I went to Manny's shop with some concerns about my +200,000 mile 2008 BMW 328i. I was worried it was my head gasket (very expensive repair) but right away he knew the problem was actually a much less expensive repair. With good diagnostic tools and years of experience he was able to fix the problem and point out some other issues with the car. As it turns out I have researched and worked on E90 BMWs for more then 5 years. Every recommendation he made was on point, he made all the repair for a good reasonable price with a 1 year guarantee and did a great job. I callled***JMC**** today due to my 2008 BMW not turning on it just quit on me i spoke to manuel and he answer a few of my questions over the phone even though i am not close by they managed to head my way when they got there they just knew what to do what was wrong and how to fix it in less than a hour my car was up and running there just great and very friendly and very affordable even though they come to you...I will recommend there services to anyone very honest people.....which now in days is very hard to find. Really bad experience. I drove about 20min out of my way to meet the technician where he was at in order to save some money. On my way to him, he called about 6 times to ask where I was and changed the location on me a couple times, which I thought was a bit unprofessional. Finally met up with him, and it was all downhill from there. I originally went there for a few questions on my vehicle and some basic services. He was very vague about my car and why it was making the sound that it was. I also felt like he was rushing a bit in order to move on to the next client; which I understand but please be specific and explain the process so that we, the clients, know what's going on. If you know a mechanic, just go to them Save gas, money and piece of mind. read more

Can I just say Manuel and his crew are AMAZING!!!! I'm pretty picky about who works on my car and I'm typically loyal to my Mechanic but I was in dire need of an oil change (I'm such the procrastinator, lol) and my regular mechanic (he's pretty great, too)was booked. lol, I felt so bad cheating on him :) anyhow, awhile back one of Manuel's business cards was placed on my car window in my neighborhood and I saved it in my glove compartment for a rainy day. Needless to say, I found myself in a bind and took out my "get out of jail card". I called Manuel, explained my situation, he asked where I lived and quickly stated..."I'm on my way"...I chuckled and said "say what?!?!?" he literally showed up on my doorsteps 20 minutes later with a crew of 2+ him. They whipped out their tools and cranked out my oil change in a matter of no time. If that's not A+ service, I don't know what is! Manual and his team did the brakes on E38 740i and did an excellent job. He had also recently replaced my power steering pump and hose, along with coolant thermostat and water pump. He and his team have taken excellent care of both of my E38's as well as my e 30. They have always been fast and prompt, knowledgeable and reasonable. I have a troublesome BMW X5 4.4 E53. It's a secondary car, but I use it from time to time. Been in the family for years. Anyone that has owned a European car, they're frustrating to fix, and costs for the maintenance are always expensive. Jmc came to my place and was able diagnose the issue. I had a failed tensioner, and or time chain guides. Jmc was confident that if they fixed the tensioner that my check engine light will go off and I'll pass smog. I've taken the X5 to a few other places before Jmc checked it out and they were never concrete with the diagnosis. Initially they said it would be a couple of weeks, but they finished within 5 days. I passed smog the next day. There are a few more things that I'll have jmc check out and fix. read more

Manny saves my car once again. My water pump and a belt went out on a Thursday (yesterday) afternoon and called him right away. Set up an appointment and he gave me one for the morning after. While I was at it I had my oil filter housing gasket and vanos line replaced as well (had leaks for a WHILE) and he finished the job in about an hour. I kid you not he and his assistants work like doctors. I'm very satisfied as this is my only car to commute to work and school. No other mechanic would set up an appointment this quickly. Ok, JMC to the rescue again. I have a 2008 328i, the water pump went out and I was stranded on the side of the road. I called him on the way from being towed he was at my house within the hour. Manny and his crew promptly changed the water pump and thermostat at a reasonable price, a fraction of what the dealer would charge. He used new factory parts, I recommend JMC for all you BMW service needs. The only draw back is they do not have printed business receipts. read more

I hired Manny to replace the starter on my 2007 BMW 530i and they did a great job. My car couldn't start over the weekend so I called Manny and scheduled a time for Monday. I'm usually very hands on with my car but this job was too big for me. The research I've done suggests it's a 3-4 hours do-it-yourself job. Manny and his crew as able to finish the job in 30 minutes. They were very familiar with my BMW and had all the necessary tools to do the job. The price I paid was a bit lower than the local BMW indy shops in the area.
