Dope place for some casual ramen! We got takeout at this place the first time we were here for the Backstreet Boys concert, and decided to dine in this time (yes we saw the concert twice lol!) We arrived just before the lunch rush, maybe around 11:30a? They had a bunch of pre-made rice musubis/onigiris at the front as well, which were tasty but quite pricey - around $5 a piece. I ordered the tan tan udon noodle, and it was very satisfying! Even after taking half of it to go and leaving it out in the hotel for a few hours, it was still good. Last time I came here, I got the carbonara udon to go, and I LOVED it. Just the right amount of richness and cheese. The udon itself could be chewier, but the overall taste was still great. Staff was very friendly too!! Plenty of parking, as this is located in a large plaza!

We went to Oodle Noodle for lunch as a group of six and were seated right away. Our waitress took our order promptly, and the food came out quickly. The inside is nicely decorated with a good amount of seating. The menu offers a wide variety of noodle dishes, with options served hot or cold. I ordered the mentai cream udon in a regular size, and it was very tasty. I had never tried anything like it before and really enjoyed it. Others in our group said their broth was very flavorful. Next time, I want to try the nabeyaki hotpot udon.

If you're looking for flavorful soup with chewy noodles, this is the place to go! The noodles are served in a variety of bowls, which I thought was a nice touch! My friends ordered many of the other noodle dishes and they all enjoyed their orders too. I got the nabeyaki udon, and enjoyed every bite. I liked how many different ingredients it had: veggies, fish cake, tempura, mushrooms. I thought it was really cute to there is a hello kitty fish cake in it as well too. Service was attentive, there's a bell at some tables where you can draw the waiters attention if needed. Inside there's a variety is different kinds of booths: towards the back there are some alcove-esque booths where you do sit very close together if you have a larger party. Lighting is on the dimmer side, but creates a nice ambiance.

Oodle Noodle With such a different name to the restaurant, I initially did not take this restaurant very seriously, but this is a winner with so many restaurants around Spring Mountain Road. Sukiyaki and Wagyu Udon good bowl of Udon was excellent, filled Udon bowl full of everything including a J Hello Kitty slice of meat, different soup spoon but I liked the size. Busy place means good food. Just a solid place for a very good large bowl of Udon

The food and ambience in this restaurant was great with good service as well. The noodles were delicious. Definitely recommend this place if you're visiting Vegas and looking for some good Asian food.

one of my favorite places to go. somehow always craving their carbonara udon. i always think i want to try something new but end up getting the carbonara other items that are good: tempuras, chicken karaage, beef sukiyaki, mentai cream, spicy miso tsukemen. the workers are always nice and have quick service.

    baked cheese curry udon

Oodle Noodle is a cute little udon shop. After a weekend of partying and clubbing on the Strip, I needed some soup to help recharge. I saw this place had high ratings and wasn't too far from the strip. Upon entering, you are either sat at a table or a bar. They give you a wet towel to your clean your hands as well (love it when restaurants do this). There's plenty of udon bowls to choose from. I ordered the baked cheese curry udon because I love cheese and udon, so it sounded very appealing to me. When served my bowl, I wasn't sure what I was exactly expecting, but wow, it's a lot of cheese! I also really like broccoli so that's a plus. Unfortunately, I actually hated this, and ended up not really eating much. The curry was not seasoned well and was bland. This with the cheese, broccoli and udon noodles was just not a good combination. I regret not ordering from the recommended on Yelp. My boyfriend got a beef sukiyaki, and his bowl was definitely a lot better than what I had. However, he agreed that the sukiyaki broth was a bit bland, too. The beef was tender and tasted good, though! I wish I liked it because I love udon! I don't see myself returning. If you decide to give this place a try, I would recommend checking the reviews on Yelp when deciding on what to order.

    Udon noodles with Uni
    Ricky B.

So I don't know the exact name of the Uni bowl but the wife wasn't happy for the amount of Uni and the size were way to small to be paying almost $25-$30 bucks. My carbonara bowl was delicious and the size was perfect for me, I paid about $12-$18 bucks for my bowl. Both dishes was flavorful and everything else was decent price but if your gonna charge that much for the Uni dishes you sell I would put bigger quality pieces in. Overall I would recommend cause of the variety of items they have there. Food overall 8/10. The service was okay cause she seemed quite impatient. I would have said something but the wife just wanted to eat and leave without problems. Overall it was okay but could have been better indeed. Service overall 6/10. The location itself is cute and decent nothing much of it. Cleanliness overall 8/10 cause of the bathroom could have been cleaner.

Hamachi crudo (yellowtail with yuzu and jalapeño)

My family and I have dined here several times and it never disappoints. We love the food here -- the udon noods are perfectly al dente, and honestly, you cannot go wrong with any bowl you choose. We're partial to cold udon though, so we frequently order that. We also love their hand rolls, though we've noticed they cut back on what used to be an extensive listing of hand rolls. Also, their calamari and hamachi crudo (yellowtail with yuzu and jalapeño) are delicious! Service is efficient. Casual sit-down. There is ample free parking in a lot that's shared with many other restaurants. Highly recommend this local joint. So good!

