Every aspect of the project was completed with exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship. Emmanuel is, without question, one of the most professional, personable, collaborative, and talented contractors I have ever worked with. Throughout the entire project, he communicated with me daily to make sure every detail was being completed exactly as I envisioned and to my complete satisfaction. He also was on-site most days to be sure that everything was being done correctly. What really impressed me was even before I signed a contract, he was committed to helping me make informed decisions. He brought samples of artificial turf, ground cover, and paver options for me to review, making the design process easy and enjoyable. His proposal was thoroughly itemized, so I knew exactly what was included and exactly what the project would cost. Even better, the final invoice matched the agreed-upon price to the penny--no surprises, no hidden charges. The entire El's Landscaping crew was outstanding. Privately owned and what appears to still have a home property onsite, Moorten Botanical features over 3,000 species of cacti. Another unique component is the rare Cactarium which is a greenhouse featuring cactus and succulents. Admission is $7 cash or card and there is always staff available to greet guests. A paper map is provided post payment to help navigate the grounds. I recommend sunscreen as a majority of the viewing takes place outside and the sun tends to beat down. Onsite there are a variety of large tortoises in specialty spots enjoying their environment. At the end of the garden, there is a nursery where plants can be purchased along with gardening trinkets. For the value, this is one to not miss! I've been coming here for years since I was a little girl and I enjoy the fact that Moorten sticks to their roots and have kept the layout the same allowing me to feel nostalgia each time I visit. We just had pvc pipes replaced and added new drips that don't work and now have a leak. They installed DG and that has not been glued down at all and pretty much dirt now... I'm so disappointed because they seems very nice and to know what they were doing. They're licensed, but do not have good customer service or quality of work.
