Overall, Ben's moving did as they promised and they showed up on time and were very fast. However, I would advise in the future to know that just because they are fast, doesn't mean they are necessarily careful. I have to go back and repair some base boards that were damaged by them, repaint all the areas that were hit, as well as purchase a new computer desk that was destroyed. They also misplaced several pieces of hardware for my shelves that I need to replace now. Again, they moved my stuff quickly but at what cost? read more

1st time hiring movers and Ben's Moving was AMAZING! I was so stressed about my upcoming move which consisted of me moving out of a room at my parents, getting my stuff out of storage, replacing some items from storage into the room I moved out of and then moving into my new place. I used this company for my move from Orange County to Riverside. The guys were very friendly, accommodating, and diligent. They were willing to go above and beyond to move my stuff safety and quickly. During previous moves with other companies, my property was always badly damaged due to poor packing (e.g. stacking potted plants on top of each other which killed the plants, stacking heavy items on top of light items, etc.). The guys I worked with used their common sense to pack things safely and avoid damage. I'm not completely unpacked but it seems so far so good! read more

Steve and Shemed were great!! Super nice guys and awesome to work with. They packed all our stuff up very carefully, and gave extra attention to some of my more fragile items that I pointed out. They worked really hard. Just make sure you wrap any items you might not want stained (wouldn't be the movers' fault, but just unavoidable during the course of a move). In our case, they got all of our items through two counties with zero damage! I thought Ben's Moving had the most fair and reasonable prices out of anyone else I got quotes from. It did take several weeks to get a booking confirmation, which made me nervous as we got closer to our move, but it did come eventually after I asked a few times, and I understand it was likely due to the busy summer moving season. My wife and I contacted them (by text) and not 5 minutes later we got a PERSONAL text back from Phil not some saved template which was nice.
