I stopped by Joe & the Juice for a quick warm drink on a freezing day a week or ago when I was in Bethesda for a facial. The space is large and comfortable, and the service was good. But I ordered a London Fog. Maybe it was my fault it was so bad; it's not necessarily in their wheelhouse. But it really wasn't great (not the right kind of tea or enough tea flavor, it was like drinking a cup of warm milk with a little bit of tea flavor, but not even Earl Grey). Ultimately, I think I'd stick to drip coffee if I visit in the future.

This was my first time visiting Joe & The Juice. I've seen so many good reviews and I wanted to try. I got the Spicy tuna sandwich and a green juice. It was pretty good. As good as healthy food can taste I guess. It wasn't as good as the hype made it seem but it was nice. The ambiance was nice. Very spacious. Not busy so I was able to grab a seat and work on some things. The service was nice as well. I would visit again.

Love me some juice. We went super early in the morning and couldn't decide what to get. The barista suggested some popular items and they turned out great! I'm a kiwi lover so I got the iron man and my friend got the power shake. Not really sure what else to say other than it was a great morning pick me up!

Variety of healthier options. Centrally located in the newer section of downtown Bethesda with nice outdoor seating options for the more pleasant months of the year. The service was quick. With a dedicated staff person for each station of food, juice, and coffee, our order was ready in just a couple of minutes. I was very pleased with my Eggcado Bowl. I'm not usually a big fan of sriracha, but it added a lot to the dish. I'll probably try another juice the next time around.

It was my first time today, but I talked to a few regulars during my 10+ minute wait for a matcha and was told it's always busy, so a 10ish minute wait isn't that unusual. I ordered a matcha grapefruit tonic and it was deliciously bitter , which is what I wanted! Lovely. They seem to have a great selection of coffee, smoothies, and sandwiches. If coming in for a weekday breakfast I'd use the "order ahead" feature on their app to have my food ready when I arrive. I appreciate the free WiFi and desk-style tables in the back for those hoping to get some work done. Overall great vibes.

Healthy Tasty & Great Service! I'm updating my review. I visited today ordered Tunacado w/spinach & "Stress Down" Juice (strawberries, ginger & ice). Delicious fresh ingredients. Great customer service. Gets Busy during lunchtime. Tip: order via app for faster service. You can also earn rewards i.e. food, drinks. Register via app. Worth another visit!

Joe and the Juice make the best sandwiches. Tunacado is my favorite. The texture of the roll is fantastic, the flavors are delicious. The chicken sandwich is also good. I haven't tried the others yet. For $11.00 you won't find a better quick lunch.

Throughly enjoyed my drink from Joe & the Juice. I tried the Iron Man that comes with Apple, kiwi, and strawberries. It was delicious and surprisingly filling! My partner had a brownie as well and said it was great! Not to mention, the storefront is adorable! Plenty of space to spread out and get some work done. It is also decorated to perfection. Finally, the staff was great! It was our first time there and we took a few minutes to decide what we wanted. They were patient and super quick once we finally made a decision. We will definitely be back soon!

On a scale of romances to documentaries, Joe & The Juice is the setting of a meet-cute in a romance. Why? Keep reading. (tl:dr at the end) As soon as I saw this coffee shop, I knew I had to go. (We were visiting from out of town, and we had an AirBnb nearby) My dog, partner, and I walked over to the complex, and I stashed cash into my pocket to purchase a latte. Once inside, I definitely felt like the frumpiest frump of all the land next to the modern yet cozy hip decor. As I approached the cash register, gripping my cash in my palm, a sinking feeling dripped through me. What if they didn't take cash? "Hi, how can we help you?" The barista asked. "Um," I panicked, "Do you all take cash?" "Oh, I'm sorry we don't, but we have ApplePay." "Okay," My panic increased as I realized I had no idea how to use my ApplePay. "Um, I'll be back." As I turned to walk away to figure out the situation without spectator pressure, a tall man spoke up, "I can pay for you." I looked up at him (and I had to look WAY up, and I'm tall too) to check his offer and make sure he wasn't a creep (come on, you know what I mean). I don't know what made me decide to trust him, but I nodded and said, "Thank you." While I had been prepared to buy much more than just a latte, I ordered a large Vanilla Latte, and the man paid. When I handed him my $5, he tossed it into the tip jar, even though he'd just added a tip to his card. He went back to his laptop at a high top table, and I waited for the latte. When my latte was ready, I smiled and saluted him with it as I walked out of the shop, and I can't help but wonder if this should be the start of a romance novel. tl:dr a nice man bought my coffee when i didn't have a card because Joe & the Juice only takes card or ApplePay

I got the chicken and pesto sandwich and it was amazing! The flavors all went together and we were licking our fingers. The texture of the bread OMG! I was sooo in love with it because from the pictures I was like naw! I ordered my food online and it didn't take long to make it and the staff were pleasant. My fiancée said the inside was very clean and giving off hotel lobby vibes. The packaging of the sandwich was too cute!

