They ruined my clothes by washing whites together with blacks. They claim they are experts, but they have ruined my brand new expensive dress, turning it into blue. The dress has white spots on it, yellow spots, but it is generally blue now.
I also gave them a brand new towel, and received it all in colored stripes!
When I was giving them the dress, I specifically said It is expensive, and asked if wash and fold is fine of if I should put it in dry-cleaning. The sticker, however, said that delicate wash is okay, so I specifically asked to be careful and do the delicate wash. They said okay and put it together with black clothes!
The greatest things happened when I came to show them what happened with the dress and the towel. They were extremely rude. They yelled at me for 45 minutes, they lied, they said I had the dress like this, they said the towel was like this because it is my hair dye (the towel was straight from the store). They said I should complain to the dress designer why my dress is turning blue! Then they said it is all my fault because I didn't tell them I needed my clothes to be washed separately, so they put all of them all together (when I came, I specifically took all my clothes out, showed the dress, asked if wash and fold is okay, showed them the sticker, put all the colored clothes separately. No one told me about 2 dollars extra for separation - I assumed it is common sense you don't wash black and colors with white, especially when I specifically pointed out the dress and asked what is the best way to get it done). They said I didn't pay 2 dollars so it is on me now. They were yelling the entire time, they told me to call the police, told me they are about to close, told me to not ever come back. Then the owner took my clothes and threw it to the floor and the garbage bin!! Then the lady tore my dry cleaning clothes out of my hands abruptly and started to take them away - I was thinking she was going to cut them with scissors. All of this instead of trying to fix the dress, which is what I was asking for.
I was shocked by their rudeness, lack of responsibility, poor communication, yelling, telling me it was my fault. I am very upset for the ruined dress. Don't go there! They will ruin your clothes, and then will take zero responsibility for it and will yell at you and throw your clothes to the floor and garbage.
