This is my go to Nespresso store. That said... I've had a number of great experiences here. Most all of the customer service I have had there is excellent, which is what you'd expect when you're paying bit of a premium for coffee. That said, I haven't been there in quite some time... because it is so expensive lol, and I've been trying to save money. And honestly, it's one of those places like Costco... I can barely get out of there without spending 100 dollars. Especially if they have a promotion going on. Sometimes they have a promotion where you buy a number of sleeves and get a number of sleeves for free. I really do enjoy the format of the Nespresso store in that you can taste some of the coffees before purchase. Me and my friend who I go with have also struck up conversations with some of the workers and they are quite friendly. Man, if they had a Black Friday sale. The biggest problem with Nespresso is that when I have pods I become extraordinarily lazy and just start using pods for all my coffee needs. And I've recently done the math on that... and in this economy lol. That said, I will start asking for Pods for gifts. Cause it is such a treat, and I do enjoy them thoroughly. read more

No no no. They are a scam. If you try to return something. They will tell you policy is to wait 30days. Then after 30 days they will tell you they had a "system issue" where they cant issue you a refund and that it will take another 30days. While on hold waiting for an answer from customer service they didnt realize they put me on hold and i was listening to them have a conversation about finding ways not to refund me for my payment type not being eligible and as soon as i said i can hear you, i paid by credit card they hung up on me. Love Nespresso! I always ordered it online, but I was in the mall so I decided to go in and get some in person. They were so unwelcoming and made you feel like you weren't supposed to be there. First, I have to confess that two out of my three children have a Nespresso machine and they like it. I went in to look at the different models and compare choices. The store is sleek and very modern. There is a wall of machines on one side and a tasting area on the other side. I spoke with a very nice salesperson about the features on the machine and how to work it. It is not cheap at $250 dollars,but they are on sale now. My favorite feature is the froth machine. You put milk, cream, or flavored creamer and this machine whips it into a delicious foam, that makes any coffee taste awesome! Every time, I am at my daughters, I ask her to make me a cup. The salespeople were very nice. The store is beautiful. I haven't taken the plunge yet, but something tells me that I may be back to purchase a Nespresso coffee machine. This Nespresso is located inside the mall very close to the Apple store. I typically go in the entrance by California pizza kitchen. That entrance is super convenience to the store itself. The staff here are very helpful here and always give recommendations based on what I typically buy or what I've bought in the past. During pre-covid times you are offered a tasting of whatever coffee you would like to try. These tastings have been helpful to make a decision in the past. I now rely on the staff to give recommendations. They have introduced me to a few options that I end up loving. read more

