I got my vehicle detailed at the BMW dealer recently and my paint was flawless. I brought my car to JN today since it's A hand car wash. Well, let me tell you, this hand car wash is not what it seems or appears, upon retrieving my car, My car was returned to me with heavy swirl marks in all areas, which tells me they started to hand wash, but didn't thoroughly clean and rinse the vehicle, then proceeded to hand dry the vehicle in circular motions with the remaining residue, by doing this it created swirl marks all over my vehicle, this shows the level of care of JN management and staff. Do not take your car here if you love the paint quality of your vehicle. Take it to Showroom detail in Pasadena, where I have never had an issue with paint swirls in the 3 years I've owned my vehicle. The only downside is you have to schedule an appt for availability. I was impatient because availability was a week away and decided to give JN carwash a chance. Showroom detail is leaps above JN carwash. read more

Took my car in to get washed and after I paid and drove off, I noticed my duffel bag that was in my backseat was gone. I immediately went back and they confessed that it was mistakenly put in a previous car that had already left! The manager Ibrahim told me to come back a few days later once they look at the camera footage, but he completely ghosted me since then. When I did go back, he coaxed his staff to lie and pretend that they looked at the footage and never saw a bag taken out of my car in the first place, even though they admitted to putting it in another car. Insane! I filed a police report and plan to take legal action against the business. Don't waste your time or money on this place. It doesn't even deserve the scraps of trash in my car, let alone my money! read more

I have been going to this place a long time... overall it's been a great place for a wash. But lately it's been so disappointing. First of all they charged an extra $5 to give an extra scrub to the front of my car because they said "I had hard to get spots" that needed more wash. The outside of my car was washed well... but then we get to the inside. As if they didn't even touch it. Dust, dirt and spots everywhere. Wish they would pay as much care to the inside as they do to just the outside. I give it two stars bc the outside was washed well... but they totally neglected the inside. I've been coming here for years and I never had a problem, they always did a good job cleaning my car. That aside, I recently had a terrible experience when they tried to charge me more than what is advertised on their signs, and by the way, their prices are expensive to begin with. The guy acted as if I wasn't going to notice and when I asked why I was getting charged 5 dollars more the guy said that my car was too too dirty. Isn't that the the idea of a car wash? Should I bring you a clean car instead so you don't have to do much cleaning? My car was just as dirty as the next one, is not like I take my tiny hatch back mud racing or desert rallying. Love this Car Wash!!! Reliable, friendly, thorough and clean! I've taken my SUV to JN for the last 5 years and I'm always impressed with how clean it is when i pick it up. Cindy's Diner is across the street so I relax and have breakfast or lunch while waiting. Trader Joe's is steps away as well so it's easy to grocery shop while the car is being cleaned. Took my girlfriend's car in for her birthday and service was friendly and overall the cleaning was good but after the car dried we noticed that the plastic body elements on the car (bumper and fenders) had been bleached by the cleaning materials they used and it looks really bad. I haven't been able to reach the office by phone or email yet and hope to get their help fixing the issue but when my girlfriend called they told her that's normal and that they wouldn't be helping. read more

Man in glasses and blue shirt took down information and said I'll take it from here. Said it would be $25 for pet hair removal. I told him don't do the pet hair, I'll vaccuum myself at home. Just do everything else. He told me it would be a 2hr wait. I said fine. He then said it'll be a over 2.5 hours. I said ok. Then he said he just doesn't have time to do my car and to come back another time. Meanwhile, other cars were pulling in. Idk if it's because I didn't want the vacuum service or he was just picking which cars he would allow. But I felt disrespected and unfortunately will not be returning here anymore. Writing this review from another car wash at the moment..... if that gives you a hint on why there's a one star. I stopped in this am and it wasn't very busy. My boyfriend had done a pre-vacuum of my car as it was pretty rough from some wet dog park mornings. It did need a good wipe down on the leather seats from wet paw prints. A youngish man (blonde/ brown hair and mid 30's) looked in the back and told me I needed the $75 package. I said no, I would do the $35 package and he said it would do nothing....... and that if I wanted service I need the $75 package. I said no and drove away. I'm honestly shocked, I've taken a much dirtier car to a ton of different valley car wash spots and never been turned down or told I needed a better package. They will ask but never pressured to buy more than what I want. I'm not sure if because I am a woman he thought he could pressure an up sell? I asked my boyfriend who's taken my car previously and only had to pay the $35 package. I would give them a negative star review if I could! Pre pandemic used to come here all the time for a wash. This time came in, the guy in the front (prob the owner) was insanely rude. Asked what package I want for a wash. I told him and then he proceeded to tell me that there were extra charges for things that I didn't ask for cus he thinks the car "needs" it. I told him I'd rather just get the wash as listed on his sign and he told me to leave. That was his response. Just got my pick-up truck detailed at JN car wash and I have only one thing to say: they're amazing! Seriously, I never write reviews and I rushed home to write this review. I got package #9 and found it to be very affordable, especially in these expensive times. Don Roberto - the man who personally cleaned my truck - did such an amazing job that'd I'd ask for him personally next time. He got out years worth of stains, dirt, and grime all within an hour. My truck hasn't been this clean since it rolled off the assembly line 15 years ago. If you're in the area or nearby, I'd highly recommend JN Car Wash. 10/10. read more

