe of this restaurant.
