David was honest and told me the dishwasher wasn't worth repairing since the cost for the part cost almost as much as a new dishwasher. Bergerons doesn't sell appliances, but David gave me a couple of really helpful tips for buying a new dishwasher. The person I spoke with asked about the brand and model, then told me it would be no problem to repair. They said nothing about an appointment fee or service charge just for showing up. Service tech gets there when my sister in law is watching kiddos - literally looks at the stove for 30 seconds and says we can't fix that. Then he bullied and threatened her into paying a $95 "service call" fee - he implied he wouldn't physically leave unless she paid him right away and refused to wait until I got back (less than a mile away). She felt unsafe. She paid and he took off. He was in our house for less than 5 minutes. I called up to discuss, the person who answered the phone called me stupid for not knowing there would be a service fee and then promised his manager would call to discuss - guess who never called? Just a thoroughly dishonest company that I could never recommend doing business with - very shady.

I have only used the project functionality once before but ended up using someone else. My normal repair go-to did not pick up the phone so I thought why not? They literally responded in under a minute. What's that saying the early bird catches the worm? Normally, I check out the business and see how many reviews they have do a little research but I was in a hurry so I asked how much and when they could come for a refrigerator repair. They said they could come the same day, And the price was right comparatively. (Diagnostic fee is 95$ which will go towards the repair cost.) There was some back-and-forth about when they could come and we decided on the next day. Adam showed up on time, was very polite and fixed our issue! Our Refrigerator had a lot of condensation and it turns out the fan was not working. He could've just said we needed a new fan and charged us for it, but he went beyond that and went through the back panel and noticed there was something unplugged and then the fan started working in our refrigerator is working great! I have so much respect for honesty and integrity. I highly recommend using their service I believe from the other reviews that they are a new service and they deserve all the new business! He quickly assessed that the drain pump was not functioning correctly. He gave me a honest quote, and he asked if I wanted to make the repair. After discussing with my wife, we agreed to get the washer repaired. He had the part with him and got to work to replace the part. In addition to making the repair well, he spent time to check that the washer worked after replacing the part and that it did not leak before closing the washer up. He then moved back the washer in place even though I am the one who moved the washer in the first place. He gave me a 1-year warranty on the repair as he used a genuine LG part. I am a cancer patient and a senior citizen currently self quarantined and in shock because I have never been spoken to like that EVER! I merely asked for reassurance that a repair service would not alter performance and he lost his temper yelled at me with profanity and like a crazed person said he hopes he transmitted the covid 19 virus to me. Shock and awe!! I have reported him to Health Dept, Better Business Bureau and I have recourse under Comm of Ma Consumer protection Sec 93. If service faulty and he damaged function if dryer! In addition I recorded the call where he screamed and used the F word and saved text he sent stating he hopes he gave me virus because he has it! OMG imagine anyone telling a customer that?!
