I think the minimum is 3 hours. They cleaned out my stuff from a house I was renting in under an hour. They don't screw around. Not one item was dropped or dinged. Price was also cheaper than any other place I had called. one of the loaders offered to place my old mattress on the street which he single handledly threw a queen sized matrress over his shoulder and hauled it down the street.