My first visit to this particular location. I prefer the decor at the downtown Bethesda branch but the service at Wildwood was superior, in that they were NICE. The other location felt snobby and.... kids, it's coffee okay? Coffee and juice. At Wildwood they were extremely nice explaining things on the menu. I was very unfamiliar with almost everything they offered, having only been one time to the other location and only had coffee there. This time I ended up with some juice drink of which I forget the name (good but not gingery enough, so I would order extra), a ginger shot (errm...), and a latte (delicious and perfectly made!) The reason I ordered so much is that I had some morning congestion but I also really wanted a coffee. I had gotten up early and rushed out for a doctor's appointment (which actually was not that day!) so if every the conditions were ripe for me to find something to complain about, this was it! But no complaints! I would go again any time I was in the area and give Starbucks a big miss. By the way, that entire shopping center is filled with good restaurants and a homemade ice cream place Yesterday (when I returned on the correct day for my doctor's appointment ) I would have gone in for a latte. It was FREEZING but I chose Sarah's ice cream instead. It's a tough choice!

The lattes here are sweeter than savory but delicious, topped with thick whipped cream... I think it is homemade whipped cream, but whatever they do, they definitely aced it very well. - Habibi latte: very scrumptious! It is a must-get, although it's a seasonal drink, so it may not always be available...alas! Pretty sweet and almost like eating some Dubai chocolate as you drink it... worth the adventure! - The Bear Necessities: I was very impressed with this latte. I had low expectations, as most cafes can't perfect the dark art of latte for every latte drink on the menu, especially the seasonal drinks... But girl, I was proven wrong and I enjoyed this drink so much! It came with thick whipped cream topped with one graham cracker bear and crumbled graham crackers... The flavors were cinnamon and honey and reminded me of cinnamon crunch cereal in some ways, but of course, it wasn't too sweet though! I was tempted to order another one... The sandwiches (1 roast beef and 1 grilled turkey) were just average if you ask me to compare these with other sandwich specialty shops... next time, I'd try something else! Overall, no complaints as I'm impressed with the coffee options, especially the seasonal drinks! Service was good and quick. The employee behind the counter was super friendly and very accommodating to ensure she got our orders right. Plenty of seating on a Saturday late morning which was surprising. Lots of seating at the outdoor patio as well! Very spacious.

Great for a post-(long) run meal before I hop on the metro back to DC! The lattes are on the sweet side but delicious, thick, creamy, and very innovative--worth it. The food? Not so much, but still decent. I tried the following: - Habibi latte (hot with oat milk) - delicious!! Definitely a must-get. It was quite sweet but really reminded me of Dubai chocolate. Really amazing how they nailed down the flavors. Perfect for chocolate lovers and very unique and innovative. Presentation was also excellent, with a generous amount of whipped cream. - The bear necessities - equally delicious latte and really cute presentation too, with a graham bear cracker on top! I'm not a big fan of cinnamon-flavored drinks, but this one was more subtle. It was so thick and richly flavored that the cinnamon wasn't overpowering for me. I was very impressed. - Roast beef sandwich - meh okay. It was supposed to come with ciabatta bread (which I think would've tasted way better), but apparently, there was none that day, so I got it with sourdough bread. - Turkey sandwich - I got it served hot with sourdough bread, and my partner and I enjoyed this one more than the roast beef sandwich. The roasted red peppers were a nice addition to the sandwich. The accompanying salad with the sandwiches was fine, nothing special. Service was good and quick. Plenty of seating on a Saturday late morning, and the outdoor patio was cute and spacious.

So just imagine my excitement when I stumbled upon Grace Street Coffee in Bethesda! This lovely little shop is a bit different from their Georgetown counterpart -- for one, they don't have any indoor seating and consist of just a tiny little window that you can order from and a small patio you can pop a squat on when the weather is nice -- but sports the same outstanding coffee and friendly service. Their coffee is great, all roasted in their historic Georgetown spot and featuring great caramel-y, fruity undertones. And, while they have a small shop in Bethesda, it is mighty; all of the drinks are prepared with expert precision and efficiency.
