I doubt she even showed my complaint or video to her father because her husband was the installer who caused the damage. When removing the exterior trim, he didn't score with a knife. Up to 1.75" of wood and paint was ripped, surrounding the two garage doors. Her solution? She told me it wasn't their job to paint. But, husband would be happy to install trim for an additional $250! Charging me extra to fix damage he caused it ridiculous. They also failed to adjust the one garage door that is manually raised and lowered. If you lift it halfway up, doesn't hold and slams to the ground. When I complained, daughter asked if I checked the door before they left? It's not my job to double check a professional installer's work. Save your money and go elswhere. They protect family incompetence, damage your property and attempt to extort you for more money to fix their mistakes.

He showed up to the job site with parts in hand, hooked up my dryer vent properly due to its unique design, placed the dryer as snug to the wall as possible and moved the washing machine over so that the entry door could finally close. They bid a small job of another type, took a deposit, then doubled the deposit, both of which we paid. They ordered materials. Then we were forgotten. I had to proactively pursue them for status, which seemed to be received with bother. After about seven weeks and several excuses, I was offered a refund of my deposit because "I'm too busy to follow up more on what happened to this order..." Wow.