I'm a fan of this Nespresso Boutique located on the second floor of Westfield Montgomery Mall (directly across from Lush). I've been a few times now and service has always been good. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and don't hover over you while you browse the store. They have a good selection of Nespresso machines, capsules (VertuoLine and OriginalLine), and accessories (cups, milk frothers) to choose from. Not familiar with how the machines work, the staff will be more than happy to provide you with a demonstration. Their complimentary coffee bar is a nice touch. Great way to try out one of their flavors (even the limited edition ones) before purchasing a whole sleeve (10 capsules/sleeve). They even have milk and sugar for those who don't drink it black. Not sure which one to try? Tell an associate what you like and they will be more than happy to help you decide. Grab a cup and sip while you browse! Before you leave don't forget to pick up a recycling bag for your capsules, which are composted into soil or used to make new capsules. I come here for pods that may be sold out online or through their app. On both occasions customers were rude to staff and staff continued to be courteous and willing to help in anyways they could. I said excuse me and asked her if a specific pod was in stock and she said "NO we sold out" then continued to chat with the guy. Read to the end for an overly long story of how I became a Nespresso junkie. Nespresso is the very best single serve coffee system available today. I know this because I've gone through almost every other system out there on my way to Nespresso. The variety of coffees might not be as extensive as a certain better known brand, but the quality is simply amazing. Add the company's commitment to recycling the used capsules and you end up with a dedicated customer base. Nespresso coffee is difficult to find in the wild. The machines can be found at a variety of stores and online venues, but the coffee is only sold online or in their Nespresso Boutiques. Thankfully, the company is expanding the number of boutiques, and it will soon be easier for people to try the different types of coffee available. The Nespresso Boutique is staffed with helpful people, all of whom are hoping that they can find you the best coffee fit. A visit to the shop includes a tasting of any of their available coffees, including the small batch special editions. This isn't a cafe, so don't expect fancy versions of their excellent brew, but do expect advice on flavors you might enjoy and on new products that should arrive soon. I can't tell you how happy I am that this Boutique finally opened in the Montgomery Mall. Until now I'd had to go to Tyson's Corner or the tiny spot in Friendship Heights in order to try new blends. Now I can zip over with ease. The customer service is still impeccable and the store is a perfect fit in this upscale mall. I predict many more happy customers will soon join the Nespresso club. How I accidentally discovered a new coffee routine. While on vacation last year, I stayed in a home that had a Nespresso machine. My coffee loving family enjoyed a few fine cups and then realized the need to replenish the supplies. Off to the Nespresso Boutique we went, where we were treated to our choice of the delicious roasts available. My mother fell in love, and asked about the costs involved. I checked the availability online and at home, and we went on with our travels. Two days later, while walking through a public park, I received notice that my Nespresso machine had shipped. I turned to my darling husband, assuming that he'd placed the order. Nope. My mother? No. It dawned on me that I'd gone to sleep with my phone while researching the various designs. I'd ordered the machine at some point in the night. Luckily, asleep me is good at finding a bargain, so we decided to keep the machine and call it a souvenir of a delightful get away. Yesterday evening 1/21, my wife and I walked into the Nespresso store about half an hour before closing. I'm interested in purchasing a Nespresso, so she encouraged me to stop by the store to keep learning more. The store had no customers and although we entered with enthusiasm and curiosity, we left the store underwhelmed. Neither of the two employees working behind the register of the store greeted us or acknowledged us. It wasn't until we went up to them and I asked a question regarding the Nespresso pods. The employee reluctantly engaged with us and it felt like we were digging for information and bit of a nuisance to him. I get that the store was close to closing, but what's the point of working in retail/sales and not really wanting to engage customers interested in your products? We'll probably check out another retail location with better customer service if we decide to purchase a machine. read more

The coffees are ok but perhaps I'm not enough of a coffee fanatic to understand the different notes/options. Make sure you check your receipt. The pod sleeves cost different prices and they rung up the most expensive one I was getting only 1 of 3 times. I knew the price was wrong because I had the exact same order in my Nespresso app basket and it was $8 less in the app. They did refund me the $8 but I'm going to have to be vigilant from now on. read more

I have been to this store twice since getting my Nespresso machine as a present. The employees are super knowledgeable and assisted me with my never ending questions. I was greeted warmly and to my surprise I was informed that I could try samples of the Nespresso even though I had to drink outside of the store due to COVID-19 precautions. On my second visit I had a complex problem about getting my welcome gift through an online order. The staff bent over backwards to fix the error and wound up allowing me to use two coupon codes in one visit! I offered to give one back, but they told me that it was OK. This review is not about the quality of products (which I'm a fan of) but of the staff working in the store. Basically, they're great and professional which is not always something we see in retailing. If you want an example of not so good walk around the mall and see how the service is at Macy's. The staff is knowledgeable about their products both the coffees, the machines and everything in-between. Because of cost, this is basically a luxury or splurge kind of product. After all, if cost was the basic consideration, one wouldn't shop here given that the coffee is about a dollar a serving. That's less expensive than getting coffee at Starbucks, however. They're good at answering questions, making recommendations. There can be a short line outside the door during peak times as the pandemic limits capacity. The online ordering is a good option too with quick shipment times. They are generous with samples one can taste as well. read more

After talking to a few people, I finally got myself into the Nespresso store to see what all the hype was about. I walked in and it was a little overwhelming but I was greeted a few minutes after by sales associates. She was great and answered all of my questions and helped me pick out the right machine for me. Also it's great that they have a full espresso/coffee bar so that you can try all the different types of shelves that they have. I could have bought the machine online, but I'm glad I went to the store since they set up my Club membership online. I hear that their customer service is great, but I haven't had to use them yet. If you haven't tired a cup of Nespresso's brand of coffee or espresso, you have to drop by and give it a shot, the quality top notch!