Ordered Oodle Noodle DoorDash. Glad they separated the salad dressing so it wouldn't get soggy. As for the creamy uni pasta, I'm docking one star since the uni didn't taste very fresh, but the udon noodle had a great bounce and chew to it and the creamy sauce was delightful!

Finally decided to try this noodle place as it is in between two of our favorite Boba and sushi places. They have a visual menu outside, which looked delicious . The service was OK. It was a bit slow at first, but they picked up once we got our food. However, we did have to ask a couple of times to have our waters filled. We got a couple of items to share such as the tuna poke, which was good but definitely not worth $14 . Beef Bowl was good, nice flavor, but not a ton of meat, so the rice ratio was off. The shrimp tempua udon was the most popular and it was good. Still lacked a lot of flavor though. Finally we tried a fusion item which was the Miso Carbonara Udon, the carbonara was lacking a ton of flavor- and was extremely slimey. Unfortunately this was a big miss. Overall it was an okay visit, but for the price and portion size, I probably won't be back.

Salmon poke bowl - just okay
    Melissa S.

This place is so good! Omg I can't believe we hadn't been sooner!! My top dishes were the jalapeño yellowtail and the takoyaki. They're full of flavor and so fresh. My husband and I also really liked our udon noodle bowls. He got the beef one and I got the shrimp tempura. My only suggestion is that I wish the shrimp tempura would be brought on the side as it gets soggy really quickly and I like the crunchiness of tempura. Other than that, they so delicious and big portions so you can probably share these. I would skip out on the salmon poke bowl. This one lacked flavor. One of my favorite parts about this restaurant is that they have the sauces and condiments readily available! You can add as much or as little as you'd like. The crunchy tempura flakes is such a nice touch. The staff were great! Very friendly and quick service. Ambiance was also good, not overly busy nor loud on a Saturday afternoon. We can't wait to go back and try other dishes!

Fortunately, the wait was only about 10 minutes, which was surprisingly quick. I ordered the soft-shell crab, baked green mussels, and BBQ ribs with steamed rice. My son ordered the yoshu ramen and fried rice. The food came out fairly quickly, but I noticed that the baked mussels never arrived. When I asked our waitress about it, she said the kitchen was backed up. However, after waiting more than 30 minutes and already finishing the rest of our meal, it felt like the order may have simply been forgotten. What disappointed me most was the lack of an apology. The waitress even asked if I still wanted the mussels at that point. I was ready to cancel the order, but Kyo stepped in and tried to make things right. Thanks to his efforts, the mussels arrived about 10 minutes later. Unfortunately, when the mussels finally arrived, I was disappointed again. They were prepared very differently from the baked green mussels I'm used to getting at restaurants in Los Angeles. They were quite spicy, which wasn't mentioned, and the flavor just wasn't what I expected. After waiting more than 40 minutes for them, they definitely weren't worth the wait. Overall, the food was decent, and the restaurant was busy and energetic, but the service mishap and the disappointing mussels left me with mixed feelings about the experience. I do appreciate Kyo's effort to make things right, as he was the one bright spot in an otherwise frustrating situation.

