I feel awful that I didnt get the employees names but I wanted to say I love the help they both provided and that I enjoy coming here. The gentleman helped me last Saturday evening helping me after my last sewing machine jammed up where I had to return it to the previous place I purchased it and found a machine that fit what I needed. And the young lady today who has helped me several times before (disney fan like myself and has amazingly beautiful colored hair!) helped me pick out the right items needed so my silk fabric wouldn't slip because I was having such difficulties because I am a new sewer. And adding a picture to show that because of both their helps i was able to finish my minnie ears! Not perfect but it was frustration free! Every employee has been super nice to me when i come in and helpful. Thank you to all the Joann staff!

Right when we got home she wanted to show Gidget the movie!

This review is actually for Alyna! We were checking out and my daughter noticed that she had Gidget from the Secret Life of Pets behind her register. Alyna had brought it from home and let my daughter hold it and then said she can have it!!! She made our daughters day. Thank you Alyna!!!!!

During the Covid-19 shelter-in-place order, I used 4 different Joann Fabric stores to get fabric and notions used to make ~100 reusable face masks. The Morgan Hill location, while farther away than 2 other locations, became my first choice if the had the needed item in stock. I never needed to wait more than 2 days for them to fill an order; more than once an order placed at night was ready when they opened the next day. Always pleasant, their customer service was top notch. Thanks to the employees who worked so that people such as myself could make masks to keep family, friends, and neighbors safe during the pandemic.

The customer service here is not so great; I've been to 2 different Joann locations and sadly the same is for both. The ladies seem bothered to help. Not very friendly. Too bad.

I'm not much of a craft person, but I was super psyched about Christmas decor. I got pretty much everything from Hobby Lobby and it all came together so perfectly. Check out my photos. They always have seasonal stuff and it's new, trendy, unique and beyond gorgeous. I love this store so much! The prices are great too, they have a sale often, gotta look out for those savings cuz it's makes it all the more worth it. I've been there a million times and have never been disappointed. Well, except the time they ran out of stuff right before Christmas especially the garlands, those are the first to go. I highly recommend Hobby Lobby for any of your decor needs or just for fun even! They also have long lines sometimes, that's something to keep in mind as well.

The air is laced with the soft, intoxicating scent of candles that whisper of Versailles--warm, elegant, and just a little mysterious. Every corner feels intentional, yet effortlessly discovered, as if you've stumbled upon a hidden treasure. The vintage wood cabinets, adorned with delicate carved floral details, hold pieces that feel storied and timeless. You can't help but run your fingers along them, imagining the lives they've lived before finding their way here. Books are tucked in just the right places, each one seeming to promise a journey somewhere romantic--Paris, the countryside, or a forgotten garden. There's a moody iron tulip lamp that glows like a quiet poem, casting shadows that make you want to linger just a little longer. And then, almost like a secret, the plant and floral room tucked in the back--lush, inviting, and softly enchanting--feels like stepping into a hidden conservatory. All it needs is a pebble driveway outside, and you'd swear you've arrived at a European morning dream. Hiram and Diana, love you, I'll be back. Chasity from Mississippi

I spoke with a friend about our experiences at Johnson's, and we both agreed, it feels like walking into an old western saloon where everyone knows "you ain't from around these parts!" I was looking to buy a magnolia, but wanted to know what the differences were, which is better for our environment, so I approached an employee who tried to avoid eye contact with me until he could do it no longer. He started stammering when I asked if he knew anything about the trees I had considered contenders. He fumbled with his walky-talky to try to find someone else to help me, but spotted (who I found out later was the manager) watering plants in the vicinity. He asked her if she could help and she replied rudely with "WHAT?" as she clearly saw me (the customer) asking a question. He stammered nervously and she followed up with "What do you want?" I jumped in and asked my questions about which is best and she said, "They're all pretty much the same." I asked if any were better for our climate/environment and she said with an attitude, "We don't sell anything that doesn't grow around here." She then curtly turned away and went on with watering the plants. I did not feel copacetic with her "customer service," so I bought my tree and decided not to go back. I would rather go to an establishment with less selection, but better service. Also, the prices are on the higher side for some things, but reasonable for others, it just depends on what it is. Either way, Home Depot works for me from now on, and if they don't have what I want, I'll research somewhere other than Johnson's. It's a shame, too, because the place is like walking through a botanical garden, only the vibe given by the staff is that "it ain't big enough for the both of us!"

Beautiful quality, incredibly healthy, already nearly taller than the established shrubs, and very reasonably priced at $129. They helped load it, answered questions, and made the whole process easy. All I have left to do is widen the hole I already dug. You can see a dip in the existing row from an earlier Photinia replacement several years ago from Costco. Love Costco but sometimes you don't want to wait. Thanks Chris!

The evening, A Sweet Evening of Hope & Impact, was designed to be elegant, welcoming, and heartfelt, and the floral designs played a significant role in creating that atmosphere. From the beginning, Diana was wonderful to collaborate with. She took the time to understand the event vision, theme, and color palette, then created floral designs that elevated every space in a thoughtful and cohesive way. The guest table centerpieces were absolutely stunning and became meaningful gifts for our volunteers to take home at the end of the evening. The large statement arrangement at the dessert display created a beautiful focal point, while the florals at the entrance, coffee station, and beverage tables added layers of warmth and sophistication throughout the venue. What truly set Stems apart was Diana's attention to detail and commitment to making the event exceptional. She arrived on time, professionally installed everything, and even brought additional florals to enhance dessert trays and fill extra vessels throughout the space. Those unexpected touches made the entire event feel abundant, polished, and intentionally designed. As someone who has produced many events, I can confidently say that exceptional vendors make all the difference, and Stems is one of those vendors. Diana doesn't simply deliver arrangements; she becomes a creative partner in bringing an event vision to life.