I know that generally car wash shops close 15 to 30 minutes early to meet their closing time. So I called the owner and asked him twice the time he closes the gate. He said the gate closes at 5 p.m. I arrived around 4:45 p.m. and the gate was still open. None of the staff stopped me from entering here. Then suddenly the owner appeared and yelled, "Back up your car!" So I was really confused and asked him what he meant, and he said he would close the business at 5 o'clock. Really? What the heck was wrong with this guy? If that was his policy he was supposed to tell me like that on the phone and close the gate at least between 4:30 and 5. He made me to spend unnecessary time, and first of all, his insanely rude remarks, with no apology made me very unpleasantly. Also, as a business owner, I have never seen such an rude man run a business for a long time. After leaving here, I had a super nice carwash at Highland Carwash for $7 than a $30 basic carwash paying here. Highland Carwash, I think it is the best carwash shop and better than any other hand carwash shops in town. My car is Lexus RX350 and It made the perfect LOL wash and there was no problem at all. I loved going to this neighborhood car wash because they were very good with detail and made sure that my car was clean both from the inside and outside. For an affordable price, you can get your car hand washed, which takes around 45 minutes to be completed. There were plenty of chairs and shade to go around while waiting for the car to be done. Recently came in for a wash and the staff managed to break one of the AC vents on our vehicle. Rather than telling us about the damage they caused, they instead placed the broken vent back in the dashboard in such a way that we (hopefully) wouldn't notice. They did a good job on my car I will say that even though they did leave one of their drying rags in my car. But the manager charged me more than the sign said and I could hear another customer asking about that as well as they must've also charged him more than advertised. I asked for change so I could tip because I only had mostly large bills and was told NO but later another woman asked for change for tipping and he gave it to her. So I put what I had in the tip jar and told the guys when I got my car that and he responded that's ok like I told him sorry I didn't have any money to tip. I felt like they looked at me and decided I was a bad tipper or criminal so they charged me extra and expected me to be an asshole. read more

This is a follow-up to my previous review in December. The lack of concern for customer satisfaction at this business would be comical if it weren't so blatant and rude. After my last review, I received a phone call from Eddie, who apologized for the bad experience I had at "his" business, and offered a free car detail to make up for it. Today, I returned to the car wash, and was told that "Eddie" was the son of the previous owner, and the new owner -Abraham, had no knowledge of this arrangement. Is this any way to run a business ? Why did "Eddie" call me and make an offer that he could not follow up on if he is no longer associated with the business Is Abraham aware of what is going on at the business he owns ? This kind of treatment is beyond disgusting, even the IRS has better customer service, and does not so callously lie to people who call in looking for help ! I've been here twice and each time they did a superb job! I'm very attentive to detail and never had an issue with spot checking after their service. My boyfriend and I recently came by to get a 20 year old car cleaned out to sell. The interior had all kinds of debris and stains. Of course, I didn't expect them to get every stain off. I chose package 9 - $65 for a more detailed cleaning than standard. It came out great. Refer to pictures. The owner even swapped out my old ripped car mats with a used spare set he had, at no cost! Other places would rush with cleaning my car to make quick $ and miss areas like the front and rear crevice. Not here! They're the only car wash that had me leaving truly satisfied. I recommend stopping by on a weekday. They're busy on the weekends, expect to wait 1 hr plus. read more

They did a great job cleaning the outside of the car. You can tell the workers are very hard working. They were non stop. The manager was running back and forth. The only criticism I have is their pricing and take on dog hair. They split into 3 levels starting at $25 for light up to $65. I opted out of it bc I thought it was unreasonable but they basically didn't bother vacuuming the back of my car at all. That was disappointing. read more

I liked that Abraham the owner is very attentive and responsible with customer's requests and as well as his workers many of them speak Spanish including Abraham . They worked in scratches that my Honda CRV had in the driver's door and the scratches are gone, next time they are just going to do a buffing, I am very pleased with the cleaning and general work they did in my vehicle. I used to come here, but after the pandemic, the prices went up a lot due to inflation. I used to pay $40 for my regular SUV, but after a month, the person who gave me the ticket charged me $70 without informing me. I was shocked at the $30 increase. He explained that it was due to inflation and also because my car was a regular SUV, and I decided to not to get their service. However, I found a new car wash place called Magnolia Carwash in Burbank that charges half the price. They have been in business for over 50 years.