Customer service was on point from start to finish, and every dish came out fresh and hot. We ordered a variety of items off the menu and were honestly impressed across the board. The gyoza ($6) was perfectly pan-fried with a great crispy bottom, and the filling was packed with flavor. The dipping sauce had just the right hint of spice to bring it all together. The takoyaki ($6) were hands down some of the best we've had at any restaurant. Super crispy on the outside, and when you bite in, the inside just melts and oozes out, so good and full of flavor. The squid leg karaage ($10) was a great starter. Squeezing fresh lemon over it and dipping it in the mayo and spicy sauce combo made it even better. Definitely recommend this one. We were especially excited about the soft shell crab ($9) since it's hard to find it served on its own. It did not disappoint... perfect crunch, great flavor, and the dipping sauce really elevated it. The tonkatsu curry ($13) was a standout. The jasmine rice was cooked perfectly, the curry had rich flavor with tender carrots throughout, and the katsu was fried to perfection... crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside. Easily a 10/10 dish. The curry udon ($9) is perfect if you're craving something comforting...just curry and noodles done right. The udon ($8) had a flavorful broth and perfectly cooked noodles, simple but executed really well. The crazy dragon roll ($13) was definitely a highlight. The amount of eel on top was impressive, and the roll itself was a great size. Everything from the rice to the flavor balance was spot on. It has a warm ambient glow that makes the whole place feel intimate, but noise levels can be a bit high due to the close proximity of the tables and lack of noise buffer. Their drink menu is also creative, with unique cocktails and seasonal specials worth exploring. We tried a bunch of different food items: Takoyaki balls: the BEST balls ever! And that's saying a lot because we've been to Japan ! Takoyaki itself is a classic Osaka street food, traditionally made with diced octopus in a savory batter cooked in molded griddles. Here at Hachi, these takoyaki balls are crispy on the outside with a soft center, sitting abed a rich mayo-based sauce. What makes these stand out is the contrast with the balls of delicious and, instead of a fully liquid sauce, there are small chunks of cream cheese blended in, so you have bites of that with the battered balls! Agedashi Tofu: Lightly fried tofu served in a delicate dashi broth. The exterior is soft with a bit of crisp, while the inside stays silky and custard-like. The broth is clean and, if I dare say, savory but light. Basically a punch of umami and extremely balanced! Karaage: They are known for their chicken karaage, and it absolutely delivers. The chicken lightly coated and fried until golden and crisp while staying incredibly juicy inside. Each bite has a satisfying crunch followed by tender, flavorful meat! I highly recommend pairing it with the negi sauce, which delivers a a tangy vinegar-based scallion sauce that cuts through the fat and oils, and it deeply enhances the flavor of the chicken. Yakitori Skewers: Yakitori is a traditional Japanese grilling style where small skewers of meat are cooked over charcoal. The focus is on simple flavors utilizing high-quality ingredients. We tried a mix of skewers, which comes with a slice of lemon on top to be squeezed over the skewers: * Wagyu skewers: rich, buttery, and cooked to perfection * Beef tongue: more chewy and textured, so not a huge fan of it * Chicken skin: ultra crispy with rendered fat and a satisfying crunch * Pork belly with green onions: fatty, smoky, and balanced by the freshness of scallions We also ordered a fresh scallop skewer, grilled shrimp with tartar sauce, and eel. The scallops were sweet and tender with 3 pieces per skewer. The shrimp was cooked and de-shelled and served with a tartar sauce. The eel was the most memorable with its rich, tender, and deeply savory taste. Eel (unagi) is considered a delicacy in Japanese cuisine where it's known for its sweet glaze and soft texture. Our favorites were definitely the eel and scallop skewers.

I calmly explained that I had just called and was specifically told we could come directly and that our table could be held. Instead of listening or trying to help, she immediately responded with a nasty attitude and said, "If you don't want to wait, you can leave." We spent almost $190 for two people, and no customer spending that kind of money should ever be treated this way. Her behavior completely ruined the experience for us. Because of the way she treated us, I will never come back or recommend this place to anyone. Management seriously needs to do something about the front desk staff.

I had a wonderful dining experience at Icghiza Restaurant. The food was absolutely amazing,…read moreeverything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. We tried both the salmon set and the beef set, and each dish was cooked perfectly. The meal came with delicious sides, miso soup, salad, tofu, and rice, making it a complete and satisfying dining experience. The service was equally impressive. The staff was friendly, attentive, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. They made sure everything was perfect and were quick to assist with any requests. The restaurant was clean, comfortable, and had a relaxing atmosphere that made the meal even more enjoyable. You can tell they take pride in both the quality of their food and customer service. I highly recommend Icghiza Restaurant to anyone looking for authentic, delicious Japanese cuisine and outstanding hospitality. I will definitely be coming back to try their dinner menu.

Shigotonin is a delightful discovery off the Vegas strip (but may as well be on the strip…read moreconsidering the taste and quality of food here) in a small plaza. Chef Shuji runs the restaurant with his wife next to him in the kitchen. The fish here is flown in from Japan and of the highest quality as you can see from the sheen and fat marbling. The tuna melts in your mouth and bite after bite is a wonderful experience as you pair it with soy sauce, fresh Wasabi, yuzu Wasabi, or some combination of the condiments provided. This is also the first sushi restaurant I have ever been to that automatically brings out fresh Wasabi without having to ask. The portions are generous and we left feeling very satisfied. Even though we were very full, we took a look at the dessert menu. Not pictured here is a sweet potato with ice cream and brown sugar glaze. This dish on the menu was unassuming but the taste was so decadent. Quite possibly the best and sweetest sweet potato I have ever tasted. The chef slowly roasts them over a 2 hour period, rotating the potatoes every so slightly every 15 minutes. The sweet potato could be a dessert by itself, it was that good! Chef Shuji is a charming and funny host. He regularly comes out to greet his customers and makes sure they are enjoying their meal, very high-touch. If you know Japanese - even if it's just a few phrases, speak with him as he will be delighted. He was absolutely tickled when we said arigato and he shared that he is originally from Kyoto. Cannot wait to return to Shigotonin!

**Overall: 4.75 Stars**…read more Imagine omakase but with a show. That's what you get here at Kyara Sake Bar. I went to Kyara on a date, but it wasn't the quiet or romantic kind of place I thought it'd be. Kyara had great service but they visit you every few minutes and explain things before each dish and they may cook something in front of you or show you the fish (like the actual real whole fish from the same catch you'd be eating)! When we were about to be served the wagyu beef dish, we were shown the certificate and our server explained all about the cow. I felt like I knew all about Bertha and joked that we just went through her photo album and yearbook. Like how was I supposed to eat Bertha now?!! Aiyahhhhh. Kyara may not be the romantic type of restaurant, but it was more memorable and more of an experience! It had may "wow" moments.
