They also accept the Self-Determination Program, which has made services much more accessible for us. After working with Ms. Kristin for a little over a year, we have seen the most improvement we've ever seen with my daughter. Her articulation is so much better, her vocabulary has increased tremendously, and she is now 100% intelligible. What I appreciate most about Kristin is that she really understands PDA. She does not push my daughter in a way that overwhelms her, but she still encourages her to work, participate, and have fun while doing it. Kyra is also wonderful to work with. They have photos and bios of the staff on the wall, and Yvonne even read me the bio off her computer of a therapist who had not been placed on the wall yet. She was very patient in trying to get me the exact service and times that I needed. While it didn't end up working out, if the services are as professional as the receptionist was then your child will be in good hands! I definitely recommend checking this place out if your child needs physical, speech, or occupational therapy. They accept private as well as regional center clients.

On my daughter's first session, the therapist (Ana S.) texted she'd be 10 minutes late, then 30 minutes later said she'd arrive in 5 minutes but couldn't make up the time. I told her not to come, as a 10 minute session would only upset my daughter. Her response was simply "No problem." No apology or attempt to reschedule. Completely unprofessional and disappointing. Save yourself the frustration and find a more reliable provider.
