As locals, this used to be our go-to gas station, mainly because of price. However, as long as the…read morehorrible lady that was working there today is there, I will not be spending a dime there. The pumps were not working, so I let her know, and she started laughing. So apparently she thinks it's quite amusing when customers' time gets wasted. Wow. Their pumps have issues all the time (including pumping gas so slowly that it would take like 3 hours to fill your tank, or nothing whatsoever happening when you squeeze the pump handle, which was what happened today). It wastes a lot of time, but again, because of price and because of them being a local small business, we continued to go there for years. Not anymore. She even made a comment about me being rude, ironically! So I told her I didn't need to spend my money there and I would go elsewhere. We're trying hard to be supportive of local business during this difficult time, but we will not tolerate that kind of rudeness and horrible customer service. You just lost a very loyal customer.

Retracing my steps I called and yes, my wallet had been turned in to the cashier and was safe with her. I offered a financial reward and she declined saying, "It's just what we do." It is no longer an option to simply say "talk to a pharmacist" and get past the ongoing automated questions. Instead, I have to answer numerous questions every single time, only to be routed to voicemail. I went around and around with this process for two days straight. I even contacted corporate, which took more than 10 minutes just to reach a person. I was then transferred two more times, and each time I had to explain the entire situation all over again. And even then, they couldn't necessarily get me through to a person. When I finally reached someone regarding my medications, I was told I would have to call back and go through the entire automated process again just to arrange shipping. What should have been a simple request turned into a complete nightmare. The lack of direct access to a pharmacist and the endless phone maze have made the customer experience beyond frustrating and completely unacceptable. I rarely write negative reviews. However, since no one seems willing to hear the feedback or have any power to create change or help me get my issues handled, this seems like they only way to get through. The individual people who work there are generally kind and want to help, however they do not seem to have any power to sidestep this horrible system.

This location sells Sinclair brand gasoline and diesel. The attached DinoMart convenience store has a large assortment of drinks, snacks and merch. Restrooms are available, however they could use a little refreshing and cleaning touch. This fuel stop is an easy on/easy off exit off the 101 freeway.
