We sent pictures of the unit, were the gas lines were, height of the ceiling. technician came out and only hooked up the electric no flue or gas lines. tech left and said this I cant hook up the flue or gas. waited for another tech to come. No one came. 4 months later get a invoice for 750.00 for 2-1/2' of wire and connected to a outlet. Called and asked what happened to the rest of the install and they said that's all that they were doing. WTF? Why would I call a havc company to do just electric work. guy at office said he would give 50.00 off invoice. I do not recommend them.

After being cut off multiple times on our brief conversation, he ended up hanging up on me mid-sentence, before I could explain the true location of the requested services. What a shame, missed out on potentially $1k-$1.5k worth of work. Being an experienced tradesperson is one thing and having common decency when speaking to potential customers is another, you need both. I am very happy he behaved like this BEFORE he was at my house doing work. Just like you have no time for your customers, I have no time for that behavior.
