Not even sure why AAA after all these years of being a customer would use such an I'm unempathetic and unprofessional company. God actually did send an angel to my rescue and took care of me. We were charged over $300 for an inspection related to an issue that had already been documented and discussed with staff in 2024. We had previously decided not to pursue the repair due to the cost, yet we were still charged for a diagnosis of a known problem. When we raised our concerns, the owner offered several explanations and only provided a partial credit, which we found unacceptable. Unfortunately, this wasn't an isolated incident. In the past, we were charged more after incorrect parts were ordered for a repair, and on another occasion a quoted price changed when we arrived to pick up the vehicle. Based on our experiences, we will not be returning and cannot recommend this business.
